This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!!

Set back off of Rue Christine is this beautiful hotel. There is peace and quiet from the busy neighborhood surrounding the hotel. We have stayed here numerous times when visiting Paris. It’s so easy to walk almost anywhere in Paris from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you. We highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Paris.

Very plush, comfortable and inviting lobby area. We spent many hours playing chess and enjoying the Honesty Bar. The rooms were beautiful well appointed. Their showers were amazing and the tubs was especially large and comfortable. The attendees were very professional, prompt and helpful. I will definitely stay again upon my return to Paris

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa experience was outstanding! I had a massage and facial and both were first rate. The outdoor garden is lovely but it was a little to cold to enjoy during our visit. Only negative was we got a free bottle of water on the first and second nights but none on the next three nights. At 1500 Euro per night the least they could do is offer free water each night! Rooms were nicely appointed.

The Relais Christine is absolutely wonderful and charming. The location is ideal. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. My family goes to Paris once or twice a year and it is my hotel of choice every time I visit Paris. I have stayed at the hotel many times in the past and I have always had a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Relais Christine. The location, staff, rooms, and amenities were outstanding. Rooms are on the small side as to be expected in a city like Paris, but they are beautifully appointed. We stayed on the interior garden which was beautiful and silent. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very quaint and in a more quiet setting away from crowds of tourists. Within walking distance are numerous cafes and cute little shops. Dining options are plentiful in the neighborhood and the Michelin-rated Christine Restaurant is right next door (not affiliated with the hotel). We had lunch at the restaurant and it was above average with reasonable prices for the area.

The hotel staff were accommodating and responsive, which is to be expected of a 5 star property. I typically compare the level of service received at 5-star boutique hotels to the service I would normally expect from any Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton properties. The service and amenities at this hotel were adequate for its size, but I would not classify it as beyond reproach. The hotel is very small, so do not expect an opulent or grand lobby. We stayed in the duplex suite and the size of the room was rather limited, but pretty consistent with Paris standards. Small touches in the room were nice, such as towel warmers. If you are looking for old world charm away from crowds and personalized service, the Relais Christine is a decent option. However, if you are looking for a more social and vibrant atmosphere, I would stay elsewhere. All together, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

This has quickly become my favorite hotel in Paris! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful before we even arrived in Paris. They helped us make dinner reservations for each night we were there and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. We will definitely be staying here again!

The Relais Christiene is a gem. It has been just remodeled with a wild yet period appropriate comvination of lush fabrics and wall papers, it should clash yet it works, the result is elegant and easy.

Beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of the West bank in Saint Germain des pre area. Great Location and easy walking distance to wonderful small boutique stores yummy resturants and brasseries. We had two rooms. The first room was beautiful, large and very big bathroom, located first floor off the court yard.
The second room was a disappointment, it was done in black and white poka dots and swirls. Nothing we saw in the hotel website. I wanted my girls to enjoy a beautiful light and french style room. This room is not recommended please make note. Looks nothing like the hotel website.

I stayed only for one night but my experience was great. The hotel has in an amazing location, in the middle of St. Germain. Despite this it is very quiet. Our room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and we even had a little terrace and garden!

Stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a special birthday. Hotel was in a good location, within easy reach of metro station and walking distance to places of interest. Local area was full of character and had many cafes and restaurants. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and although small, was very comfortable. The bathroom was small and well appointed with a separate toilet. Breakfast was tasty with good choices.

Relais Christine is a lovely boutique hotel on a quiet street in the center of Paris. The conceirge (Frank) was outstanding. He arranged our drivers and train tickets for our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and refined. The amenities (spa, fitness, and breakfast) were perfect. This is peaceful perfection and a stroll away from all the sites of Paris.

This hotel has bad windows.

I was disappointed. Not a five star experience. Paying over 500 dollars a night for a room with bad windows is unacceptable. Climbing 15 steps to get to your room is also a big no-no.

Newly renovated hotel, staff needs improvement

Nice newly renovated hotel. They were still working on construction details while I stayed there. The rooms are very dark and better lamps are needed. The maid left the window open all day after cleaning my room and it was 40F degrees when I returned to the room. The heat did not work and there was only 1 blanket in the room. Horrible experience, and personal property was at risk for theft since the window were wide open. The property is very nice but better training is needed with the staff.

Highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel. Comfortable, bueatifully decorated and well managed. All the Staff are professional friendly and helpful. You will enjoy returning to your room with the beds turned down after each days exploration of the city. The hotel is located on a quiet side street rue de christine and is perfectly located on the left bank one block away from the Seine up rue de Dauphine in the St. Germain section boarding the Latin quarter. It is only a 14 minute walk to the Louvre over the pont neuf bridge; 7 minute walk to Notre Dame and the St Michel RER station for a 40 minute train ride to Versailles. (Or the concierge can help you arrange private transport.) 10 minutes to the lovely Luxemburg gardens then on to the Pantheon or if your adventurous a 15 minute walk to la Marais section. Dine at either Christine restaurant or Chez Ferdinand within a few steps of the hotel for a wonderful dinner and you will not be disappointed! And then venture into the Latin quarter and enjoy the duck or beef stew at la jacobine; or, le petite chatelet. At each the food and staff are wonderful. (Try your luck or to be sure make a reservation!) Finish with a River Seine evening cruise at Bateaux Vedettes du Pont Neuf, again 7 minute walk from your home away from home Relais Christine! (Je vous souhaite le meilleur en explorant, diner et profiter de cette merveilleuse ville!)

Relais Christine was a perfect place to stay in Paris. We loved the hotel and location. They gave great dinner recommendations close to the hotel. We stayed in a suite which was big for 3 guests. Well equipped and comfortable to relax after a long day of walking.
