Unique Hotel being part of the Football stadium complex. We stayed there as we were attending a motor sports event at Zolder. It was much cheaper than Hotels near Zolder and the 30 km drive was easy. Our room seemed a long way from the reception but the restaurant was excellent and the car park was free and handy to our room. Would stay again if I attended Zolder races again. Not much in the immediate area except a couple of Supermarkets. Nice room but a refrigerator would be handy but tea making facilities were available in the room..

Good hotel with quality amenities. Location is good if you stay in Sint-Truiden, otherwise you need a car to get around. Building adjacent and part of modern football stadium of 2nd division Belgium team.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. It is only a short drive from the centre of St Truiden. There is a dearth of restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel but the on site restaurant is very good, though not particularly cheap. Breakfast is very good. Parking is free and secure in underground car park with easy access. We had a problem with the TV which the receptionist was unable to sort out.

The location is ideal for anyone visiting the Spa circuit: not far from the motorway. The hotel was comfortable and clean.Left both mornings before restaurant was open so cannot comment on the food. The receptionist on duty the night we arrived was the most pleasant efficient person I have ever found. The parking facility and view over the football pitch are big plus marks.

In general it was ok, i just went there to sleep.
I did not like the longer walk to the room and no elevator in the room site of the hotel. They fprgot the bathmath, so the bathroom floor became rather slippery/wet. Conditioner for your hair and no shampoo, i thought that was a bit odd.

Het hotel was makkelijk te vinden met de gratis parkeerplaatsen voor gasten in de parkeergarage. Receptie goed aangegeven via lift vanuit de parkeergarage. Het hotel heeft diverse ingangen. Via N3 konden we gelijk naar onze etage. Via receptie eerst een lift naar 3 dan lange gang doorlopen en op het einde met lift naar 4 waar onze kamer was. Werdt duidelijk uitgelegt bij de receptie. We waren een keer verdwaald, maar lift naar parkeergarage genomen en toen via receptie weer op bekent terrein gekomen. Het hotel is best groot. De kamer was ruim genoeg voor 2 en netjes.

Ik heb bij stayen verbleven voor mijn bruiloft! Personeel was hartstikke lief, verblijf was perfect hele goede bedden, en ik liep het hotel uit met een grote glimlach!! Heel erg bedankt.

De hotelkamer was veel te warm en kreeg ik niet koeler helaas. De kamer, een skybox van STVV, is origineel. Maar de vloer was in slechte staat, je kon zien dat de bedden ontzettend vaak verschoven waren. Dit is heel groot contrast met de badkamer en toilet die heel luxe zijn. Tevens heb ik verschillende zilvervisjes gevonden tijdens mijn verblijf. Ook was het erg gehorig, waardoor ik verschillende keren wakker werd. Daarnaast waren de receptionisten heel aardig, de faciliteiten perfect en de kamer heerlijk ruim. Parkeren gaat ook perfect en door de aanwijzingen kon ik de parkeergarage perfect vinden.

Schönes Konferenz-Hotel mit überheblichem Personal
Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ein gutes Büffet zum Frühstück sowie die Nutzung eines externen Spa's an. Leider wurden wir unprofessionell begrüßt (der Check-In dauerte ca. 15 Minuten) und die elektronische Zimmertür lies sich nicht abschließen. Nach drei Anrufen und über zwei Stunden wurde noch immer kein Service-Techniker geschickt. Erst nach zweitem Gang zur Rezeption konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Insgesamt also leider nur durchwachsen.

wij waren echter niet tevreden met de service en info omtrent het aanbieden van eten tijdens corona.
Bij inchecken om 15u ons avondeten van 20u besteld. Pas om 21u15 werd het eten naar de kamer gebracht, op een open karretje, onafgedekt over honderden meters afstand naar de verschillende verdiepingen waardoor het eten bij aankomst op de kamer dus helemaal was afgekoeld.
's Morgens werd het ontbijt opnieuw een uur later dan gevraagd naar de kamer gebracht. Niet leuk als je dagplanning omwille daarvan reeds 's morgens in de war wordt gestuurd.
Bij het ontbijt werd ook geen koffie of thee geserveerd. Na wat rondbellen bleek dat er 2 verdiepingen lager een koffiemachientje ter beschikking was maar dat werd ons vooraf door niemand meegedeeld.
We hebben alle begrip dat door de corona-maatregelen organisatie niet evident is, maar bij het inchecken ontbreekt alle info en naar ons gevoel zijn de problemen ook grotendeels te wijten aan gebrek van een goede logistieke organisatie.
Er was slechts 1 persoon om alle maaltijden in het grote hotel rond te brengen.
