We chose the hotel for proximity to the MECC. Great location, parking isn't included in the price. The lobby was very pleasant and had plenty of seating. The rooms are very dated and need a makeover. TV was very small and only had a couple of channels working. We tried to get some food in the evening to take back to our room following a long and tiring day, we waited over an hour for a simple dish. The staff were fabulous but the system is not working to support them.

Het hotel was netjes. Schone kamers, wel weinig opslag voor kleding en de kamer bleef erg warm. Ontbijt was goed, niks aparts maar genoeg keuze. Parkeren kan gratis op een paar minuten lopen van het hotel.

Een min punt: de ligging naar de stad is te ver om te lopen. Met de bus is het wel goed te doen. In 20min sta je op de markt.

De omschreven afstanden van de kilometers op de website zijn niet correct.

À ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX

L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal.
J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner.
Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre . On est partis un jour plus tôt . Le séjour m’a coûté cher. Établissement à éviter à tout prix

Tenía mi reserva pagada para el día 17 de junio.
Ese día hubo huelga general en los trenes de Holanda, me comuniqué con la propiedad porque no había manera de llegar. Solicité reembolso y se negaron a autorizarlo. Totalmente decepcionada.
