Went with my sister and 84yo mother and had a fabulous stay. We had a nice large junior suite with an amazing ocean view from the large balcony. Our mother has mobility issues but all we had to do was dial 0 and ask for a “special car” and we got our own golf cart to be escorted in wherever we wanted to go in the resort which was great!
Room was clean and spacious, food was decent as far as all inclusives go. Would stay again at Las Brisas!!

Nice hotel and great staff. The only downfall is having to utilize the shuttle carts to get around the property. This hotel was also geared towards older people, catered towards 50-60 yr olds. Not a bad vibe though, I enjoyed my stay here. We stayed at Las Rivas, Dreams and Secrets. Las Rivas was our 2nd favorite hotel we stayed at.

The most beautiful experience, our first family trip but they made everything so accessible. Super helpful, staff is polite and friendly they go above and beyond. They cater to you in every way possible the heat is insane but constant service in all areas of the resort. Also doing your laundry at an extra cost but super worth it. Food variety from mexican to international food and multiple restaurants within the resort ask the drivers for options the only downside was its super huge that you dont get to explore enough without asking what else they have.

First of all my wife and I loved our stay. Everyone was helpful, food was delicious ( we ate at 2 reserved restaurants, but we enjoyed tge buffet a lil more at Bellavista which has a beautiful view to the ocean ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ). This property is very big and located on a mountain cliff and you need to take lil shuttles ( 8 at a time) to & from your room property to the Lobby/restaurant/ Pool area. They have Pickleball, basketball, volleyball, soccer courts and 3 billiard pool tables. Beach is very calm and beautiful clear water.. it does have a nice family pool and separate Adults only pool. The staff works very hard so please remember to leave a tip, I noticed alot of guests didnt tip at the restaurants and bar area.. Thank you to the whole friendly and hardworking staff, you made our stay memorable and we will definitely be back.

This is a pretty hotel. Very large. The beaches are wonderful, especially for children. The room was a good size. The Club room was nice to have. The staff if very friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff of any All Inclusive that I have been to. I really only have a few concerns. Check in took a long time. Only two people checking in people. The pool is a good size but few chairs. My biggest complaint is the food. I understand that All Inclusive food is never great. So my expectations are low. But the restaurants are bad, especially the Mexican and the Seafood. (Whoever thought coconut encrusted shrimp and meat was a good idea should be fired.) The steakhouse wasn’t bad. Surprisingly the buffet actually had the best food. But still not great. Simple food prepared properly is all I ask for. I don’t need extravagant food cooked poorly. Even though we really enjoyed the hotel I am not sure I would return.

This is our second time here at Las Brisas and we love it! We love how interesting the property is, like an adventure getting to and from your room with such beautiful flora and fauna to see. The pool always has something fun happening, the beaches are perfect with cozy chairs, attentive staff and easy access to towels and bars everywhere you go. We love each beach and having options so everyday is different; whether you feel like snorkling at Ventura, playing in the waves at Tornillo or floating at Manzanilla, we love all of them. We played two hours of tennis each morning with Paco and came away much better players than when we got there, even our kids joined in the lessons and he was an attentive, skilled instructor with all. I loved aquasize everyday and playing a game of billiards in the shade when we needed out of the sun. We love the food! The baked goods are really well made, the fresh fruit, green juice and variety of delicious options at each restaurant are great. We didn't love the a la carte menus, and the meats/fish were overdone so actually liked the buffet better for dinner. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cool, the shuttle is easy to take all over the property. My kids liked the kids club for the small amount of time they spent there.

I went to Las Brisas with my 12-year-old and 14 year-old sons and my 72-year-old mother in general. The resort was good and accommodated everyone’s needs without a doubt for us. The best part was tennis with Paco every morning at 9am, the bird tour with Pablo, which happens a few mornings a week at 7 AM in sailing with uri. The staff is what makes this place Great . if you have an opportunity to take the bird tour walk with Pablo , it is super special and meeting him was definitely a highlight. He knows so much about wildlife nature and Mexico . simple guy with a lot of soul and very wise!

Overall, our stay was just okay. The biggest downside was that the amenities felt quite old and in need of updating. The rooms were also outdated, which took away from the overall experience and comfort we were expecting.

The food was another area that could use improvement. While it wasn’t bad, there was very little variety, and the menu didn’t seem to change much during our stay, which became repetitive.

That said, the staff was a highlight of the trip—everyone we encountered was great, responsive, and respectful, which we truly appreciated.

We traveled to Huatulco on a family vacation and stayed at Las Brisas for 7 days.
Overall the resort if great. The room is spacious and clean.
The beds are too soft for my liking but I was able to get enough bedding from house keeping to make myself a bed on the floor.
The resort has tons of activities, from tennis to basketball. My favorite is the gym, which as pretty much anything one would like in a typical gym.
The ocean is great. We spent some time swimming in the ocean everyday. They have a coral reef right on the property. It is imprtant to bring reef friendly sunscreen.
The food is good. Clean, and mostly tasty.
The resort is family friendly and doesn’t cater to a partying crowd.
It’s huge so they have carts to get people around. For those who enjoy are nice walk, there are lots of nice path and stairs to get around the resort.
The only thing to improve would be for the hotel to have more say in terms of how loud a private event rental could be. There was a wedding that went on, and the music was so loud we could hear from our room causing it difficult to sleep. But the hotel staff said that they can’t do anything about it because it’s a private event.
Finally, brush up on Spanish for easier time there.

