Stay away from this hotel if you are foreign.

The sewer smell in ALL the halls and the room is really bad. Its like open sewer drains smell. I had no sleep thinking I was going to be methane gassed. Im not kidding in the least.

The main lobby does not smell (so they fixed it there) but all the floors do. Its a gagging smell. Never goes away even if you spray cologne.

I stayed here 1 night to break from a long travel. If I had booked more nights I would have left the money paid and went across the street to anyplace else.
Its a nice neighborhood you can walk around food places and such.
Lobby breakfast is nice, coffee shop area is nice. People seem nice but that is all in the main floor. You won’t see anyone on the levels up. They have to know.

The drains were not engineered correctly. They should lazada some drain remedies.

Never expected an issue with the Savoy name.

I stayed at Savoy for two weeks as my base while I explored Manila. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was always delicious with so many options. My room was clean and well maintained. And the location was great for exploring and walking around.

I would recommend Savoy to anyone considering a stay in Metro Manila.

At first we had a room with view of airport and roads but it was noisy so asked to move and they relocated us to an interior room. Quiet but no view which was fine for us. Very busy hotel and staff did an excellent job. Air conditioning in the gym could have been a lot better. We only stayed one night so can’t comment further. It is a transiting hotel and you wouldn’t book to spend your holiday there.

The room was big enough and amenities are adequate. What stands out are the amazing staff and the location of the hotel. Staff are helpful and very polite, answers the questions and inquiries as much as they can. The location is just few feet from restaurant stores and salons etch. The breakfast buffet was also surprising good with lot of choices, may favorite was the Filipino specialty such as Taho, tinapa and champorado. Will surely stay again next time. The caveat is although it near Terminal 3, and is walkabale if you do not have a lot of baggage, take a grab taxi. Overall 10/10

Just didn't like the room we were given. have stayed there several times before and the usual room I reserved was in a much better location in the hotel. Overall good stay, close to NAIA 3, walkable but be prepared for the heat. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, location is close to all restaurants and mall, you can use Grab (local Uber) if you want to go to BGC or MOA.

On our second night, guest next door were so loud at 3 am it disrupted our sleep so I guess sound insulation not good. Will stay again though in the future if arriving at NAIA.
