Small hotal in a nice neighborhood with short walk across the bridge to the centre. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast and great service. There are restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time. My son had a one-week camp nearby so we stayed for 8 nights in this hotel. Excellent service from the super helpful front desk, which gave us directions and helped us call taxi to the airport 4:45 am in the morning.

The location is very convenient, we walked to everywhere.

Caring and amazing staff

The staff deserves 10 stars. Very caring. The front desk manager Emmanuel went over and above his duty to locate a cab driver in whose cab we forgot our backpack and managed to get it back for us.

Even when I checked out for a few days and returned, my luggage that I had placed in the hotel was already inside my room. The bathrooms were a tiny and could use an update and the location of the hotel is 30 mins walk from the center. These are the only minor gripes

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Easy, fast and friendly check-in. I had been allocated a room next to the lift but that was changed as soon as I asked. Room clean and spacious for me. Open clothes hanging space not an issue for me. Bathroom compact but not uncomfortably so: e.g. shower was big enough. Step up to bathroom not an issue for me. Very clean except for some small mould spots on seals and grout in shower. Eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo dispenser in shower. Fresh, tasty and abundant breakfast buffet (though orange juice a bit ‘institutional’). All staff very pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice hotel in a nice area of Turin. All the main attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, but there are a few very lovely cafes nearby. The room was clean, quiet and the staff were lovely.

Wonderful hotel near Parc Valentin

Stayed 2 nights while visiting Torino. Close to all the major attractions. comfortable rooms with great amenities. Staff is extremely accommodating. 200m from river Po & beautiful running path. Outstanding breakfast includes fresh fruit, homemade baked goods.

The hotel does not differ much from standard Best Western hotels.
It's located close to the city centre and parking close to the hotel was easy to find.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, but, as in any Best Western, a bit anonymous. Staff was nice and professional
Overall good if you are travelling for business, even if there was little Wi-Fi signal in my room.

Great friendly reception staff. Nice breakfast very cheap but good value despite no cooked food (except boiled eggs and cold Deli meats). Room was a little noisy due to shop outside re-stocking early morning but the hotel happily relocated me when I mentioned it. Free map at reception with places to see was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning didn't work very well at all - could not lower the temperature to a comfortable level and it wasn't too hot out either. We were a family of five, and they didn't tell us when we booked that they would be splitting us up into two separate rooms! We made it work, but it was a bit of 'false advertising'. Breakfast was so-so, didn't cost much but didn't offer much either - some bread, cereal, cake (lots of cake...) - not much fruit, and no scrambled eggs or hot food. Internet did NOT work in the room, had to go to the lobby to use our devices. Surrounding area around was ok, but a bit scary with all the graffiti and some intimidating young folks walking around (didn't have any more room on the skin for additional tats and the sight of their in underpants hanging down was not pleasant).

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, situated in a pleasant residential area and only 100 yards from a bus-stop, so arriving by public transport was easy. Our room was a good size, with a large and comfortable 'matrimoniale' bed, air-conditioning and a TV. Although the shower-room was small, it was well-equipped and the rain-shower was excellent. Our only issue was that sound insulation between rooms and the corridor wasn't great, so we were disturbed occasionally by guests arriving/leaving late at night and/or early morning. The breakfast buffet was good value and the staff friendly and helpful. Although located outside the main city centre on the east side of the Po, it's only 5 minutes walk to the Ponte Umberto bridge and buses stop on Corso Fiume only 100 yards from the Hotel. For us, it was an excellent base from which to visit the sights in the city centre.

Hotel was a little to far from the main city, for us. However the city is walkable, or you can take a taxi.The room was comfortable and modern and was very clean. Breakfast products were of a good quality and all the team were helpful and pleasant.Will stay closer to the centre next time.

