F1 Hotels is a cheap hotel option for those looking to visit Fontainebleau and the surrounding area. It is slightly far from the city center, but overall you get what you paid for. Most rooms do not have bathrooms inside them, and the breakfast is very minimal.

It was a new style of hotel where the reduction of costs for the lower price was the highest value of the hotel operation. Once understanding the operational principle, we became to like the hotel. It was a practical cost-saving option of hotel. The shower and WC were supposed to be shared in a common area, but every facility was very clean and nice. We would stay again if we find one in the future in the areas we visit. It would be good for back-packers or a small group economic tours.

A l arrivee accueil parfait avec indication sur les location de serviettes et petit dej. Aucunes surprises ou suplements. Pourtant Formule 1 sans douche dans la chambre ni Wc on pourrait etre retissant.. et bien tout etait parfait. 1ere nuit calme ainsi que la seconde. Toilette commun etat impeccable a n importe quelle heure et jamais manque de papier. Chacun prend son travail vraiment a coeur meme les femmes de menage ou veilleur de nuit quand j ai tel que je rentrais tard, toujours a l accueil des personnes qui aiment leur metier ca se sent dans tous les domaines. On sent qu uls aiment leurs clients et des xhaines comme novotel ou plus pourrait en prendre de la graine.. il suffit pas d avoir l habit impeccable la relation entre client c est le savoir etre et savoir vivre. Je retournerai a F1 c est certain. Un grand merci a vous tous.

Pas mal de temps d'attente aux douches, sur le pallier, cela fait un peu ambiance camping. Ces remarques ne sont pas pour être désagréable, mais plutôt pour une amélioration sur certains petits points.

Extrêmement bruyant si vous êtes au RDC ! Entre le passage des clients et les discussions du personnel de l’accueil, c’est vraiment désagréable. C’est simple, nous sommes partis de cet hôtel immédiatement. Nous avons préféré payer une autre chambre en plein centre ville qu’était beaucoup mieux. Heureusement que le prix n’est excessif, ça explique certaines choses…

J'étais très très fatigué (1200kms en une journée). J'ai accédé à ma chambre qui tout simplement sentait la litière pour chat mélangée a l'odeur d'humidité. Alors j'aurais pu faire une réclamation, mais non trop fatigué pour cela. Je me suis vite endormi pour quitter la chambre le plus tôt en matinée.

La chambre avec salle de bain est ridiculement petite exiguë et étouffante ce n'est en aucun cas le reflet de ce qui est proposé sur le site. De plus la facture remise est inférieure à 20€ de ce que payé sur le site(vu après consultation) j'ai demandé des explications a m'envoyer par mail au personnel (très sympathique aussi bien à l'arrivee qu'au départ) ce jour là elle devait en parler à sa responsable j'attends toujours!!!!!

Séjour professionnel, hôtel fréquenté essentiellement par des pros en déplacement.Établissement bien tenu. Le concept d’absence de serviette est gênant quand on ne prévoit pas. Seul problème par ces jours de chaleur, dormir la fenêtre ouverte : la station de lavage automobile à proximité du parking génère des nuisances sonores la nuit ( lieu de rendez-vous pour des entreprises)

Pour ce qui est du personnel, de la propreté, et de la tenue de l'hôtel il n'y a rien à dire. C'est conforme aux attentes.
Toutes fois j'ai réservé deux chambres avec douche et à mon arrivée nous n'avons que des chambres avec douche sur le pallier, certes rénovées mais communes, ce qui n'était pas prévue...Je me suis sentis abusé, car j'ai l'habitude dans déplacements d'avoir ce que je réserve...

2 séjours de 2 et 5 nuits successifs, 0 ménage fait dans les chambres, je les retrouve le soir comme je les ai laissées le matin. Douches communes propreté très relative, présence de déchets (bouts de papier douteux, savonnette oubliée), douches privatives ok. Grosse araignée morte rencontrée dans le couloir ce soir. Ca va j'aime bien la campagne mais je pense qu'un effort pourrait être fait sur l'hygiène. Je suis un homme et je viens seul je me contente de peu, mais je ne pourrais pas revenir en famille dans un tel hôtel, il faut qu'il y ait un minimum de service propreté
