The area was too loud to be able to sleep in. I had no running hot water on two different occasions (and no, I didn't turn off the boiler switch). Finally, I felt rushed and a lack of attention during my check-in, a transaction vs. a welcoming stay.

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.

Really nice place to stay right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town. So convenient to walk the town. They don’t tell you, we found out by chance, that you get a 20% discount at their restaurant. The only negative, although I didn’t let it affect my 5* review is that although they supply a kettle in the room they don’t supply tea or coffee. I have hot comment on this only because I found it funny.. when I queried why there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, the manager said “This isn’t the Hilton”. But don’t let that bother you, it’s a minor point.

Rooms Tezoro is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik! It’s not technically a hotel, so don’t expect full-service amenities—but that’s not a dealbreaker. The location is excellent, and the guys at the restaurant across the street handle the front desk and guest needs—they’re super friendly and helpful, though sometimes busy with restaurant duties. Our room was clean and comfortable; one small suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a Dubrovnik visit!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It is in the middle of Old Town. The reason it got three stars was the bathroom had a foul odor like sewer. Even though it is near restaurants the noise was not overwhelming.

The apartment was in a great location in the Old Town. It’s a 5min walk from the taxi rank. Lots of nice sites, restaurants and drinking holes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant offers 20% off for guests as well. The AC was a bit temperamental and the shower ran out of hot water quickly. The major downside to the apartment was the street noise. The windows were single glazed and it didn’t get quiet until around midnight and then from 4.30/5am onwards you could hear all the deliveries coming into restaurants and trolleys of bottles being wheeled around. Ear plugs did nothing to block out the noise so it was 4 pretty rubbish night sleeps and on the basis of the noise pollution I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place is small but clean, in downtown and close to bus station. But it is noisy from the restaurants till after midnight and also very early in the morning.

This is a budget end accommodation but it has character and location even if it has no lift (73 and 78 and we managed the stairs). Breakfast and Resto dinner al fresco right outside in the narrow Ulića Śiroka. Everything was clean, towels were soft, street noise in the evening is perfectly understandable for being right in the centre and just as atmospheric as the church bells. Maybe suggest checking the hot water temperature which is very high. Otherwise, we have been so pleased.

This hotel is in a perfect location in Old Town! The air conditioned room was a great reprieve from the summer heat. It is owned by the adjacent restaurant which is very good, and you get a 20% discount on meals for staying at the hotel. Just make sure you leave your hotel key on the table so the staff know. Older hotel room and interior (which you’d of course expect given the city’s long history) and no daily room service unless requested for a charge, but it was clean and comfortable for a 4 night stay. We loved our time here!

Great location - right in the middle of old town. The \"front desk\" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik.

Great location in the heart of the old town, but I wouldn't recommend it for a winter stay. The bedding was insufficient for the winter, and the window wasn't exactly air tight so we we're rather cold overnight. There was an air-con with heating function but this wasn't working. I rang the given number and asked that this be looked at (there were no staff onsite ever) but it was not. Eventually I realised that the batteries in the remote had run out and I purchased some batteries myself to fix this.

Family vacation for four- rented two rooms. Very noisy all hours of the day/night and terrible service- no toilet paper replenished for two days. Door lock was broken. Good location for activities but too loud to sleep.

Excellent location to be in the center of the Old Town. So convenient to shops, surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, in the hub of it all. I loved the feeling that my room in the building location, felt more like going to ones own apartment, rather than a hotel. I would suggest bottled water, teabags and instant coffee be in the refrigerator for guests on their first day of arrival. These are things I found later to buy myself but for first time arrivals that would be a nice touch.

Room and location where excellent I can’t complain. There is no reception area on premises so you need to make sure you let them know the time you’re will be checking in or no one will be there. The person that was there for me was very helpful! Also since the Hotel is attached to a restaurant at the lower floor you will and I mean you will be woken up by the servers in the morning setting up the restaurant for breakfast it started around 5-6am both days I was there. If you want to be in old town Dubrovnik this is an excellent location!!!

- Sent error emails where we were told our credit card failed payment. When I wrote to them, from a ferry!, got this \"Previous email was sent automatically,please disregard it.\" HOW do you send an automatic email to a guest that their payment was failed????

This is a nice hotel right in the middle of the old city for an affordable price. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated, and the staff is great, very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially because someone can always reach them at the restaurant connected to the hotel across the street.

Awful Experience
Huge cockroach in the room on day one. Internet was spotty. Fridge stopped working. Bathroom smelled like the sewer, which seemed to be connected to the room through an open gutter under the sink and may be where the roach came from. No shampoo, conditioner or soap. And the towels smelled like cigarette soap.

Perfect located, close to gate, port, only stairs you need to walk are from front desk to your room.
However, I was expecting basic hotel service no just “a room”. There is not daily cleaning service, no soap and only instant coffe first day unless you go to lobby and ask for more coffee...... because is very centric in the old town, room get all noise from streets (people talk, garbage collection at 5AM, etc).

Found what appear to be bed bugs upon arrival here June 2018, we left and stayed elsewhere. We had 2 rooms reserved and only got a refund for one. Traveler beware.

Pensione style rather than hotel. Room was fairly large considering it was in a very old building. Reasonably sound proof and adequate airconditioning. Wifi was good. Room was old style in décor and facilities but quite adequate. Friendly manager

Well air-conditioned room a long block from the Stradun Placa. The Rooms are associated with a Restaurant Tezoro, right in front of the Rooms. We ate there once, and it was one of the best meals we had while in Dubrovnik. Our room had a refrigerator, which was a must during the height of the sweltering tourist season.

Comfortable, decent-sized room. Quiet, even thought it's on a main street. Only issue is there is no front desk, so you need to let them know when you're checking in. I had to check in at the restaurant downstairs and it was a bit of a process. They do give you a discount at the restaurant. And it actually had TV reception and English channels.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, negatives were minor and are easily forgotten about as soon as you go outside and look around at the beautiful city surrounding you. And also ITS KINGS LANDING PEOPLE!

Grrat location right in the heart of old town. We chose to have a shuttle booked for us to the airport, the staff said it would all be arranged. But when we went to find our taxi driver the next morning he wasn't there. Upon calling him he was still asleep and no one had called him to arrange pick up. We were lucky it was early so we just go a new cab easily but if it's later in the day I'd make sure they call someone. Nice clean rooms.
