The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. Parking is 17 eu re o a day so not cheap, and I would have parked elsewhere otherwise. We came back from being out on day 2 to find the cleaner had been but had left the door ajar all day, luckily nothing was stolen. I'm sure this isn't common, but wasn't great.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a shopping complex. The lifts and escalators were not working but rather than informing guests of alternative access they left it to guests to figure out. This route was filthy. Breakfast in the venue was cancelled and held in an adjoining hotel but this information was not given at check in. Poor communication at a hotel I’ve previously stayed at before a couple of times with no drama.

Check in was very slow and took a long time as they were apparently having system issues. They took my payment twice in the first two days and then again a few days later and although they apologised and said it was an error I am still trying to get a refund for the overpayments some 2 weeks later!

I did t actually stay here as the hotel was unexpectedly ‘full’ due to ‘annual cleaning’ so I was moved next door to the Radisson Blu. The receptionist explained this would result in a ‘better room’ but from memory of my last stay at Park Inn, the room in the Radisson Blu was a lower standard. The carpet had stains, I had 2 single beds when I requested a queen, one of the bedside lights did not work and the advertised English TV channels did not work.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michael assisting us after we had flight delays and lost luggage to deal with.

Fantastic Hotel in HASSELT

Really nice Hotel, excellent room with plenty of amenities, clean and big bathroom, the staff is very professional and friendly, is located in the city center and the hotel have a parking. The breakfast was also very good and there are many restaurants and stores near to the hotel.

Hotel as good as new and in a perfect state. Good value for money and ideally situated in the centre of Hasselt. Nice decoration.
What could have been better: I didn't find a single glass that was clean at the breakfast buffet. This hotel has a 'big-hotel-feel' and found it rather unpersonal. I would not choose it for a private trip. For me it was just convenient for business. A big plus is also that you have a parking underneath the hotel.

Perfectly fine for a short stay

Not having cellphone internet access and the local taxis not accepting credit card meant I was at a loss as to how to get to the hotel. A call to the hotel reception and a very helpful receptionist gave me directions which I was able to follow until the very end where I couldn't actually find the entrance to the hotel, another call and the lady was offering to come down and guide me in herself but at that moment I managed to spot it. It is built on top of a shopping centre so you have to go up some escalators to find it. Cannot fault them for their service, even if the signposting was insufficient for me. The staff were courteous and efficient and I found the room perfectly fine for a short stay before a series of business meetings the next day. Internet speed was good so I was happy. Didn't avail myself of the mini bar or the restaurant but it seemed pretty low key so not for romantic get aways.

Lors de la réservation j’avais demandé 2 lits simples, j’ai finalement eu un lit double. Impossibilité de me changer de chambre car l’hôtel était complet, ce que je peux comprendre. Mais attendre 3 heures pour qu’on nous apporte un oreiller et une couette afin de dormir sur le canapé je trouve ça un peu limite. L’organisation est à revoir dans cet établissement!

De weg naar park inn by radisson is beetje zoeken niet zo duidelijk op gps gelukkig konden we via hoofdhotel wel binnen. Hotel centraal gelegen superdicht bij de Grote Markt, winkels en cafeetjes. Onze kamer via gemeenschappelijke deur daar zaten 2 kamers daardoor hoorden we goed de andere douchen. Mini koelkast in kamer zou wenselijk zijn. Anders alles aanwezig. De tv voor wie in bed tegen raam heeft is wat moeilijk te zien. Anders wel ideale locatie voor enkele overnachtingen.

Geboekt voor de nacht na onze bruiloft. Verzoek tot dubbel bed & genoemd welke gelegenheid we vierden die dag. Bij aankomst een upgrade naar het Radisson, maar helaas ineens een kamer met aparte bedden. Het hotel heeft zeer vriendelijk personeel dat dit probeerde op te lossen, helaas was er geen andere kamer beschikbaar. We hebben nadien een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling ontvangen, dat vind ik een nette oplossing.

A terrible experience which I will need to report to Radisson. Only to list a few things, the room was dirty and the towels and other amenities stained unusable. After check in the staff gave the same room to another guest and as a woman I felf very unsafe to have someone Walking in my room at 11pm. Breakfast despite should be available until 1030am was closed at 9am with no warning. All in all despicable to be a Radisson and it has been filmed or photographed

Keurig hotel, lage prijs voor wat je krijgt. Uitgebreid vers ontbijt, lekkere broodjes. Wel druk in de ontbijtzaal, maar personeel zorgt ervoor dat je snel een plekje hebt. Direct in het centrum van Hasselt. Kamers niet zo groot, maar meer heb je niet nodig.
Bedden lagen lekker stevig, wel slechte kussens.

Hele fijne locatie. Parkeren onder het hotel in Qpark Tweetorens, 17.50 per dag, langer wordt apart afgerekend. Lift omhoog en je staat voor de receptie. Je loopt zo het hotel uit de winkelstraat in, waardoor je Hasselt makkelijk kan bezoeken. Ideaal als overnachting na een feestje in de Trixo arena. Late check out was makkelijk te regelen.
Kamer is wat klein maar wel fijn, netjes en schoon.

