This property needs paint badly. Especially in the hallways. Our room had a sink that didn’t drain at first, then the plumbing leaked all over the floor. The shower pan was cracked and the drain cover was loose. The lights by the beds did not work nor did the safe. The room smelled from cigarettes even tho we requested non smoking. Out of four front desk employees only one was friendly and helpful. We will not return here again!

I was only here for 8 or 9 hours. The room was really big, but it could have used more sheets.

They have early luggage storage and the staff was helpful. It seemed like big tour groups would stay here since there were big buses.

I wasn’t here long enough to know whether I would stay again, but the room was really big for the price and the front desk was helpful.

I liked the that was safe, but little far from the center. Housekeeping is fine, but the shower room has no fan. Staffs need to be little friendly. Reception guy works around the clock but doesn't even try to make fake smile there was one mistake they made, but didn't even say sorry. He need to take some break.

The room was a big enough space … but the room smelled musty .. the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned… taking a shower the water wouldn’t drain properly .. and the location was somewhat difficult to find. We had to circle around 3 times to find it .. it’s hidden behind bushes, and didn’t seem to be an area that would have a hotel.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. Staff was ok. Room clean. There was a problem with the AC. The room was 24 degrees and the windows could not be left open as the hotel is situated on a highway. Breakfast the same every day, a bit boring. The only big minus was the iron in a deplorable state and a very dirty ironing board.

Never again - horrific stay

We stayed for four nights. The heating of our room reached 27 degrees. It was unbearable. We complained and were told the heating was adjusted by reception.
We came back and the heating was still on 27 degrees even with the heating and thermostat completely off.
We had to sleep with the window open in a cold and foggy winter night.
We complaint again and we were given unacceptable responses by the man at the reception such as “what can I do, it is not my home” or “o don’t know how to help”.
Apparently there were no other rooms available (on the 30th, 31th Dec and 1st and 2nd January in Cologno Monzese!).
Despite my various complaints we were not offered any alternative solutions and slept in a room with 25-27 degrees and the cold air coming from the window. It was horrible.
One day we left our room key inside the room and reception could not generate another electrical key - we had to wait 15 minutes at 1am!

What a great find... a bargain for Milan. Convenient, modern, clean, quiet, excellent service and food. Great (and free) basement parking garage. Nearby restaurants within 5 or 10 minute walk. Minutes from center city Milan via nearby subway station, which is a five minute drive with free parking or 18 minute walk. Easy highway access for points north and east of town.

I used to stay here regularly but in the last 12 months I will not stay here unless I am forced to.

1. The wifi is terrible and totally inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel You might as well forget it is even there. The wifi needs upgrading to a system that a normal hotel would use.

2. The advertised \"shuttle\" to the local businesses is always either \"fully booked\" or \"not operating today\". Basically they advertise this as a hotel selling point but then do not actually want the expense and trouble of running it.

3. In the summer the air conditioning would not work and the rooms were fixed to an uncomfortable 24 oC

4. To try and cool room down I opened the windows which is when I realised the hotel has a huge mosquito problem. I would bitten 20+ times overnight.

5. There were also cockroaches in my room in the summer. When the mosquitos and cockroaches were reported the receptionist said \"yes I know, it not good is it but it is just that time of year\"?!!?

6. On this latest stay the toilet flush was not working correctly.

7. One of the elevators seems to be constantly out of order.

in summary I would recommend staying elsewhere until the hotel owners spend some real money on upgrading the hotel to be truly functioning for business people. The high turn over of staff also probably tells you all you need to know...

Sorry guys, but this is my experience at your hotel.

The transportation is not as advertised

The transportation is between certain hours and only in the Cologne area which can be walked. Other areas that are 10 mins from the hotel is not covered. Very disappointing.

My sleep experience at the hotel was disrupted by a large group of students. Very loud and boisterous. After I complained, I was led to believe some kind of compensation might be in store, but nothing was done. The room had only a shower. That was a disappointment. The minibar included only water and there was no indication that there was a fee for the water. And finally, there was a phone in the room but there was no indicator for how to call the front desk. Other than that, it was a nice hotel at a reasonable cost.

