Stunning hotel. Clean, calm, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were really friendly and professional- I can’t remember all their names but Tanya, Gemma and Sara were great. Five minute walk to the beach. A nice pool area. Would highly recommend staying here and I’m looking forward to returning.

Great Holiday

Just back from 12 ay at THB Cala Lliteras. Hotel is lovely with a nice pool, good rooms and beautiful views. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in a hotel with such a huge selection of hot and cold foods, savoury and sweet. Tried dinner once and this was also great, however more information on how the restaurant operates (without all-inclusive wristbands) would be great. Beach is just a beautiful 10min walk away and the town is very accessible. Staff, particularly Pedro and Paco were very friendly always. My only issue was the bar closes at midnight, which in my opinion is very early for an adults only hotel, there is also no music at the bar after the 'shows' so not a great atmosphere but would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Cala Ratjada.

Great hotel, superb staff.

Just back from our stay in Hotel Cala Lliteres. Very enjoyable and food was excellent. Staff were great and always greeted you with a smile. Had some reservations about Cala Ratjada being a predominantly German resort, which is true but as Brits we were warmly welcomed everywhere. Cala Ratjada definitely worth a visit and we'd certainly recommend Hotel Cala Lliteres.

Hotel is very dated but very clean. Extremely noisy, you could hear everyone in their rooms, door slamming not relaxing at all. Lovely friendly staff. Would never return or recommend the hotel. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel in a beautiful setting

Hotel was good. Pool was excellent. Very good breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. View from our balcony was of a roof, good view of the sea if you looked to your left. Bathroom was nicely fitted but much too small.

Vegetarians Beware!!

Went all inclusive with two children aged 14 and 9. I had called the hotel before booking to check the f they could cater for vegetarians and was assured this was the case. All the staff are fantastic, and the facilities are great too. However, the chefs just could not get their heads round vegetarian meals despite every member of reception staff talking to them. Our only decent meal was after speaking to the Director ( Manager). After that it was back to salad, fruit, bread, cheese, yogurt and ice cream. Would be better to just pay for bed and breakfast.

Great hotel close to the beach and town

Staff were welcoming and friendly and reception spoke good English and other languages. the hotel has beautiful views, it overlooks the sea and mountains. It is very close to quite a few beaches, all within walking distance. It is also close to the town and literally a couple of minutes away from a mini supermarket. The hotel was modern and kept very clean, as well as the swimming pool. It had a variety of facilities such as tennis courts, volley ball, table tennis and pool. You could use the hotel, up the road, gym and spa facilities too. Food was very good, could not fault it. Even though it was a buffet, they changed it everyday. We chose half board so we had a bit of flexibility if we wanted to eat out, we could swap our dinner one evening to eat at lunch which meant we could go out for dinner in the evening. Overall I rated this hotel as excellent, especially for the price! Would definitely stay here again.

Basic but great! Very cost effective

Me and a friend had a great 3 days here. The hotel was clean, lovely pool area (even when busy), the setting is perfect - lovely views, close to a quiet area of town but walking distance to more lively areas. Note that this area is heavily visited by German tourists, so everyone will assume you are german, and not that many speak english.

Access: was easy. We booked the shared coach from Iberoservice and it took around 1:30. The coach was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Pick up too was very easy and well organised by the coach and hotel.

Facilities+area: The pool was great, a little crowded but still nice. Only one group of guests were a bit loud and were there for clubbing. Generally it was calm and the hotel had all the usual stuff at a good standard. The rooms all have balconies and the view is lovely. Breakfast has a lot of choice, though the quality was very average, it was perfectly suitable for the money we paid I was impressed. Had one dinner there (included in half board) and again very average, so we ate out the other nights. There are loads of nice restaurants nearby, I recommend you look one up before you head out as it's hard to distinguish which will be better than others without a recommendation first.

Cleaning: The cleaning wasn't bad, everything was clean, but I would say this is an area the hotel could improve. Towels often missing or not replaced. They'd just make the beds really and not tidy anything. Except hiding my pyjamas in the bedding

People from the hotel were very helpfull and friendly even late at night. A supermarket is just 5 Minutes away. You had to walk a little bit to get to the beach.

