Well appointed and very comfortable

Well appointed and very comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good standard of cleanliness. Restaurant staff a little lacking at dinner time. Very enjoyable breakfast but, although the glass of champagne offered was a lovely idea, it is not so good for people driving. I had to refuse my free glass and my friend as well but it would have been lovely the evening before!

Solid hotel for the area

There aren't many options in the area but if you're looking for a relatively cheap place to stay in the vicinity of Maastricht or going for a day of shopping in Maasmechelen's outlet village, you should definitely consider this hotel. It isn't overly fancy though: the rooms are basic but they are clean and serve their purpose. There is plenty of parking as well which is free. Staff at reception is very friendly, but the same couldn't necessarily be said about the bar area. If the weather is nice and you want to go for a morning run, the hotel is close to a local park. There is a gym onsite but it opens at 10am or 9am on a Sunday, which is just terrible service and definitely doesn't cater for business travel. You're basically forced to go for a swim as the pool opens at 7am. Breakfast looks great and I heard good things about it, but I couldn't be bothered spending Eur 17 per head on a coffee and a croissant as I'm not a big eater. All in all a solid option, but with room for improvement.

Horrible hotel

It was very hot,room with not air conditioning, Window broken,not possible to close,in the sower water was going every where, in the restaurant the floor was very dirty
For a 4* hotel they never change the sit in the bed, we stay 3 nights ......

The check-in took extremely long time, receptionist paid a lot of attention to previous guests, however once it was our turn, he was quite brief, stressing that as client of Expedia we should get s budget room but they managed a free upgrade to a better room...

Room was clean, with marks of usage (broken tile in bathroom...), but fine.

Final Bill Surprise

The price of the room was great. However, I recieved breakfast vouchers when I checked in which I assumed was with my paid room. The price of the breakfasts and parking equaled the price of the room. Now, it was not a bargain. I was also surprised that you had to pay to use the sauna or hot tub. Overall, the 3 bed and pull out couch family suite was nice and I would stay again, realizing the hidden costs.

Handy for business

This is a run of the mill hotel, the staff are friendly, the location is OK for the sites I need to visit (would be better the other side of Maasmechelen) and the rooms are pretty good value.

Couple of small problems on this visit were breakfast didn't start on time (and I needed to leave early) and the computers were down (so receipt had to be forwarded on).

Okay for one night

Lobby and restaurant are really nice. Rooms did not look like the pictures. Rooms were old, carpet needed to be cleaned, bathroom smelled like sewage if you took the plug out of the drain in the tub. Bedding was new and clean. TV did not work. It was a stopping point on our way somewhere else and just needed it for a few hours one night so it was fine. I would not stay there again, but if you need a cheap place to stay for a few hours, this will work.

Et hotel for ferretningsfolk, hvor receptionen er åben fra 8.00 til 18.00, morgenmad serveres fra kl. 7.30, og som er slidt ned. samtidig med at der ikke er rengøring i løbet af opholdet, og at jeg den ene aften måtte vente 20 minutter på et menukort, og derefter yderlig 45 min på min burger.
Krydret med at man krævede dobbelt betaling fo morgenmaden, og ikke vil refundere pengene før end om 3-4 uger. Jeg kommer ikke igen

Ziet er mooi uit aan de buitenkant. Vriendelijk ogend. We hadden 1 overnachting, dat was prima. Lekker bed. Voldoende ruimte.
Jammer dat de hotelkamer muf rook. Snel raam opengezet voor frisse lucht. Er zat een pleister op ons dekbedovertrek (niet van ons) en er lagen vies uitziende kussentjes op het opgemaakte bed. Duidelijk werden deze niet iedere keer gewassen. Niet echt fris.
Het ontbijt was wat chaotisch. Er waren steeds dingen op. Wij hebben prima gegeten, hoorden wel wat gemopper om ons heen.
Tip: leg het brood gesneden neer. Voor mij pakte iemand het brood met de handen vast en drukte dit fijn tijdens het snijden. Ik had graag nog een plakje van dit (erg lekkere) krentenbrood genomen, maar het was erg onhygiënisch. Het ongevraagd neerzetten van een bubbel wijn bij het eten was echt overbodig. Zonder vragen alcohol aanbieden vind ik niet wenselijk.
Ondanks dit werden we vriendelijk bejegend en hebben we een prima nacht gehad.

Wat een service en een vriendelijkheid. Altijd werd er meegedacht. Op het laatste moment konden we met 10 personen aansluiten bij het eten. Om de havenklap werd er gevraagd of alles goed was of met de vraag of we wat wilde drinken.
Als ze het eerder hadden geweten hadden ze zelfs het frituurvet vervangen voor mijn zieke neefje. Super lief en aardig.
Zwembad was ook lekker toevoeging op het verblijf. Het water was lekker warm en leuk voor onze zoon om een uurtje in te spelen in de ochtend of voor het slapen gaan.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, und zum Schlafen hat es gereicht. Es war ein Standard-Zimmer im Keller.
Bei einem längere Aufenthalt würde ich wohl eher ein Comfort-Zimmer buchen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Bar/Restaurant sah nett aus, aber wir haben da nichts getrunken oder gegessen.
Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft finde ich

Wat een ontzettend vriendelijk en aardig personeel. Onverwachts een welkomstdrankje gekregen. En ondanks dat we geen waterkoker op de kamer hadden en geen ontbijtbuffet besteld hadden, konden we toch zonder probleem heet water krijgen om zelf thee te zetten. Kamer was groot en comfortabel. Matrassen waren niet geweldig (je voelde de veren), die mogen wel eens vervangen worden. Bij de afzuig van de badkamer hing een rooklucht. Bij uitchecken doorgegeven en ze zouden ernaar laten kijken.