Nice quiet hotel situated downtown

I stayed two nights in this hotel. The room was quite small and a little outdated, but very clean. The best assets were the large and well-equipped bathroom and the good breakfast. They also offer a tea/coffee service in one's room, free of charge, but you have to ask for it.
The hotel is situated not far from the train station Porta Nuova. As I had to take a train on several instances, the first time, I took a taxi to it (9 euros), but then I found out that I could go there by bus (#52, cost 1.50 euro). I walked on foot to a lot of destinations. The room had a TV with English language channels.
Although the hotel is situated downtown, it is a very quiet place.
The personnel speaks good English and are very pleasant and helpful.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Well situated hotel in the heart of Turin.

This hotel was very well situated for exploring Turin. We had a family suite which was great for us with our three teenagers. Breakfast was included and was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. There is a fantastic pizza restaurant literally 2 minutes away...by far one of our best dinners in Italy...and recommended by the staff. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable.

Very user friendly hotel, nicely located near river Po and not too far for city centre access. Helpful and devoted staff, many speaking good English, giving good service to customers. Rooms fairly small but good layout in very clean condition. Enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend. Should we return to visit this lovely city of Turin, we will definitely be back staying at BW Hotel Crimea. Suggest that, visitors to Turin in the near future (awaiting completion of direct rail link from airport to city centre) use the Terravision bus service at airport, it being the city / airport transfer bus.

Best Location in Torino

My stay in the Hotel Crimea Best Western was exceptional in every way. The hotel is clean and quiet with a smart and friendly staff. My room had polished wood floors, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was full of choices including fresh fruit, eggs, ham, brioche, and muffins. The caffe latte was delicious. In the morning I spring out the door for a walk to the Parco Valentino or to Piazza Gran Madre or even closer to one of the fine cafes on Corso Fiume. There are incredible food shops nearby and a pharmacy. I love this hotel and have been returning for 35 years!

Inizio con l’unica nota completamente positiva: il personale. Tutto lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile. Il quartiere di collocamento è caratteristico e piacevole per una passeggiata. Per il resto, secondo il mio parere, l’hotel non vale il prezzo: la camera aveva pareti poco insonorizzate e in caso di vicini rumorosi questo diventa un problema serio. Erano presenti riparazioni fatte alla bella e buona - come stucchi sui muri -, esteticamente inguardabili. Arredamento spartano - che di per sé non è un problema, se ben fatto - e fermo a molti anni fa. I mobili portano evidenti segni di usura. Pulizia molto basica poiché mi è capitato di guardare sotto il letto e trovare molta polvere. Colazione con poca scelta soprattutto per quanto riguarda il salato. Per cento euro a notte non pretendo il non plus ultra, ma perlomeno di passare un soggiorno sereno in un ambiente che non trasmetta sufficienza.

Le recensioni positive sono sono state smentite, pur essendo un tre stelle , l’hotel è tenuto molto bene, il personale è cortese ed efficiente, la biancheria è pulita , la location è fantastica perchè in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo ma servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici. Unica pecca , nella tripla abbiamo trovato due francesini da mt 1,60 cadauno che in tre persone ci avrebbero fatto stare a disagio e siamo stati costretti a chiedere una camera supplementare. Meglio sarebbe stato un letto matrimoniale con terzo letto singolo.

Parfait pour une nuit d’étape à Turin

Hôtel au calme, un peu excentré du centre historique de Turin, mais dans un quartier animé avec des bars et des petits restaurants excellents. Un personnel agréable et serviable. Ottimo alloggio in buona posizione (5 min a piedi dal Valentino e 20-25 min circa dal centro); le stanze sono pulite, comode e silenziose, con kit per prepararsi the e tisane, il personale è gentile e disponibile (ci hanno stampato gratuitamente alcuni documenti), la colazione (4 €) a buffet è ottima, varia e abbondante, il parcheggio in zona si trova facilmente ma è a pagamento (come, ci è parso,in tutta la città) a 1,30 € a ora (escluso sabato sera e festivi).

Per la sua posizione strategica, è risultato il miglior hotel che potessimo scegliere. Infatti è vicino alla stazione e al centro, raggiungibile sia a piedi che con i mezzi. È in una zona molto tranquilla. Non avevamo molto tempo per visitare la città, ma il personale si è dimostrato da subito molto attento, cordiale e disposto e dare informazioni su attività ed eventi per il weekend.