Good Hotel but COULD have been GREAT

The Hotel itself is extremely clean and it the best location in Cala Ratjada. We had half board so had to buy drinks everyday but wasn't so much and the food was extremely good with lots of options ranging from grilled fresh tuna steak, suckling pig, paella, chicken curry and even rabbit with also a large salad and dessert buffet (I have to admit I ate a little too much!). All the staff were also very friendly and nice especially if you try to speak spanish! I do have three criticisms though, first of all despite asking both the chambermaid/reception everyday the hotel very rarely gave any shampoo or shower gel which became more of an annoyance than anything (feeling that they were skimping). The other gripe was that although they gave lots of fresh fruit for breakfast (which was great!) they didn't give any fresh juice and replaced with orange squash which we felt was a little shameful for a 4 star hotel! My last gripe is more towards anyone whom isn't German (probably stands for the area also). Everything is in German (not even spanish which we felt was a little one way considering there are alot countries that only understand English (China, Middle east etc.) All the staff however know english quite well. The location of the hotel is perfect, 1km from the beach on a coastal path, 1km from the port, 0.5km to the towns shops and is not jampacked like other hotels in the area.

Das Hotel punktet mit der einmaligen Lage auf der Klippe und der schönen Aussicht.
Das Personal ist freundlich, vor allem die Rezeption.
Der Pool ist traumhaft angelegt, könnte liebevoller mit Pflanzen und Blumen gestaltet werden.

Nicht gefallen haben die schlechte Zimmerreinigung, ( Balkon wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt) und
der sehr flüchtigen Reinigung des Bades und des Zimmerbodens.
Essensraum gleicht einer Kantine ohne Fenster, Speisen sowohl von der Qualität als Auswahl entsprechen nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel...
Fußboden im Essensraum sollte häufiger geputzt werden!
Personal dort freundlich, aber überfordert, keine Restaurantleitung während unseres Aufenthalts vorhanden.
Gäste werden nicht begrüßt bzw. es erfolgt auch keine Kontrolle, ob es sich um Hotelgäste handelt.

Schade..Hotel hat aufgrund der Lage mehr Potential..

Nah am Meer, schöner Pool. Aufmerksames Personal. Sehr sauber. Lediglich wenn man etwas später zum Essen erscheint können Dinge wie Teller und Gläser bereits vergriffen sein.

Parkplätze in Hotelnähe vorhanden.

Schöner Ausblick über die Bucht von Cala Ratjada. Badezimmer viel zu klein und Dusche zu eng. Defekte Dichtung der Dusche fiel dem Reinigungspersonal offensichtlich nicht auf oder wurde ignoriert. Klimaanlage im Zimmer nur ein lauter Klapperkasten und ohne wirkliche Kühlleistung. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man hört wirklich alles was im Nachbarzimmer passiert. Das Bad war sehr klein und nach jedem Duschen eine einzige Überschwemmung. Zimmerreinigung war nur an den Tagen gut wo es Trinkgeld gab. Ansonsten wurden nicht einmal die gebrauchten Kaffeetassen getauscht. Im Restaurant war ständig das Geschirr dreckig und schlecht gereinigt. Andere Gäste hatten verdorbenes Dressing im Salat. Das Personal wirkt meistens überfordert und chaotisch.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, allerdings ist es sehr hellhörig. Das führt dazu, dass man jeden Gast auf dem Flur hört und auch alle Gäste die über/unter/neben dem eigenen Zimmer sich aufhalten. Leider konnten wir daher keine Nacht durchschlafen, auch da die Betten sehr hart waren. Wir würden das Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Parfait !

Parfait, personnel sympathique, chambre propre, les buffets sont variés et de bonne qualité. Les quelques individus qui mettent leur musique un peu fort au bord de la piscine sont rapidement remis à leurs place. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche plage, crique et centre ville. Je pense déjà réserver mes prochaines vacances!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. Die Dame vom Empfang war sehr freundlich.
In unserem Zimmer fehlte leider eine Infomappe mit allen wichtigsten Sachen.
Im Bad wäre ein Duschvorhang oder ähnliches sinnvoll. Nach dem duschen steht das Bad sehr unter Wasser und es gibt, ausser Handtücher, keine Möglichkeit das Wasser zu entfernen. Rutschgefahr ist sehr hoch.

Für den Preis in Ordnung
Wir sind zu viert gereist und waren für den Preis zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich geputzt. Sie wirkten jedoch alt und abgenutzt. Die Abflüsse der Duschen und Waschbecken nicht richtig frei, so dass es beim duschen überlief.
Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Man konnte zu Fuß alles nötige sehr gut erreichen.
Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück selbst war durchschnittlich und für den Preis absolut angemessen. Es gab guten Kaffee und eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln.
Den Außenbereich mit Pool fanden wir ganz schön.
Für unseren Zweck, war es ein absolut passendes Hotel. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an der Tauchbucht. Es ist ruhig. Freundliches Personal. Allerdings hatte ich Ameisen im Zimmer, was weniger schön ist. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hätte besser sein können. Auch ist das Abendessen nicht gerade abwechslungsreich, es wiederholt sich alles. Poolbereich ist prima und sauber. Aber das Hotel ist auch in die Jahre gekommen. Es muffelte sehr in vielen Bererichen des Hotels. Es wird ja jetzt renoviert.

*Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt und sauber.
*Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent,
*die defekte Balkontüre wurde sofort nachdem wir es entdeckt hatten repariert
*Speisesaal war sehr laut und hallte stark, da könnte man leicht mit weißen
Stoffbahnen oder Bildern an der Wand den Schall etwas dämpfen
* das Personal war durch die Bank ser freundlich , vom Empfang über die Putzfrau bis zum Koch beim Frühstück.

großes Hotel mit vielen Kurzurlaubern

Die Lage und das Haus an sich sind okay und mit Hinsicht auf Preis-Leistung in Ordnung. Es waren zu unserer Zeit jedoch zu viele Kurzurlauber (2-4 Tage) da, die hauptsächlich Strand und Party machen wollten; Gruppen von 6-10 Personen.
Der Speisesaal ist eine Katastrophe: eher ein Schnellimbiss, laut, überhaupt nicht ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Essen selbst ist umfangreich, aber qualitativ nicht besonders schmackhaft. Weniger Auswahl mit mehr Qualität wäre hier besser.
Das Personal, sowohl die Mitabeiter an der Rezeption als auch die Putzkräfte, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Probleme wie eine abfallende Gardinenstange wurden sofort behoben.
Fazit: you get what you pay for. Für kleines Geld mit Halbpension kann man dort mal eine Woche verbringen. Jedoch nicht in der \"Kegelklub-Party-Saison\"!

Toller Ausblick vom Hotel

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer könnten mitsamt eine Renovierung und Modernisierung vertragen. Pool vollkommen ausreichend mit praktischer Poolbar.

2,5 Stunden Busfahrt vom Flughafen Palma entfernt. Jedoch wird man im Ort mit tollen kleinen Restaurants und Tapasbars entschädigt. Ebenso mit traumhafter Lage und tollem Landschafts- und Meerblick.

El hotel está situado en un entorno precioso, tiene la tranquilidad que ofrece un adults only, la limpieza es perfecta y el personal es muy amable. Pero como puntos negativos cabe destacar la escasa calidad de la cena (todas las verduras de bote de lata), pésima calidad de las hamburguesas y acompañamiento (puré de patata de sobre y similares), vasos sucios en el desayuno y zumos de polvos, aire acondicionado goteando sin parar y lo peor sólo tienen caña de cruzcampo! No adecuado para cerveceros.

Nicht Dienstleistung orientiertes Personal.
Zimmer werden nicht richtig gereinigt, hauptsächlich sieht man das im Bad auf dem Boden an der Toilette , an dem WC Papierhalter, am Spiegel. Der Kosmetikspiegel wurde nicht einem in 10 Tagen gereinigt.

Frühstück , jeden morgen das gleiche, nicht einmal Schinken in einem Spanischen Hotel.
Abendessen naja, wir sind lieber essen gegangen.

Pool und die Liegen waren gut.

Toller Ausblick aufs Meer

Das Hotel liegt in Sichtweite zum Strand Cala Agulla. Durch die vielen kleinen Buchten läuft man jedoch ca. 10-15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Aber der Weg an der Küste ist schön und lohnt sich. Auch das Zentrum von Gala Ratjada ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind in direkter Umgebung bereits zu finden.
Vom schönen Poolbereich hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Eine große Felsenformation direkt hinter dem Poolbereich kann für einen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang bestiegen werden.
Das Hotel selber ist echt gut. Sauber, nettes Personal, einige Sportangebote (Tennis, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Billiard, etc.).
Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Dieses wird in einem modernisierten Speisesaal eingenommen. Die Auswahl ist ok. Es gibt auch eine Bratstation für Spiegeleier, Omeletts, etc.

