Chris at reception went above and beyond. Gave us useful recommendations for dinner and parking and things to see
The conservatory area was a nice place to relax. The room was clean.
The breakfast was the only downside, over priced for what it was.

I arrived slightly earlier than planned, and decided to see if I could check in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave me plenty of useful information about the local area while they checked whether my room was ready.
Excellent first impression, very clean, tidy, modern, great ambience. Lovely room, and parking close by too. Highly recommended.

The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.

We had a great stay here. The staff is incredibly friendly and offered suggestions onwhere to eat and what to see while in Albi. The hotel is walking distance from the cathedral and the food market is a block away. A nice home made breakfast was available for an additional fee. I highly recommend staying here.

Charming Boutique Hotel

This is the best place to stay in Albi. We were in 2 different rooms, as we extended our stay. Each was lovely and spotlessly clean. Both had refrigerators plus extremely comfortable king-sized beds. One had a lovely terrace. The other was huge with an extra bed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh-squeezed orange juice. There is a cozy ambiance in the public spaces that invites guests to linger. The hotel is family-run with hosts who deliver personal attention that goes beyond making dinner reservations and calling taxis. ( if you do need a taxi, Cab-me offers personal attention also) At the hotel Stephane assisted with locating medical attention, a pharmacy and take -out meals. He made phone calls for us when French was needed. He switched us to a more convenient room. He even moved our car for us. Staff offered breakfast trays, extra towels and whatever we needed to assist with our sudden lack of mobility. We felt supported during a very stressful time. Thank you, Stephane and staff. We returned to the US and are recovering well but plan to return to France in the future to continue our interrupted trip - beginning at Hotel Les Pastileurs!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this older, but quite charming hotel. We had not noticed that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and didn't know how we could get our luggage up three flights of stairs, but the wonderfully friendly and helpful desk clerk came to our rescue. His extra service was deeply appreciated.

Comfortable, clean hotel with very reasonable breakfast option. We had a terrace room. Only drawback is there are no hand towels.
Less than 10 minute walking distance to major sites such as Saint Cecile Church and the Toulouse Lautrec museum housed in the Berbie Castle built in the 12th century.

The manager was very welcoming and gave us a choice of rooms. He explained the parking (free in the nearby square). Provided a map of things to see in Albi and recommended a restaurant.
Breakfast was very good with pleasant service.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Albi.

Overall a nice experience. Small family owned hotel close to the old town. The owner and the staff are very attentive and ready to help with advice regarding restaurants or local places to see. It can get a little bit noisy as doors and walls are thin but it is pretty much the same all over France.

each room has it's own theme, i appreciated the decoration for the room. the room had a nice view, windows could open and breath fresh air. it is located neat the city center, a 10m walk will get you there. would stay there again if given the opportunity to visit albi in the future.

No lift here but a comfortable enough room on the second floor, away from the rather cabbage-like aromas of the lower floor. Very pleasant person at reception. Good restaurant Bistrot Auguste 3 mins away, so no need to walk back into the city centre. Not far though, so hotel is well situated.

Noisy housekeeping in the morning

Great service & I loved the decor of the hotel but shame about the noise of housekeeping at 7am each morning of big footsteps and slamming of doors. I let it go the 1st morning thinking it was one off case then it continued the following morning. Also rather devious of them to charge us for the 2 cokes in the minibar especially when it states that charges would be incurred if ordered from downstairs restaurant. Grey area I guess. Dodgy area at night. Despite this I would give thumbs up to great service from the helpful duty manager & decor of hotel but unless you sleep like a log pls bring ear plugs and a sense of humour!

Very convenient location, easy to walk into town, and close to a large free car park. Lots of fascinating pictures and artefacts round the hotel, room delightfully decorated. The air con was lovely! All in all really helped enhance our stay in Albi.

Not easy to find, but it is in a quiet location. No complaints about the room or the breakfast. No restaurant so a 5-minute walk to find centrally-located eating places.
By far the most expensive of the six similar-quality hotels I stayed in during my touring holiday. Friendly owner, however.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel, complete with spa-bath, tea/coffee making and air conditioning. No parking (but that is normal in France) but a free Public Car Park in adjacent. The bathroom was tight for space because of the spa.bath.