Bij aankomst in het hotel niets van uitleg gekregen, waardoor we niet wisten dat het ontbijt ergens anders was.
Het toilet en de vloer in de badkamer waren niet gekuist en waren echt nog vuil. De kamer zelf was proper en viel mee.
Op zaterdagavond om 21u30 kregen we in de bar van het hotel plots op een heel arrogante manier te horen dat de bar gesloten was en dat we maar ergens anders iets moesten gaan drinken. Op vrijdagavond werden we nochtans heel vriendelijk geholpen aan de bar.
Toen we rond 23u30 dan terug in het hotel aankwamen was de vriendelijke man van de vrijdagavond opnieuw aanwezig en hij zei ons dat het toch open was en hielp ons opnieuw de avond goed afsluiten.
Over het algemeen was het personeel niet erg vriendelijk (behalve de ene barman) en stoorde het wel dat engels de voertaal was.
Het ontbijt die we in de blu kregen was wel heel lekker en uitgebreid en de ligging was ook perfect.

Ayant fait une chute, il est impossible de faire de voiture avec le port d'un corset 24h/24 avec 2 lombaires cassées au risque de percer la colonne vertébrale, c'est pas une annulation pour un caprice ou un petit bobo mais bon ...
L hôtel refuse de redécaler ou d' annuler gratuitement,
J'ai appelé, envoyé des mails et aucune prise en compte pour l' annulation, la prochaine fois je passerai par un autre serveur !!!

We really enjoyed the 2 night stay in Park Inn Hasselt. It's situated right in the city centre, pubs, restaurants and shops are all nearby.
The room was good size, clean, nice shower. It also had a small tea/coffee maker. The only thing I didn't really like was a bathroom sliding door, it's a bit noisy.

De roltrappen en de lift werkten niet waardoor het nogal omslachtig was om het hotel te bereiken. Daarnaast was de kamer niet klaar om 15u.
Het hotel was heel druk, ook tijdens het ontbijt moest je wachten om een vrije tafel te krijgen. Nogal chaotisch. Kamer wat gedateerd, geen douchegel aanwezig (wel shampoo en body lotion).

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuits lors un séjour professionnel.
L'enregistrement a été très long... Une commande d'un diner pour livraison en chambre a fait que la personne à l'accueil a dû nous laisser en plein milieu pour privilégier le repas à servir.
On nous informe que le petit déjeuner sera servi dans l'hôtel à côté, le Radisson Blue. Ca aurait été intéressant de le savoir avant. Nous aurions réservé avant.
Nos cartes ne fonctionnaient pas dans l'ascenseur au niveau parking, et pour cause : nous avions pris l'ascenseur du staff, que rien de différenciait des autres ascenseurs.
J'ai dû refaire mon lit, la couette étant insérée à moitier.
La lampe de bureau de mon collègue ne fonctionnait pas.
Surprise, pas de gel douche ni dans le distributeur de la douche, ni dans celui du lavabo... Et pas de produits de toilette ! Donc, pas de douche le premier matin. On le signale en partant.
Le soir, nos cartes de fonctionnent pas. Elles avaient été désactivées pas erreur. Toujours pas de gel douche, ni de produits de toilette. J'appelle la réception qui me monte un lot complet...
Le matin, la porte coulissante de ma douche se dégonde, et je me prends le rail sur la tête...
Sinon, l'hôtel est propre et bien tenu. On nous a offert le parking en compensation. C'est déjà ça. Mais il est évident que nous n'y retournerons pas.

Paar jaar geleden geweest, was toen een prachtig hotel. Nu terug geweest , en viel tegen. De kamers waren een beetje smoezelig, vlekken op dekbed (waren wel schoon) muren vies, achterwand bed vies. Lift van buiten naar hotel was alle verlichting kapot. Dus als je b.v als vrouw zijnde instapt sta je s avonds in een donkere lift, niet echt veilig /nodig. We hadden 2 kamers en de schoonmakers vonden t leuk om de airco op beide kamers op 27 graden te zetten , toen we aankwamen. Ontbijt was oké maar veel te duur €25.00 . Je kan beter en een stuk goedkoper in de stad ontbijten.

Aufenthalt mit kleinen Hindernissen!

Hotel war geschlossen, domit wurde ich in ein benachbartes Hotel transferiert. Junior Suite war gebucht, aber nun bekam ich ein Standardzimmer. Erst auf mehrfaches Nachfragen, bekam ich eine Entschädigung in Form einer Freinacht. Ansonsten alles sehr gut.

Het hotel heeft een ideale ligging, vlak bij de grote markt en verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Alles kan perfect te voet bezocht worden.
Het enige nadeel vonden wij dat de kamers wat donker waren, er waren enkel sfeerlichten en geen grote lamp aanwezig in de kamer. Het ontbijt was echter wel helemaal in orde, wij zijn gaan ontbijten om 09h30 en alles was nog mooi bijgevuld en werd ook nog steeds bijgevuld.

Statt im Park Inn wurden wir im Radisson Blu (im selben Komplex) untergebracht (vermutlich wegen der Auslastung?). Wir hatten das Park Inn gewählt, da es einen moderneren Eindruck machte. Der Wechsel an sich war nicht schlimm - es wäre gut gewesen, vorab darüber informiert zu werden.

Es gab alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war nicht ganz so modern, wie wir es im Park Inn erwartet hatten. Es war aber sauber und ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und die Hygienemaßnahmen wurden überall bestens eingehalten.

Das Frühstück war super! Die Auswahl ist sehr groß. Das Fitnessstudio war leider geschlossen - man hätte aber stattdessen im öffentlichen Fitnessstudio nebenan trainieren können nach Anfrage (haben wir dann doch nicht genutzt).

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Es gibt Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Kamers zijn voldoende groot, ook zeker plaats genoeg daar er bij ons een extra bed bijstond. Ontbijt mooi geserveerd en overal voldoende plaats en ontsmetting ondanks de Corona
