Great hotel, staff was so very helpful, especially Rachidi (spelling?). Clean, coffee and tea in the room. Quiet. I would recommend it highly. Price great, too. Walking distance to Albi was maybe 15 minutes. The Tourist office is the first stop, helpful on directions for transportation to Chateau du Bosc using a blabla car after the Toulouse-Laurtrec musee and Cathedrale in Albi. A wonderful town and a very good hotel.

Five star hotel at three star price
This was a 5 star hotel at 3 star price. We loved how spacious, lovely, clean our room was. It had more amenities than all the budget hotel we had frequented, including an electric water kettle and facial tissue. We got free parking right outside the hotel and walked just a short way to the attractions, shops and restaurants. The train station was right across the street.

We arrived late at night and left somewhat early the next morning, but enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location, directly across the street from the railroad station, absolutely convenient. No noise problems (it's more of a suburban setting) and a nice view of the surrounding countryside from our hotel room. We didn't take the buffet breakfast and cannot comment about it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff that really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Appreciated thoughtfulness towards my son. Had diner at the hotel purely for convenience sake as we were tired and was pleasantly surprised of how good it was. We had breakfast delivered in the room and that was okay. Missed fresh fruits instead of fruitcocktail from can. Otherwise rooms were very large and clean, modern bathroom. Small pool that we did not use. Parking available against a small fee that we used.

Close to trains
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel d'Orleans. It was very easy to get to with our bags yet only a short stroll to the old town. We were disappionted that we couldn't make ourselves a hot drink, especially since we had cold wet weather. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and well insulated for cold and noise. We were disappointed thay we did not get to use the push bikes, that were so convenient in the foyer, because of the weather.

Séjour de trois nuits pour découvrir Albi. La localisation de l'hôtel dans la ville est plutôt bonne pour découvrir Albi à pied (10 minutes de marche jusqu'au centre historique).
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Le rapport qualité prix du restaurant de l'hôtel est très correct.
Un seul bémol, la qualité des charcuteries et fromages du petit déjeuner qui ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur de la région. C'est dommage.

Ma compagne et moi sommes arrivés un samedi soir vers 19h 30. Nous avions réservé par internet. Excellent accueil. Chambre assez grande, confortable, très propre. Nous sommes allés dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le repas était de qualité et le service parfait..

Séjour agréable. L'agencement de la chambre pourrait être mieux réfléchi. Lit en face la porte qui permet de voir la lumière du couloir en face la clim. Alors qu'il pourrait être mis à la place du bureau. Néanmoins l'hôtel est très agréable.

Gros problème d affectation de chambre j ai réservé une chambre quadruple en arrivant à l hôtel on me dit que c est pas possible et on me donne une champ le triple or j avais réservé une quadruple à 91 euros sciamment on arrive à 4 on me propose deux chambres moyennant supplément appartement d après le gérant de l hôtel non respect du client de la part d hôtel.com

L’hôtel est très agréable la chambre est spacieuse confortable d’une propreté impeccable.Les accessoires sont adaptés. Seule la baignoire est petite.

Déçue, j'ai très mal dormi à cause de la chaleur.
Hôtel éloigné du centre ville, quartier un peu glauque, lit confortable, salle de bain minuscule, moquette de la chambre complètement tachée et surtout la climatisation ne rafraîchit pas bien la chambre même mise à la puissance maximale depuis plusieurs heures ! Elle doit dater d'au moins 40 ans, il faudrait la rendre plus efficace !.

Viajamos en familia. El hotel está situado enfrente de la estación de trenes. A quince minutos andando del centro. La habitación para tres personas era muy amplia y con dos camas dobles. Cenamos en el hotel un menú y estaba rico. El desayuno es poco variado.

Par contre, il est dommage que nous ayons eu deux serviettes de bain, deux verres à dents alors que nous étions trois dans la chambre ( prévue normalement pour quatre) et que sur les deux petits flacons pour la douche, l'un avait été déjà utilisé par les clients précédents et ne contenait plus que la moitié du produit !!
