Clean and quiet room, be aware that there is a train quite literally behind the hotel that goes by any hour of night. It’s not a dealbreaker but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

From no parking - or parking lines that are too narrow to accomodate our small compact car - to an old spring mattress , not enough blankets, and a bathroom that the walls were black from dirty hands and the back of the door was filthy.... And the front door was always locked morning and night. No one told us at check in there was after hours entrance where our card would work. Staff se med annoyed when we knocked to be let in. Not to mention that the roof was being replaced and work went on throughout the weekend from 8-5pm.... It was a place to catch a short sleep but we won't be booking again .

We visited for my partner's birthday and I requested a note that said \"Happy 30th\" and the hotel staff left a beautoful note, a box of chocolate and bottle of wine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. The Whitewater shuttle picks you up from the hotel, it was convenient and we will be staying there again.

Keep in mind while booking through expedia they do not tell you that you need a credit card when you arrive. That was a challenge as i do not have one so i had to get my friend to help with that, as i was with my two kids and we would have been without a place to stay had my friend not helped.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and there was hair in the tub. There was also some soap scum that had not been cleaned off properly but the rest of the room was exceptionally clean.

The train is quite loud in the morning but they provided ear plugs so that was a nice offer.

Overall our stay was pretty decent and the beds were very comfortable.

This was a nice hotel in a good location although difficult to find the entrance as no signage on entry to the car park.
Rooms are nice, however, bathroom was a little pokey and lighting in the room was terrible, no main light and lamps did not offer enough lighting.
