A beautiful place to stay. A few minor details with housekeeping that could have been better but the chalet was beautiful and accommodating. Staff were very friendly and it was the perfect distance from the village to walk to but be away from the business. Gorgeous views of the ski hills.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain. We went during the summer and did all of the activities. The mountain coaster was a blast. The ropes course was a lot of fun with different levels of difficulty according to your preferences. The village was great with lots of restaurant and shopping options.

The property requires some renovations. I like the microwave, the availability of in-unit washer and dryer. The AC, stove top and oven were also in good condition. The furniture is old overall, and requires renovations. Same goes for the bath towels and bedding (they look more grey than white, and probably have been in use for over 10 years).

One major issue that almost broke the deal was the one-spot-parking per unit policy. This property (Grass River) sleeps 6 people, so obviously you are expected to have 2 cars that need to be parked next to the unit. Anakshu, from Blue Mountain Inn reception, was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our needs.

I had terrible experience with Blue Mountain resort. All staff at front desk are new knowing nothing . Check in was delayed one and half hours because our room took forever to be ready. The room was old and dirty. The kitchen has very limited cooking utensils. The stove was dirty , not working well . TV was down; internet was as slow as snail. We have to use our own data! I paid lots of money for no service 👎

We spent extra booking this property while others were cheaper because on the map its shown it was in the village. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS PROPERTY. It was a walk away which was a bit disappointing when we could have paid less to be closer.

besides the location it was clean, we were provided one parking in front of the rivergrass property and the other was in a parking lot that is in walking distance. Comfy beds and pillows and a warm fireplace to stand by after the day on the slopes. Front desk staff super friendly as well!

I will come back again to Blue Mountain with the family… this place is beautiful with a lot of activities to do and amazing restaurants to visit. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. My 6 year old grandson took snowboarding lessons and the instructor was amazing.

Rivergrass was the perfect place for a vacation. We stayed for two nights, and the property was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property management did an excellent job keeping the driveway and stairs clear of snow. I will definitely choose Rivergrass every time I visit Blue Mountain. Thank you for making my vacation so perfect and peaceful. I look forward to returning soon! :))

Excellent service at check-in. The room itself is clean and spacious. Some of the appliances are a little old and probably need repairs.The property is showing its age, but a little paint and minor updating would help. Walking distance to the village and access to the private beach made things easy. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained.

The location was great walking distance to the village. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed with the kitchen. The cooking utensils, mixing bowls, oven mitts pots pans baking sheets were limited or lacking. This made cooking meals challenging. The fridge was not working and a call was placed to maintenance and we were provided a portable bar fridge. It did the trick but sadly we lost some perishable food items. The weather warmed up
So placing food on balcony was not an option. Another call to maintenance as the TV remotes were not working. Batteries were replaced and remote seemed to work. The next day we were not able to get the TV working reception was very poor. Would have been nice to have had a set of instructions on how to operate the cable system in the unit. This was frustrating and we were not able to access the TV in the living room. A smart TV would have been appreciated to allow us to access our Netflix or prime accounts. Nice unit but lacking amenities.

We had a great stay. River grass was huge - the perfect place for a girls weekend. It was about 10 min walk to the village, at the unit we stayed at. Parking was plentiful at River grass. The receptionist wasn’t very warm and cheery when we got there, and her instructions were kind of confusing, but the virtual concierge was very helpful.

We haven't been to Blue in 10 years and were excited about our first family staycation since pandemic only to find the Rivergrass condo dirty and falling apart; bathroom tiles cracked and pulling up, holes in the wall, lamps falling apart, blinding broken, couch frayed and torn. it took almost 2 hrs for a highchair to be delivered and we had to call for toilet paper. lifts crowed and restaurants over priced and stale. will NOT be going back as we hope to purchase a place in Collingwood for family tradition getaway now that we have a grandson. :-(

The check in description is not very helpful. 110 JoZo Weider. Does not say it is the Mountain View Inn. That would make it much more straight forward to find, staff was very nice.
The location close to Blue Mountain, but not a short walk, transportation available and onsite free parking. Lots to do in the area.
Unit was very clean, quiet area, parking close to door. Unit has everything you need, very comfortable.

Great spot, about a 10 minute walk to the village. Unit was big and laid out well. More of \"beware\" upper units (Which we were in) have a lot of stairs to get up to the unit. Not any concerns for us but just in case you have older travellers or people with injuries or disabilities. Ask for ground level (yes that's obvious I know) Cleaning could have been a tad better but it wasn't enough to call customer service.

It was spaceious enough for the 8 people that we were, although the kitchen was not equipped with enough forks, and pots for cooking.
The burners on the stove did not keep an even temperature, for cooking pancakes and a second fry pan would have been handy for frying eggs while the pancakes were being cooked. A few more kitchen towels would have come in handy . We would have appreciated an itemized list of the items in the kitchen , so we could have brought along what else we felt we needed..

Loud and noisy room was dirty and smelled horrid when we arrived. Several lights don't work. Toilet had trouble flushing. We didn't book this spot it was an \"upgrade\" according to front desk which it wasn't we booked River grass. Front desk never told us of the change until we arrived we booked over a month ago. We lost hot tub and pool. Front end management didn't want to do anything when we called so we had to go back to front desk and his resolution was giving us free breakfast we had to continue to tell him this isn't what we paid for at all. Extremely disappointed.

We were very pleased with our experience until we checked out. We later realized we had forgotten to pick up the cooler full of food and drink from the kitchen when we left and reported it immediately but so far after 24 hours they have told us they didn’t even find it, which was impossible if the cleaners went in as they usually do. This was very disappointing after such wonderful service with the staff.

The property was nice, but I was not at all happy that Expedia said the property was a 5 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. I chose this condo based on the proximity to the village because my mother is not able to walk far. We were more than 1/2 hour walk from the village. Expedia clearly misleads people with their location, and I will probably not book with Expedia again

Other reviews of this room at Historic Snowbridge say that the village is a 3 minute walk away. I can assure you that it is not a 3 minute walk. It’s about 22 minute walk if you follow the road or 17 minutes if you cut across the golf course. Google maps it and you will see. Wish I did that prior to booking.

There is a free shuttle to the village and back. It comes every 30 minutes. I scheduled the shuttle 4x. The first two times it didn’t show and we ended up walking. The 3rd and 4th times later on to go back to the village for dinner in the evening the shuttle was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here! Smooth, early checkin. Friendly staff delivered us a bottle of wine, and also came within minutes when we texted them to ask about help with the TV and even late at night to bring us some matches. Lovely view off the patio, walkable to the village. Easy parking. Shuttle van drove by and told us to just wave them down if we wanted a ride over. No complaints!
