The hotel is lovely and has a great pool & bar area. Rooms were cleaned regularly and perfectly furnished with good air conditioning. bus service available however didn’t run regularly therefore ubers are the best way to get around the island. Breakfast was varied with the same spread daily and staff were very welcoming.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here for a week. The hotel is smaller than you think, only around 30/40 rooms, which makes it a really cost environment. Rooms were great, nice and clean, food at the hotel was good with a couple of local food places to try (would highly recommend Mario's). Staff are wonderful and made our stay fantastic.

The only thing I would warn is more about Santorini in general - getting around by bus is difficult given the location as they are very infrequent so either rent a car or you'll have to get taxis when going out and about. Taxis are very expensive, minimum spend on Uber was 36 euros, you can get some metered cabs for shorter journeys for a bit less but a 5 minute can from the hotel to the airport was still 20 euros.

All in all we had an amazing experience here, would highly recommend it!

The hospitality from the entire staff was great. We would like to thank Mary and Chis from the front desk for giving us all the insights of places to see and eat. Our housekeeper Evelyn for giving us a wonderful welcoming into our honeymoon suite. She went out of her way to decorate our room with flowers. We were truly touched at how special the entire staff treated us during our stay. Thank you Mediterranean White for a great honeymoon! We will come back soon.

We were supposed to stay at Mediterranean White but they were remodeling and sent us to the Imperial Med, hotel which was 4 stars not the 5 stars we paid for, the little apartment was two levels not ideal for a family with children, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the three days we stayed there, the TV had like 5 channels and started glitching after a few minutes of use.
We are so disappointed with Expedia because we were never informed that we won’t be staying at the hotel booked and paid for. I am a gold member and expect better service. Not sure I will keep using Expedia in the future.

The hotel is close to the airport, and you can heard the planes take-off and landing.
The atmosphere of the hotel is relax and the pool side has a lot space for sun bathing and the inclusive breakfast is good.

One of my favourite destinations

Amazing hotel staff, they’d realised during check in that it was my birthday and upgraded our room; by the time we got to the room, a goody treat was delivered. When we went to the pool, the bar staff made it extra special and threw in a couple of drinks. They really made my birthday weekend enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again!! Thanks again guys really amazing place.

Great location (Close to airport and beach)

The hotel is nice with a good location close to the beach and airport. Our room was very spacious and clean with a nice balcony; however, there was not enough outlets to properly charge electronics and we did not have a stand up shower, which makes washing hair difficult. The hotel has a great pool and nice breakfast but overall I would probably choose to stay at the sister hotel, Mediterranean Beach Resort, next time instead, which seemed nicer with more polite and accommodating staff.

Do not book this hotel

The business model of this hotel appears to be to overbook and then send people to inferior hotels. My group of 15 people booked for my special birthday and upon arrival, out of 15 only 8 actually had rooms allocated. The rest of us were sent to poorer quality hotels elsewhere. only 2 of the rooms allocated bore any resemblence to the advertised pictures - the rest were dirty, small,smelly and generally unpleasant. When one of our party asked for broken furniture to be fixed - or a room change arranged - they were told 'I am not Santa Claus'…
The receptionist on duty at the time who clearly had lots of experience in telling people that they would not be getting what they paid for, repeated the mantra 'I don't know\" 'I am just the receptionist'
Whilst we waited in reception for a resolution, a couple came in and were allocated a room straight away, when we asked why, they advised that they had booked through another agency and that agency took priority over those who had booked through Expedia….this should be challenged by Expedia.

One member of staff, Nicos, was helpful and tried to remedy the situation with the limited resources at his disposal - however the whole holiday was somewhat tarnished and I would urge anyone thinking of visiting Santorini not to book this hotel or its sister hotel Mediterranean Beach or any other linked hotel

The room we were given looked nothing like what was dipicted in the brochure .
We were given a new room after much fuss .this room did look like what had been described and looked as though it had recently been refurbished .
The other guests in our party were split up amongst three other hotels along the same road and no one wa snappy with their rooms as they experienced issues with plumbing , air conditioning and Ty's that didnr
The breakfast was always cold and it appeared that the hotel deliberately over books .helpful

Very Disappointed, Not what expected!!

I was totally disappointed not only with the room but with the staff behavior. From the time of our arrival until we checked out. My husband and I chose the Deluxe room. When we arrived we were greeted by a very rude female receptionist. They tired to give us the wrong room, the TV didn't work, and there's no place to get food after a certain time.

The outside of the hotel looks very nice but luckily we did not spend too much time in our room. The room was horrible and not like what we booked. We had to fight with the staff for two days straight, it was very stressful and they were extremely rude. Our room looked like crap, wifi didn't work in room, they had horrible eating hours/options. I felt lied to my entire trip. Then heard about 5 other guest complain about their rooms as well. I will never stay there again. The manager is a fake and his word means nothing.

Worst hotel ever - do NOT stay here!!!

