First, I specifically booked a king bed room, but upon arrival I was given a double queen room. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a clear failure to provide the reserved room type.

Our room’s bathroom sink had some black mold come up the pipes when we used it. Linen was clean and the beds were decent but not excellent. Overall, I would stay here again.

We came to this place to experience a good vacation but the place is so noisy the kids a banging all the doors the pool and jacuzzi is over crowded people a drinking at the pool and jacuzzi area it’s not a good place to stay if you are looking for peaceful time

We had a medical emergency needed to check out early and were charged by Hotels.com for the full stay. We were told by the hotel front desk, people that they would refund the rest of our stay and we were told by Hotels.com that they would refund the rest of our stay, but neither one of them has done it and they’re both saying it’s the other’s fault. Hotels.com is not taking responsibility for their customer service rep reps stating that this would be refunded.

This is a beautiful hotel and the area is amazing. It sits on the Henrys Fork of the snake river. Great breakfast and bar area with food. Pool and hot tub. Staff is excellent. This is a must stay when in the area. This one of our favorite places to stay.

This hotel hides a $20 fee in a sneaky way that ruined the experience for me. The hotel is located in a rural area with ample land, but upon arrival surprises you with a $20 parking fee. This is unreasonable and unexpected for a hotel outside of an urban environment, and comes off as a way to demand an extra $20 that doesn't show up in the room rate.
It's too bad, because the rest of the hotel is 5-star. But I will be complaining directly to Marriott about this location as well.

In all of my business and family travels, this was probably the most luxurious place I've stayed. The rooms were huge (I rented two), very well kept, the common areas were well-taken care of. Continental breakfast was plenty and dinner on-site was excellent. The views from the grounds were breathtaking.
As I was traveling with my elderly father who has some difficulty getting around, I was much more aware of accessibility issues than my normal trips. Everything seemed very accessible and accommodating.
My only complaint with this stay was upon check-in I was informed there was a $20.00 parking fee. This was in a traditional parking lot and there was no mention of any fee that I could find on the website. Was I walking into Island Park or something? What happened to disclosing all fees up front? I found out later that Marriott is doing that on many/all of their properties now. That said, that was really my only complaint with my stay, same for my dad.

Stay was great. Room service didn’t come but other than that, service was accommodating. Hot tub is outdoors which is cool. Location isn’t far from West Yellowstone and the national park. Kids enjoyed it and breakfast was awesome. Saw a moose on the river every morning (remember to stay afar) and got great sunrise pics. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. More seating is needed in the large rooms, it's either lie or sit on your bed or you are screwed for watching TV or just hanging in your room. Rooms have plenty of room to add some more chairs. Breakfast was pretty bad, cold food and poor options to choose from. After a few bites of food, I had to toss my food out, pretty bad.

My husband and I stayed here because it was a cute hotel not too far from Yellowstone National Park. Overall it was nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that our bathroom had a really gross orange bacteria growing all over the shower.

It's a beautiful hotel situated by the river. The breakfast was great. I was able to order dinner at the restaurant and didn’t have to go out far to look for food.. which is a plus. Ruth at the reception and another young gentlemen on the night shift were pleasant and helpful.

When checking in, they told me they put us in a room with 2 double beds. When I booked I always get us a king size bed, this is the second time staying at Marriot hotels that they move you. We paid in advance so I really put up a stink, eventually they said they have a room available.

The only problem is they charged us $20 for parking and there was plenty of parking and we were in north eastern Idaho. At check in nothing was said about the 20 dollar fee so that was the only complaint we have
