On arrival we parked in hotel car park to be greeted by dog excrement and discarded cigarettes by rear entrance door these were not removed for duration of our stay, whilst we were aware we had booked a budget hotel we were still suprised by how basic the rooms were withwash hand basin in bedroom we cancelled our next planned stay in Ibis budget because of this

We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!

First of all, I would like to thank the extremely friendly reception staff. It wasn't out of training, but out of pure kindness. Location is great, walking distance to the city center, restaurants around and it was easy to park the car on the street (weekends free). Room is budget but functional. Breakfast very OK. Good option ;)

The floor of the room felt sticky, we kept our shoes on in the room. There was no ground towel to get out of the shower. TV reception was a bit inconsistent. Bed was ok. Big crowd at breakfast 30min before closing, people waiting to get a cup or cuttlery so we decided to avoid it.

A chaque fois que je vais à Albi je vais à cette hôtels ibis mais cette fois j'ai pris une chambre pour trois personnes j'ai pris un grand lit avec un lit superposés c'est dangereux pour monter sa va mais pour descendre cest dangereux

Hôtel correct bien placé
Hôtel Ibis (Budget) classique, chambre en bon état, propre avec une bonne literie. L'établissement est bien placé à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare et tout proche du centre ville. La chambre était un peu petite mais dans la norme des Ibis Budget. Le petit déjeuner en buffet comportait l'essentiel pour bien démarrer la journée.
Seul bémol, bien que l'accueil ait été correct, j'avais bien pris contact en amont avec l'hôtel pour informer que j'aurai un vélo électrique et que je souhaitais le mettre dans un lieu un minimum sécurisé, mais à mon arrivée j'ai eu beaucoup de peine à faire comprendre ma demande. Dans un premier temps l’accueil m'a dit de monter mon vélo dans la chambre au 4eme par les escaliers (le vélo pèse 23kg)... Finalement ils ont pu trouver une solution avec une petite chambre au rdc au le vélo rentrait difficilement ... ouf !
Du coup ma recommandation à destination de l'hôtel serait d'être très clair en amont lors des réservations sur la possibilité (ou pas) d'accueillir des vélos. Cama de casal grande e confortável; ducha (excelente), pia e vaso sanitário todos separados, mas bem funcionais. Café da manhã fenomenal (bem acima do pequeno valor cobrado), com muita variedade de pães, \"viennoiseries\" francesas típicas, cafés, sucos, frutas, etc.

Les moins:Pas de placard pour ranger le sac de voyage, par exemple. Le lavabo était dans la chambre. Celle-ci était petite. Du coup, entre les affaires de toilette,et le sac de voyage, c'était un peu exigu. Une seul prise: ordinateur, recharge de téléphone portable: impossible en même temps. Les lieux sont propres. Les Plus: Le personnel est agréable, les locaux sont propres et l'hôtel est bien situé. Très proche du centre ville.
