I didnt like that the property amenties listing stated a laundry and dry cleaning service was available. The staff were vague and did not know anything of such. In addition, we stayed when a vintage car group was staying. They decided to wake us up with them with a ridicilous music tune

This is a simple, value-for-money hotel that ticks a lot of boxes. It's in a good location close to the motorway for easy access and 5 mins from the 45 Nord centre for shops and lots of restaurants, gym, and cinema. Comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels, and super clean. Nice continental breakfast offering with friendly and helpful staff.
However, the concept of \"Eco friendly\" seems to have passed this hotel by completely. Plastic cups in a plastic bag in the bathroom?? Really? I can understand the need for cleanliness and hygiene but this is completely unnecessary and so wasteful. Also, clean towels every day is lovely but again wasteful and not necessary.
Please update your cleaning and housekeeping to reflect the need for all of us to help the planet :)

Es war nicht möglich mein Wasser vom Abendessen mit ins Zimmer zu nehmen. Die Rezeption war wütend weil ich das wollte. Es wäre nicht schwer einen Englischen Sender im TV zu haben. Gibt es nicht. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Rezeption ist sehr unflexibel und nicht hilfreich.

The Tulip Inn is extremely clean! The entire room and bathroom was spotless. Also the staff is exceptional. Front desk staff was kind, generous with their time, available for every question. We encountered both restaurant staff and also cleaning staff that said hello and were very helpful. A wonderful spot!

L'Hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione quindi non dovrebbe prendere prenotazioni anche se offrendo bassi prezzi .uno si aspetta una struttura diversa non un cantiere....ora ho capita perché ho pagato poco e non era rimborsabile ...quindi ho perso soldi andando via

Hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle peu accueillante, lors de ma réservation, il ne m’a pas été précisé que le restaurant était fermé. Nous sommes arrivées un dimanche soir vers 20h, où voulez-vous dîner ? Chambre correcte mais avec le strict minimum dans la salle de bains, une grande serviette et une autre serviette pour 2 personnes !!! Petit-déjeuner insignifiant dans une salle qui s’apparentait plus à une cantine. Toutefois, je signale que la personne à l’accueil parle fort bien le français, ce qui est agréable.

Con 20 minuti ero in centro e tutto sommato, buon albergo, pulito,silenzioso, parcheggio a non finire, colonne elettriche( che a me non servivano) e persone molto molto cordiali e gentili. Se consapevoli di essere fuori Torino, ottimo punto di appoggio.lo consiglio

Peccato si trovi nel centro di una zona industriale , quindi non c’è nulla intorno. Hotel pulito , norme anti COVID eccellenti, ottima colazione e abbondante. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Albergo non nuovissimo ma tenuto abbastanza bene. Le camere sono della giusta grandezza con bagni tenuti Ok. Purtroppo un paio di capelli di donna in giro non mi fanno dare un voto alto sulla pulizia. Possibilità di cenare all' interno con pochi € sia con menù del giorno che menù alla carta. Sono andati un po in difficoltà con la cena vista la mole di gente che si è accomodata allo stesso orario. Le cameriere son professionali e gentili. Possibilità di parcheggio custodito. La colazione è un po' scarsa e sarebbe da migliorare.
