Great small family hotel
Great family hotel, not so big, everything is close and handy and you always know where your kids are. Nice playground, sufficient pool, we had a feeling that it is not very full or crowded even in topseason (august).

This hotel is a great choice for young families, the sun beds were the best quality I’ve ever seen and there was never a rush to reserve beds which made it a more relaxing holiday. The restaurant choices were good and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made by the chef. If I was going to suggest how it could be further improved, I’d add some mixes of fruit/vegetable smoothies which I have enjoyed at some other hotels in the past, We stayed in room A013 which was in a great location close to the pool and the bar but there were some signs of water damage on the floor and there was a bit of a damp smell when the door had been closed for a while, this quickly cleared when we were using the room and didn’t really affect us too much. Overall we had a great holiday here.

Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). Indoor swimming was a great option as was heated (outdoor was not heated but kids didn’t seem to mind). We also enjoyed playing table tennis in between swimming and chilling at the pool. We would go back again for sure as thought it was very good value.

Great quality hotel
Rooms are very comfortable, booked the select room with larger balcony, worth the extra money as very large balcony. General feel of overall hotel is of a very high standard. Entertainment was enjoyable, with a mini disco at 8.30pm and the an adult show at 9.30pm for 1 hour. Something different each night, singers, magic, circus performers. Kids club was from 10am to 12 each day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxed hotel atmosphere and not a full on environment over run with kids.

Our second time staying here - the staff could not have been more accomodating, the hotel is in a fabulous location, and when in the central areas, it really feels like a little oasis of calm!
The room we stayed in definitely had one of the better views but was definitely in need of a bit of a make over (decor and furniture looked exactky the same as when we stayed in 2018) - there was quite a bit of wear and tear if you looked for it - but definitely not anything worth complaining about!

The room we stayed in definitely had one of the better views but was definitely in need of a bit of a make over (decor and furniture looked exactky the same as when we stayed in 2018) - there was quite a bit of wear and tear if you looked for it - but definitely not anything worth complaining about!

We were staying as a family.
In the bedroom — two single (very overly firm) beds which surprisingly lacked comfort.
In the living room area, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on (very soft and springy). The first night we had to complain and ask for an improvement on the situation. They gave us another double (soft and springy) mattress to put on top of the other one.
Throughout our stay the bed comfort was extremely poor for a 5 star hotel. This would be the main reason for us not returning to the hotel.
The pool and pool bar are lovely.
The breakfast area was fair-good.

We loved staying at this hotel for a quick summer break. The hotel and its facilities including the staff were all excellent. The food was of good quality. There wasn’t any daytime entertainment and the kids club was limited but we didn’t mind as we spent lazy days around the pool.

It's not often, you have a nearly perfect hotel experience, though this hotel comes pretty close for a family holiday. All the staff were professional and friendly with special mention for Toni the restaurant manager, Pepe (the friendly one) All with smiles on their faces, where you have access to a large selection of food, especially the grill!
Lastly Simon who is always looking after the residents down at the pool bar where you can have a post dinner drinking along with the evening daily entertainment of singers and dancers

Perfect to unwind and relax
We wanted a carefree, relaxing holiday to recharge after a hard few months at work and this was perfect. Clean, spacious rooms, pool was never crowded, everyone was friendly, the staff were accommodating and the food was absolutely fantastic. We have come home feeling ready to take the world on again, and contemplating returning next year.

This hotel was perfect. Nice rooms, a lot of privacy in the buildings and on your balcony. Breakfast and dinner buffet are superb. The lounge is nice for reading and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and they help you out anyway you can. They make you feel very welcome. The town itself is nice for a walk and some (tourist) shopping. The harbor is nice for a snack or drink (try Wikiki) and the two beaches (the big one Cala de s'Aguila and the small one Cala Gat) are perfect to swim an rent a sun bed. I'm coming back!

The hotel is located in a very nice area. 5 minutes walk with small children to a nearby beach (Cala Literas). The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. The amenities are not spectacular but enough for my kids (6 and 4). The room has plenty of space for 4 persons. The food is wonderful and the staff is incredible nice and kind. Hotel will provide bicicles for no cost.
If you take the shuttle bus from the airport at Palma be prepared for a 1:45 minute ride to the hotel.
The surrounding area is very nice for quick excursions. Do not miss Playa Águilas (5 minutes in car from the hotel or you can take a tourist train (Eur5 per person)) for a day in the beach.