I visit a business in the Cologno area and previously always stayed in Milan. This is a great alternative as the similiar hotel room in Milan would be twice the price. 15 mins walk to nearest metro station that will get you into the center of Milan.
Rooms are large, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good variety of food on breakfast tables.

I was there with friends. The stay was good overall. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast service. Food got almost finished at 9:30 even when it is supposed to be available till 10:00. When requested, it was said that it won't be refilled. Surprisingly, when a couple came at 9:50 and when raised the same question angrily, he was provided with the meal specially cooked for him. Even this is ok. But the worst part was when I happened to get a broken glass for drinks, with which I cut my mouth and was kinda bleeding. When reported, the person in charge said that no it can't be as the broken part was not sharp. Only when I showed him the glass again, he agreed to it.
Overall it was a fine stay, but I won't recommend it to anyone.

l letto matrimoniale è in realtà composto da due singoli affiancati: il materasso è piuttosto rigido e al centro si crea uno scalino scomodo che compromette il comfort. Durante la notte si avvertono diversi rumori, che rendono il riposo poco rilassante.

La TV è obsoleta e il LED rimane acceso, risultando particolarmente fastidioso al buio.

L’acqua della piscina è fredda e, mentre si è in sauna, si sentono chiaramente i rumori delle persone che si allenano nella palestra adiacente, riducendo l’atmosfera di relax.

Infine, il bar non offre servizio di ristorazione e chiude alle 23: se si arriva tardi al check-in, magari dopo una giornata alle terme, non c’è possibilità di trovare qualcosa da mangiare in struttura.

Parking couvert sous l'hôtel un plus pour les motards.

Leider konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht vom Zimmer aus regulieren (an der Rezeption könnte man die Intensität bestimmen) nur über den Strom Kasten an und aus stellen. Duschkabine war defekt und Schmutzig. Überall waren Spinnenweben verteilt. Frühstück war okay bloß etwas ausladend gestaltet.

À notre arrivée, l’accueil n’a pas été très cordial par le réceptionniste qui était présent la chambre qui nous a été attribué, n’avait pas été faite, lit en désordre, draps non changé, bref inhabitable le réceptionniste nous a demandé de patienter pour qu’il puisse faire le ménage ce que nous avons refusé, et nous avons demandé l’attribution immédiate d’une autre chambre, ce qui a été fait et cette chambre était très correct .

A differenza di quanto scritto sul sito non c’è il ristorante ne la navetta per l’aeroporto.
Per pulire la camera sono entrati due volte nel giro di 10 min alle 9 di mattina. Termoventilatore rumorosissimo fuori dalla stanza. Colazione basilare senza neanche una macedonia, un succo naturale o frutta secca.
La palestra senza neanche un boccione di acqua ne salviette

Hotel de bom custo-benefício. Café da manhã é bom, quarto confortável, bom chuveiro, embora o box seja muito apertado.
Estacionamento no subsolo. Permitiram que estacionássemos antes do horário do check-in e explorássemos os arredores. Cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada da estação do metrô. Bons cafés e padarias no bairro. Deixamo o carro estacionado no parking free da estação do metrô o dia inteiro, sem problemas.

Bellissimo hotel, personale gentilissimo, colazione a buffet di dolce e salato; la stanza pulitissima e anche molto confortevole! Tutto bene tranne per quando sono arrivata in stanza non c’era la luce e ho dovuto chiamare la reception, ma hanno sistemato tutto. Del resto tutto perfetto. Mi sono trovata benissimo e se dovessi tornare di nuovo lo rifarei tantissime volte!

Das Personal war sehr nett und super hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind sehr abgenutzt und die Technik funktioniert größtenteils nicht mehr. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, im ersten funktionierte die Klimaanlage, der Kühlschrank, der TV und auch das Telefon nicht! Im zweiten Zimmer lief die Klimaanlage immer auf kühlen bei 18 grad, selbst ausschalten funktionierte nicht, nur die Sicherung rausmachten, das hat geholfen um sie komplett abzustellen. Der TV hatte nicht mal einen deutschen Sender.
