This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. I have to give a special mention to Agatha who is such a lovely and friendly lady. Always has a smile on her face and made me feel very welcome. Enjoy your retirement Agatha!!

The staff was super friendly but this hotel needs more staff. It’s one person doing everything, check in, waiter and room service. The tv wasn’t working, i waited 30 minutes for the waiter to pass by and fix it for us. After he fixed it, it stopped working again (antenna wasn’t connecting). I didn’t want to call him again because i knew he was the only one running the entire place. So I had a hotel room without a working tv. There’s no parking if you arrive after 9:30pm. Rooms are super small but good if you just need a bed and shower. It’s clean and quiet. Perfect for a goodnight rest :)

We had an amazing stay. We were there for two weeks and felt right at home. The owners and staff are so nice. We commented over and over that these were the nicest people we had ever met. First impression very good booked a superior room which had every comfort loved the rainfall shower kitchen and sofa in the room which appeared clean however during the night my husband had to use the bathroom and stepped on a piece of broken glass which resulted in a deep cut obviously missed by the cleaning team
In the morning I had to extract a piece of glass with tweezers from him foot and we were staying in Belgium until Monday so it had a huge impact on our business trip
I mentioned on check out that this had happened to justify the blood on the sheets and the reply was we will get the cleaning team to check

We stayed two nights for a trip to the Spa F1 GP. For a budget hotel the rooms are basic, a bit dated but OK.
The hotels restaurant was closed for staff holiday when we were there, which we felt was odd. how ever we used restaurants in the city centre(9 Euro each way by taxi), which were very good. However the hotel breakfast was good.

The room was quiet, bright and airy on the ground floor. Comfortable beds.
The hotel restaurant (Italian) looked good, but we did not try it.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
It would have been good to have had a Genk town map, showing nearby supermarkets, the central shopping precinct(s), and other features of Genk, which seems to be a totally modern, recently built, town-development.
The breakfast was excellent, including cook-your-own pancakes.
HOWEVER, booking online, we thought the excellent budget price for accommodation INCLUDED BREAKFAST.
We should have asked. We were not told otherwise.
The BILL FOR BREAKFAST was a sad surprise!!! The result was an EXPENSIVE good breakfast we could have avoided, and saved money, and eaten less, and more healthily.
We would happily stay again, but make sure we were not going to be surprised by a breakfast that was an EXTRA COST.
It was very easy driving to the excellent Bokrijk Outdoor Farm Museum.
The only early problem was finding the actual entrance to the Museum, and the right Car Park, and where to buy tickets. Signs were not adequate, but we muddled through this initial difficulty, and had an excellent day.
Being able to relax afterwards at Hotel Atlantis made the day-visit to the Museum easy!

Prima schone kamer, goed bed. Alleen miste ik een waterkoker op de kamer. (Stond wel in beschrijving) Er staat wel een koffieapparaat maar als je geen koffie drinkt heb je daar niets aan. Wat ook prettig zou zijn is een klein koelkastje op de kamer. Verder heel tevreden!

Laten we beginnen met dat het bed prima lag, en de doucke was ook fijn. De min-punten. De kamer erg klein,krap en donker. Weinig uitleg bij inchecken over bijkomende kosten. Als je je kamer tijdens je verblijf niet laat schoonmaken krijg je een voucher voor een gratis drankje (voor 1 persoon) Ben je met meer als 1 persoon dan moet je een extra drankje bijkopen of delen. Zij bepalen welk drankje dat wordt, limonade met ijs, geen vrije keuze hierin. Ontbijt is goed maar duur 20 euro p.p

朝食も種類こそ少なかったけれど、宿泊人数が少ない日だったのに、各トレイが満杯に盛られていて恐縮する程だった。
今回はビジネスで泊まったけど、次回はプライベートで泊まりに来ても良いかと思った。
部屋も雰囲気良くデザインされていて、綺麗だった。またネスプレッソも置かれていて、インスタントが多いヨーロッパのホテルにあって、コーヒーを部屋で楽しめたのが良かった。
レストランでの夕食も美味しかった。

Dit hotel was kraaknet, vriendelijk personeel en een zeer goed ontbijt. Wat wel storend was dat de kamers niet geluidsdicht zijn. Als een andere kamerdeur dicht klapte of er mensen op de gang liepen was dit enorm storend qua geluid.
