Lovely property and helpful staff. Food was a bit low quality for 5 stars, especially the hot food at breakfast time. Very little in the way of amenities in the room - no kettle and you had to pay for extra coffee pods. Beautiful spa area.

Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good.

Very enjoyable 2 week stay on half board basis as a family of 5. Comfortable and clean room, friendly and attentive staff, impressive dining options, lovely garden setting close to all amenities, no issues with parking. Special mention to Claire at the kids pool who kept our children entertained with lots of fun activities (arts and crafts, pool games, music sing-a-long with live piano and guitar etc). Would highly recommend and will probably return.

stay was excellent on the whole but very disappointed with the spa. The therapists didn't seem to enjoy their job and the treatments were average at best and the spa pools were cold as was the sauna and steam room

Beautiful grounds, very peaceful and relaxing. Hotel spotless with lots of really wonderful corners to take yourself off to read. You can always find a quiet spot to relax. Food was amazing and each night featured food from a different region of the world. Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. If you need to recharge your batteries this is the place to go!

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. All staff were friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Well equipped gym with sauna, steam room and indoor pool. 5 mins walk to the beach and free on street parking if you have a car. We never had a problem getting parked during the week that we stayed.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Situation im Speisesaal war wirklich entspannt. Obwohl einige Kinder im Hotel waren, überzeugt das Hotel mit einer sehr ruhigen Atmosphäre in allen Bereichen. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß bei der Kinderanimation.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit drei unterschiedlichen Pools in denen man dank der Palmen und Bäume richtig relaxen kann. Ein Pool hat sogar eine Poolbar. Die Zimmer sind groß und wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und das Frühstück - sehr leckere selbst gemachte Pancakes - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zum Cala Agulla kann man zu Fuß circa 20 Minuten durch den Pinienwald laufen. Meine Kinder und ich haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es scheinbar Probleme mit den Rohren. Aus dem Badezimmer bzw. Aus den Abflüssen kam mehrfach am Tag ein penetranter Geruch nach Kloake, jedoch zum Glück nicht nachts.

Maten har gode enkeltopplevelset, men kjedelig etter 1 ukes opphold. Praktfullt uteområde med parkfølelse. Masse store trær og busker. Funker fint i solskinn bortsett fra gir mye skygge ved bassengene og rusk i vannet. Ingen gode tilbud på kveldene, disse bør benyttes ute på byen. Anbefaler derfor ikke halvpensjon. Ellers preget av 95 prosent tyske gjester. Ingen internasjonal atmosfære. Dette gjelder hele denne delen av Mallorca.

Bei der Ankunft gab es ein Begrüßungs-Getränk. Wir konnten sogar vor dem offiziellen CheckIn in das Zimmer. Die Spa-Anlage ist super, sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage (Garten) ist romantisch - auch sehr gut gepflegt. Das Essen (Frühstück, Abendessen) auf hohem Niveau mit vielen Feinheiten.