Fantastic hotel with good facilities for children
Compared to other hotels in the area Turo Pins certainly feels \"five star\". Staff are fantastic, food wonderful, pools and spa are first rate and the children's mini club was really well organised and kept our 6 year old entertained - it was mostly a casual drop in service round the pools or playground so we didn't feel tied to any particular timetable. The Junior Suites are really good but if you or your children need to sleep on the sofa bed for a week then you may find the martress a little thin (we had back-pain after the second night) - also for \"five star\" perhaps complimentary bottles of water should be included in the rooms. Would note that the hotel staff said the beach was a 10-15 minute walk away and it was easily 25-30 mins with children.

I'd happily rate this an excellent four star hotel, but compared other hotels in the resort, it's not yet the five star hotel it claims to be.
We are a family of four with 2 young children. The junior family suite was small with one main bedroom which the kids had and a pull out sofa bed, which for 10 nights was uncomfortable for us to sleep on.
The hotel charged a daily rate for the in room safe. I find this incomprehensible for a 5 star hotel.
In saying that the location of the hotel is ideal for a family. It's away from the centre of the resort but within easy walking distance of the port, the centre and the lovely Cala Agulla beach. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the food is plentiful and varied. The pool areas are also excellent with a lifeguard on duty between 10am and 6pm.
If the rooms accommodated a family of four better (i.e. there was a bed and not a sofabed in the junior suites or adjoining rooms) then we'd book again immediately.

Tolles ubd gutes Hotel. Waren Ende September dort, deshalb auch nicht überlaufen. Wir hatten halbpension, da unser Hinflug verspätet war, unser Europcar Wagen, 1000Dellen hatte, kamen wir erst um 1uhr Nachts im Hotel an. Zu unserer Überraschung wurden noch was vom kalten buffet serviert, bzw bei unsere nächtlichen Abreise, Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück gereicht. Alles sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer lagen, welche gigantisch groß sind, ebenerdig, Kakerlaken wurden keine angetroffen, aber nachts in der weitläufigen Gartenanlagen, sieht man schon welche. Hotel würden wir wieder buchen.

Schönes Hotel und toller Service. Es wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Lediglich das Ausziehbett-/sofa war leider sehr unbequem und die Matratze vom Bett war für unser empfinden etwas zu hart. Wir kommen dennoch sehr gerne wieder.

Der Urlaub im Hotel war schön. Der Pool war schön. Die Lage war gut. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Toilette war leider nur durch eine nicht komplett abschließende Glasscheibe vom Rest des Schlafzimmers getrennt.

Based on our 3 nights stay here I’m overall disappointed in this hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel (in my experience, having travelled globally for the past 30 years, it is not!).
PRO’s:

- Recently renovated bathrooms in B section
- decently cozy compound and layout
- Food at snack bar was good
- Reception was friendly
CON’s:
- Eating at breakfast and dinner among screaming, out of control kids, taking food with their hands, tasting food and putting it back, is a hygienic nightmare.
- Food quality is generally low and definitely not 4 star
- Coffee at snack bar was virtually undrinkable
- Hotel is generally worn down in many areas, eg so called “spa area” and halls
- Pool and public areas are dominated by small kids (we travelled with teenagers)
If traveling to this part of Mallorca again I’d choose another accommodation.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden diesen genauso nochmal buchen. Personal ist sehr freundlich, kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße direkt vor der Tür. Essen sehr abwechslungsreich. Unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Selbst das Essen an der Poolbar ist lecker und bezahlbar.

Eine super Anlage. Das Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Wir waren 14 Tage da (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts von der Speiseauswahl begeistert. Immer neue Themenabende (Indisch, Japanisch, Italienisch, Mexikanisch,...). Die Kinder waren begeistert. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, was aber auch gut ist wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Dennoch Einkausfmlglichkeiten und Strände fußläufug erreichbar. Insgesamt hat uns die Anlage sehr gefallen und können diese mit einem guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel war viel zu voll. Sehr unangenehm beim Buffet. Andere Hotels teilen die Gäste dann in Timeslots ein. Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn das Personal wenigstens ein paar Worte Englisch verstehen würde. Mindestens Getränke oder Worte wie \"later\" sollte man kennen, wenn man in einem Hotel arbeitet.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Speiseauswahl ist sehr gut. Es gibt sehr viel Obst und ein Buffet mit täglich wechselnde Themen (Spanisches, Griechisches, Italienisches, Japanisches usw.). Es gibt mehrere schöne Strände in der Nähe, alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur die Möbeln sind etwas veraltet und dadurch wirken die Zimmer nicht so gemütlich. Das Bad ist aber neu gemacht. Die Terrasse im Zimmer ist super. Spa wirkt auch nicht so einladend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht.