Booked this for one night but stayed for two. They management were very apologetic that this meant changing rooms, but it enabled me to see more of the hotel! Each bedroom appears to be individually styled, but all with good facilities (including kettle, tea and coffee). Showers are funky disco ones! Breakfast room elegently styled, and a good selection of items. No guarded parking, but the 'free' tree shaded square is only 10 metres from the hotel entrance. The historic centre of Albi is about 10 minutes walk away, and it was easy to find open restaurants on a Sunday night.The hotel states everywhere that it has no lift, but apparently its a common complaint by people who have not read the details. A must for future trips to the area.

For A short stayin Albi this hotel is fine

Albi is a small town in the south of France near Toulouse. I thought that this hotel was very typical of what I've found elsewhere - small room, very accommodating staff etc. The room I had was nice but it had a little bit of a musty odor. The bathroom was nice and it had a fine mipultijet shower. The owner was very helpful especially directing me to the area with free parking. This hotel is a five minute walk t the main square, the church, stores and museums. Also, a great restaurant called L'epicurean is five minutes away. On Saturdaynthere is a wonderful open air market on the square right next to the hotel. I would stay here again

This was a very nice, little, well-run hotel. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room was very pleasant and had both character and modern fixtures and bathroom. It even had a nice little private terrasse. The location was a little out of the way from the train station, but close to a major square and close enough to walk to the Catherdal and muesum. I enjoyed my stay here and thought it was a good value.

This is a small, quirky hotel in a convenient central location. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with attentive service.
Although there is no parking on-site, there is a large, free public car park 100m away at the end of the street. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Rarement vu des services et prestations aussi parfaites, et pourtant je suis constamment en déplacement dans différents types d'hôtels. Propreté irréprochable, chambre magnifique, excellente literie, serviettes de toilette de qualité et qui sentent très bon, petit déjeuner complet avec des produits frais et locaux. Parking très proche et gratuit. En prime un accueil très agréable et un directeur très sympathique ! Ce sont de vrais professionnels, on ressent fortement l'expérience et la connaissance du métier. C'est un coup de coeur pour ma part, vraiment du top niveau, cet hôtel mérite largement plus que 2 étoiles.

Cozy hotel, with some unfortunate mistakes

Despite saying otherwise on their page, there is no parking, and parking on the street is very difficult during business hours. Hotel is cozy, but there was also no curtain on the window, which is just weird. Despite these things, still a good place, as we eventually were able to park in the lot without a time limit, and made a makeshift curtain using the blanket.

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel le gérant était disponible pour nous aider avec le parking motos, ensuite il nous a conseillés des endroits pour boire un verre et manger à ALBI. Nous avons suivi ses conseils et ils étaient très bons.
Concernant l'hôtel, tout était très bien. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, le petit-déjeuner était très satisfaisant.
Et tout ceci à 2 minutes à pied du centre-ville, et à des prix imbattables.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Séjour d'une nuitée en famille. Arrivés très en retard, le patron nous a attendu. Excellente découverte que ce petit hôtel à 2 pas du centre historique d'Albi. Chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée avec sdb moderne ET fonctionnelle. Silence passé 21h; Mention particulière pour le petit-déjeuner et ses produits locaux! Etablissement très propre. Parking gratuit à 150m.

Sólo nos alojamos por una noche, sus anfitriones son entrañables hablan español además se esfuerzan en todo para hacer la estancia muy confortable y ayudarte en la información para conocer la Ciudad de Albi.
La habitación limpia, con colchones y almohadas muy cómodas .
El desayuno tipo bufé … genial !! las mermeladas y tartas son caseras .
Si volvemos a esta ciudad , seguro que repetiremos este hotel.

Nous avions cru réserver une chambre surclassé avec une jolie vu et un mini bar, fiasco !!!
Hôtel. Com nous a vendu du rêve mais celui-ci ne correspondait pas à la chambre réservée. Pourtant nous avons payé le supplément sur le site pour une chambre premium. L'hôtel étant complet, l'hôtelier n'a pas pu nous reloger...faites attention quand vous réservez sur le site, ne vous faites pas avoir...passez plutôt en direct !

Hotel magnífico muy céntrico

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos. Excelentemente cuidado y limpio. Decoración nueva. Habitaciones con todas las comodidades. Trato muy amable. Desayuno buenísimo y muy variado. Parking gratis en la plaza de delante.

Seul point négatif: le bruit fait par les personnes prenant des escaliers ( les chambres donnent toutes sur l escalier)

Réservation chambre premium avec baignoire balneo.

Très bon accueil, grand merci au réceptionniste Timothé qui nous a même aidé à la réservation d’un restaurant populaire d’Albi

Petit bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation de la chambre mais tout était très bien en dehors de ça