Vor dem Fenster des Zimmers war in ca. 2 m Entfernung eine Mauer, die ca. 4-5 m hoch war. Schaute man aus dem Fenster, sah man lediglich diese Mauer.
Auch bei der Auswahl im Restaurant ist noch viel Luft nach oben.
Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich.

Eurotel Lanaken

Al voor de vierde keer in dit hotel verbleven. Was altijd een rustig en stijlvol hotel met goed a la carte restaurant. Dit jaar is hotel vooral gericht op \"Enjoy\" 4 of 5 daagse arrangementen: all-inclusive voor senioren voor een zeer lage prijs. Hotel zat bijna vol met bijbehorende drukte en lawaai. Dus prima hotel voor feestgangers, maar niet (meer) voor rustzoekers. Heb verblijf voortijdig moeten afbreken omdat mijn oude moeder in ziekenhuis was opgenomen: service bij afwikkeling verblijf was meer dan uitstekend.

Minder dan verwacht.

We hadden er meer van verwacht... De kamer lag vlak aan het zwembad waardoor de kamer naar Chloor rook bij het binnenkomen. Ook in de badkamer hing een vieze geur dus we hebben eerst alle ramen opengezet om de vieze geuren te verdrijven. Er was geen airco, enkel een kleine ventilator waardoor de temperatuur kon oplopen. De gordijnen sloten niet goed waardoor we 's ochtend door het licht gewekt werden. Het zwembad viel ook wat tegen. Het was een zwembad, niet meer niet minder. Wat wel vervelend was, was dat er op zondagochtend zwemles gegeven werd en het zwembad niet toegankelijk was. Ontbijt was te prijzig voor wat het was en omwille van de Covid-maatregelen was het erg lang aanschuiven. Als het dan eindelijk aan je beurt was, moest het vooruit gaan want er stond 10 man in je nek te hijgen om ook aan ontbijt te geraken. Het had allemaal dus beter gekunnen.

Ausreichend große Zimmer. Bad mit Wanne. Bei 39 Grad kostenloses Wasser und Eis für die Kinder. Verstopfte Abflüsse. Wasser regulierbar von heiß bis unglaublich heiß. Im Restaurant fast eine Stunde gewartet. Beim Frühstück war erst der fünfte Teller ausreichend sauber.

Il parcheggio è a pagamento ed è di euro 5,00 al giorno. Chi arriva in auto non può non parcheggiare all'interno dell'Hotel, in quanto l'hotel si affaccia su una strada ad alto scorrimento

Perfect verblijf gehad. Was bij ons enkel nodig voor 1 nachtje, maar was zeker in orde. Zoontje zijn knuffel is achtergebleven maar we hebben ondertussen reeds vernomen dat die zal worden nagestuurd. Top !

Seul bémol l’insonorisation entre les chambres et surtout les fenêtres en simple vitrage. Sinon chambres, salon, salle de bain très spacieux, tout a été refait à neuf. Propreté irréprochable. Je recommande très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Останавливались на одну ночь проездом.Сняли семейный номер. очень понравилось. Двухэтажный номер,чисто,просторно, душ и ванна в номере, капсульный кофе и чай,качественные спальные принадлежности. оень хорошо сделана общая зона гостинницы: холл, отдельная комната для курения, парковка, бассейн. Конечно, большой минус, что стоянка платная -20 евро/ сутки и дорогой завтрак- 16 евро с человека. Но это не испортило общего впечатления от гостинницы. Гостинница находится за городом, поэтому до цивилизации придется добираться на транспорте.

De kamerprijs is laag, maar wordt gecompenseerd door een dure parking en dito ontbijt.
De kamer is basic, maar rook bijzonder onfris. Rustig genieten van het ontbijt is er ook niet bij. De luide irritante muziek zorgt ervoor dat je hier zo snel mogelijk weg wilt. Kijk tenslotte de eindafrekening na, want die bleek in mijn geval niet te kloppen (wel meteen rechtgezet).

Very good for a quiet stay. Rooms are great.

Excellent place to rest. very quiet and well arranged. The pool is an asset but timings are conditioned. Food is very good with quality. The bad point is the high price for the parking: I have not seen this in any 4 or 5* hotel !

Hotel met super ontbijt!

Prijs/kwaliteit zijn wel in verhouding wanneer je overnacht in een kamer die niet rechtstreeks aan de drukke rijksweg ligt. De drukte hield ons uit de slaap. Dit is ook de reden waarom ik het hotel niet zou aanraden aan derden.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.
Op zondagavond was het restaurant gesloten en hierover werden we niet verwittigd. Gelukkig was het goed weer en konden we te voet naar Lanaken centrum om iets te eten en te drinken. Met de wagen had natuurlijk ook gekund maar Bob was thuis.