This was our eleventh stay at Las Brisas in the last twelve years. We missed 2020 because of Covid. Fantastic place for families. We have always travelled with a group of friends and family. Usually 15-30 of us with each visit. We are all frequent travellers. This is our favourite resort and since finding it we have had no reason to go to any other resort. Facilities are great. Food is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have no recommendations for improvements because there is nothing that needs to improve. For us it is the perfect All Inclusive resort.

This property offers amazing beaches, things to do and very nice rooms. The resort is perched on a very hilly property so LOTS of walking is involved (or you can wait for a cart to drive you up and down the hills). I loved the number of steps I got in a day but if you have mobility issues or do not love walking, this might be a barrier. We stayed very active with gym, yoga, pickleball and water sport options so loved the choices to stay healthy while at an all inclusive. Staff were amazing and friendly. Food was just okay...not terrible but not amazing either. The best food I ate was surprisingly at the buffet. The other downside is that you are limited to eat by the times the restaurants/buffets are open. No room or beach food service (squirrels and birds VERY aggressive for food on beaches) so we found ourselves planning around that more than we would have liked. First world problem for sure though! Lastly, we ended up having a travel delay and the resort immediately extended our resort privileges so we could store our luggage and still use the resort into the afternoon of our check out which was VERY appreciated. Overall, GREAT place to stay!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I am at the airport, ready to go home but wanted to thank the staff for a great experience. Ivan did a wonderful job helping my elderly parents with reservations for dinners. The golf carts arrived promptly and took them door to door. Etiel, at the front desk was very helpful and acted like he really enjoyed helping me with a smell in our room and with changing money. He spoke English very well and I searched him out for help. Paz served us at the beach and she was very thoughtful.

Now for what could be better; you have to ask for guacamole. They couldn’t make a Paloma if their life depended on it. The lobby gets crowded and busy and MUST be avoided on karaoke night. It’s amazing how poorly Canadians can sing after drinking. I am Canadian.

But they make great micheladas. The rosato wine is great. Beaches are the place to be.

The property at Las Brisas was exceptional. Beautiful room, the grounds were clean and well maintained. Our group loved all of the walking we did, to the 3 beaches and amenities. The public bathrooms were clean. We played pickle ball, yoga, used the well equipped gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that you couldn’t order food on the beach, and you had to plan your day around the restaurants opening times.

We had a room with morning sun and that meant we had shade on our deck to sit out in the afternoon. Perfect.
Come prepared for stairs! Its a great workout to walk the property but if you can't do the stairs no problem, they have a fantastic fleet of cart vehicles that zip around all day.

This property is beautiful and very well kept. I think every room has an ocean view but not all rooms have a balcony. I wish we had paid extra for one, as it would have been nice to sit there in the evening. The property is VERY hilly and there are lots of stairs and ramps. They have little shuttle carts that take you everywhere and there are lots of them. You can call for one and they'll be there really quickly, sometimes before you can get outside. The beaches are beautiful and immaculate. There's 4 beaches, but the smallest one is not a swimming beach. The beach by the Mexican restaurant has a coral reef that you can walk out to and see lots of fish. We always found seating on one of the three beaches. There's lots of palapas and lounge chairs. Drink service is frequent and fast. Same at the pools. The pools are all close together and far from the rooms. If you forgot something in your room it's a long way back. The food was just okay and got repetitive. I'm a vegetarian & I struggled to find things without meat. They mislabeled things sometimes that appeared vegetarian but weren't. We should have booked more a la carte dinners as the Kasbah was really good. There was even a belly dancer. But even there, the vegetarian soup had meat in it! The resort isn't walking to distance to any restaurants but you can take a cab into town for about 100 pesos. It's about 10 minutes away. The shows are okay, just basic. All the food closes at 10:30 even the snack bar.

Everything about las brisas was great! We got a junior king suite with ocean view which was great. Restaurants, the pools, the drinks, the staff, the snorkelling right at the beach. Everything was top notch. One thing to make sure of, bring decent shoes for walking around the resort, Its not flat. Although there is a shuttle thats always driving around you can hop on to get around if you dont feel like walking.

My wife and I were here for 6 days. It was great!! All the restaurants were very,very good except KasBash which the food was good just no flavor. The buffet was the best buffet we have been at in all our years of travel. The room was nice sized, housekeeping did wonderfully. All the people were very friendly and polite. The beaches were laid out extremely well. We were a little concerned about it being a noisy resort with it being family oriented. However, the pool area got a little noisy but the beach area was relatively quiet. We went on the bird walk one morning. The guide knew his stuff and we saw a lot!!
We enjoyed our time here , and maybe someday we can return

This was our 2nd trip to Las Brisas and the only time we’ve ever wanted to return to the same resort -
anywhere! Our 2Q superior deluxe room was comfortable, bright, clean and perfect for our needs. The only thing that would have made it better would have been an ocean view - but we were barely in our room and ocean views were all around us at all times. We enjoyed custom made omelletes at the Mexicano restaurant (with ocean view seating) after pickleball every morning, snorkeled at the coral reef beach every afternoon and soaked in the rays of the fabulous warm sun! What’s not to like? Wish it wasn’t so expensive… prices have gone up considerably since our visit last year. Hope we will be able to afford to return!