When we checked in to the Mediterranean White hotel after our midnight flight, we were told that they had made an 'error' and that they had to put us up in their sister hotel for the night which was much better. When they showed me the photos of the sister hotel (Afropidi Venus), i told them that the deluxe room that we had booked was a lot better and that we didnt want to be transferred. We had no choice. They called a taxi and told us that we couldnt stay that night but could come back tomorrow. At 1am we were transferred to a 3 star hotel with two twin beds in a standard room (even though i had booked a 5 star hotel with a KING bed in a deluxe room). The next day when we paid for our own taxi to get back to the Mediterranean White hotel, we were told that they simply dont have any available rooms as a lot of their rooms are not operational (so they knew they couldnt accommodate us before we arrived but didnt have the decency to tell us). Essentially, i booked and paid for a 5 star hotel deluxe room with a king bed and was given a 3 star hotel with two twin beds in a standard room with no option to cancel the booking or be given a refund. We ended up booking La Bellezza a gorgeous boutique hotel which not only went out of their way to make us feel welcome but went over and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We booked the White Suite. We were taken to a room with only 1 bed and 1 seating area. The staff was very argumentative that I did not book the White Suite. When I finally found my e-mail confirmation, they put me in a larger room. The room they put me in was still not the White Suite. The staff tried to tell me the room didn't look the same because of photoshop. I explained photoshop is when you make things look more attractive, not when the furniture, light fixtures, beds, floor plan, etc, are totally different.

The room they put me in was still under construction. There were markings on the wall, holes, paint missing, etc. There was a hole that allowed an entire colony of ants, plus some, to come into our room.

The couch was far more comfortable than the bed. The mattress lacked any padding or comfort.

The provided breakfast was decent. You will not be able to find food at this hotel after 5:00pm, despite the fact they say there are snacks/dinner. That is at the sister hotel that is a 15 minute walk down the street. The walk didn't seem safe, as the road is not lit. So, we just went to bed hungry.

There was supposed to be a stocked mini bar with snacks and liquor in the White Suite. The room they put us in didn't have that either.

I will not stay here when I return!

The hotel staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed our trip here. Only downside is they breakfast doesn't really cater for vegetarian&gluten intolerant people (unless you're happy with cornflakes and fruit)

Horrible. Aucun service digne d’un 5*, arrivés avec un jour de retard pour cause de vol annulé, nous avons trouvé une chambre spartiate vide avec un lit non fait, pas d’eau à disposition, un mini bar vide. pas de possibilité de manger après 21h et aucun geste commercial de la part du manager et de son équipe. Pas de service de transfert de l’aéroport donc nous avons été contraints d’utiliser les taxis locaux: arnaque -prix exhorbitants et n’acceptent que le cash. Le petit déjeuner est basique, les chambres dignes d’un 2 étoiles avec une clim marchant que occasionnellement. La localisation de l’hôtel loin de tout avec de nombreuses nuisances sonores liées a l’aéroport qui se trouve à juste 300m. Aucune aide de la part de la réception pour arranger des transferts afin de visiter l’ile, l’équipe n’a pas été en mesure de nous proposer les services basiques dignes d’un hôtel. Enfin, le manager nous menace au moindre soucis au lieu de faire preuve de professionnalisme et d’apporter de l’aide à ses clients. De nombreuses pannes d’électricité sont survenues au cours de notre séjour, doute sur la fraîcheur des produits utilisés en cuisine. Honteux et à fuire.

Un très bel hôtel , apparement refait récemment , malgré le manque d’equiquiments signalés par le site ...

points négatifs : Reception passive , fils et câbles apparents dans la chambre , évier bouché, et très longue attente aussi bien pour les taxis que pour les chambres , des fourmis dans la chambre , et peu de choix et qualité des produits médiocre.
De plus si vous chercher la discothèque et le spa annoncés sur le site , accrochez vous parce qu’a Moins de les inventer vous ne les trouverez pas.

Points positifs : Bel chambre , très confortable , et bon service au restaurant.

Everything was fine, what we expected.
The wifi wasn't reliable but the pools were nice.
It was easy to get around by bus because the bus stop is next to the hotel.
There is airport noise but it didn't bother me.

No warm water in the room, bad breakfast, bad location of hotel, they charge you 3 euro for a coffe in the bar even that you stay at the hotel. Ants in the bathroom. Bed and AC was good and pool was clean but the area around the pool was not very nice.

Over forventningerne!

Hotellet ligger lidt \"øde\", men der er kun 2 kilometer til Kamari og synes bestemt, at hotellet er dét værd at vælge alligevel! Personalet er vildt søde og rengøring dagligt. Luksus hotel! :-) hotellet ligger dejligt centralt mht. at der er lige langt til den ene ende af øen som den anden.

Fick inte det hotellet som vi hade bokat

Det fanns inget rum när vi kom dit så vi fick bo på ett annat lågbudget hotell i Kamari med av som knappt fungerade hårda sängar och dålig frukost, hotellet hette strand boutique. Jättedåligt tycker jag.