Die Lage an der Bucht ist toll, leider sind die Türen der Zimmer derart dünn, dass selbst das Geräusch der FlipFlops der Nachts heimkehrenden in der Nacht aufschrecken lässt. Essen ist so lala, all inclusive kann man sich schenken und lieber in den umliegenden Lokalen essen gehen

Ruhiges Hotel mit unglaublich schöner Aussicht.Upgrade beim Check in erhalten und somit Meerblick.
Sauber und gepflegt.
Empfang und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer praktisch und standardmäßig eingerichtet.
Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Umgebung ( ca. 1km)

Rilassante e tranquillo albergo vicino cala Agulla

Ho soggiornato qui dall’11 al 16 Maggio. A parte un piccolo equivoco all’arrivo, risolto immediatamente, il soggiorno è andato bene. La cosa più gradevole è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Viaggiavo sola, ma mi sono sentita accolta e benvoluta da tutti. Ringrazio i direttori dell’hotel,Vincenta nel particolare, e il personale del servizio ristorazione Meri,Merce,Antonio...e il grande chef Baba. Ringrazio anche tutto il resto del personale di cui però non ricordo il nome. La pulizia dell’hotel mi è parsa ottima. Il cibo vario e fresco. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata. Posizione davvero comoda vicino a Cala Agulla,raggiungibile attraverso una passeggiata lungomare di 5 minuti. Lo consiglio.

Nice location, bad hotel

The hotel is directly at the beach. When i arrived i had to wait 15 min because a group of girls checked in and there was only 1 portier (btw: the girls were too young so this is not an advantage...). After checking in i went to my room which had white spots on the floor. I hoped it was paint...In the evening i went to dinner. There was a lot of food and even a guy cooking personla for you. A lot to choose but not the best quality. I think it was ok overall. Before i could sleep i listend to the conversation of my neighbours through the walls because they were really really thin. At the next morning at 9 am i got waked up through the loudness of the cleaning women. No possibility to sleep anymore if you hear a door gets slammed every 5 min. But in case of cleaning everything was fine. The cleaned the room every day. So the days went in and i tried to enjoy holiday till some night at 2 am a stranger stood in front of my bed. I got a little bit afraid and want to fight him but he said he got the card for my room at the reception. So i wen in the middle of the night done (was occupied 24h) and asked was going on. The worker said there was a problem with the cards...After i said him that this cannot be and i a mafraid of sleeping in hotel where nearly everybody can enter my room he pretended to just speak spanish even if he before spoke english with me.
I would not visit this hotel again!

Fint hotell med bra läge och stor pool

Hotell med utmärkt läge och bra mat. Dock är matsalen stor så det blir lite skolmatsal över det hela med bland annat högt ljud. Ministranden nedanför hotellet gav fina badupplevelser om man gillar höga hopp och klippbad. Annars finns en fin sandstrand ca 15 min gångväg från hotellet. Närhet till affärer är ett plus. Det sämsta med hotellet är internet accessen som var kass på hela hotellet.

Nettes Hotel, Ausblick auf die Strasse

Am 17.6. haben ich und meine Frau für eine Woche uns im THB Cala Lliteras eingebucht., am Flughafen angekommen müssen wir erstmal den Schalter für den Shuttleservice suchen, die Fahrt zum Hotel dauerte ca 2 Stunden ( zurück nur 1 Std. ), ein Gast sprach mich auf dem hinweg schon an ob wir austeigen wollen um uns ein Taxi zu teilen, er hatte auch die befürchtung das wir nicht mehr ankommen. Dann doch noch angekommen. Der Hotelportier war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wie eigentlich auch das gesamte Team im Hotel.Dafür erstmal ein grosses Danke. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet, die Betten quietschten , aber alles in allem war es völlig in Ordnung für 4 Sterne, Die Aussicht allerdings war milde gesagt eine Katastrophe, meine Frau hat es Gott sei Dank mit Humor genommen, wie ich auch . Jeder andere wäre vieleicht auf die Barrikaden gegangen. Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock , direkt eine Etage tiefer unter/neben uns war der Eingang des Hotels.Wenn wir auf den Balkon saßen schauten wir also auf unseren und den Eingang des gegenüberliegenden Hotels \"Parque Nereida\" und auf die Strasse.Das heisst im Klartext ; An und Abreisende die Tag und Nacht mit ihren Koffern über das Pflaster ratterten sowie quietschende und piepsende Reisebusse, aufgrund dessen kann ich das Hotel auch nicht uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen . Wer bucht, sollte darauf achten das man seitlichen Meerblick erst ab dem 3. besser noch ab den 4. Stockwerk erhält, die anderen mit seitlichen Balkon sind schlimm.

Veldig fint og trendy hotell med et fantastisk serviceinnstilt og hyggelig personale. Flott rom med deilig seng. Kult med rooftop soltak med et lite basseng. Ligger litt unna sentrum, men Kort vei til kjøpesenter og casino. Litt dumt at det ikke gikk Ann å kjøpe mat i resturanten heile dagen eneste, men bortsett fra det et topp opphold.
