The cleaning team is like a professional swat team. They work in highly organized squads. In and out in minutes. Perfect!
The villa was gorgeous, the staff exceptional and overall say: Bliss!!!

The staff were Friendly and helpful but I was getting way too many texts, emails and messages in all possible portals ( messages over Expedia, emails and also messages on WhatsApp ) which I found overwhelming and so much that I didn’t read all communication as it was just a lot!
We had a humidity / mold in our room in the first night which was really unpleasant but the acted well on the second day and changed us to another one, which was better but you can still smell the humidity.
I didn’t appreciate the breakfast offer as you don’t have much to chose from and the portions were pretty small, you get a one croissant or small fruit salad, one main dish ( with two eggs and two small slices of bread) coffe and a small juice.

Loved, loved, loved. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is spotless. The grounds are small, but picturesque. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel and across at another property. A money changer’s is next door, so is a nail salon, and a Circle K is a few steps down the street. The free shuttle into town is great, but Grabs are also incredibly cheap.

Fantastic experience! A true 5 star hotel with many amenities , great spa , gym , pool area beautiful with jungle view , .

Very good variety of breakfast , more than everything it is the intimate feeling of service in everything within the hotel .

You feel all the time the hotel employees are doing all they can to make you feel happy

Room was perfect spacious , clean , big terrace facing the trees , great bathroom with fantastic soaps , great large bed very comfortable .

We would like to point out especially three employees which have been 200% nice and helpful with us : prima from reception , Pera and fiera from restaurant and last one Dwina from reception .

We enjoyed the food in the restaurant very much , all dishes were fantastic and perfect touch - by the way we went one time to Elys kitchen and was less successful in every way .

Two only issues can state , the hotels day tour offered are extremely expensive approx twice what we found ,

second the photography session offered by the hotel with complimentary 1 photo per room was good , only that the photographer took some 50 pictures he offered to sell us 6 pictures for 1 million which we felt was not nice , we would suggest the hotel to offer 4 pictures per room without additional charge , I believe this would be much more appreciated by guests !

I would definitely come back to ADIWANA Suweta hotel only ! If coming back to Bali

I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating. This would be my biggest concern that they would need to make a new meal if my allergy was serious. Overall my stay was great.

We stayed here while we are at UBUD. They are very friendly and well-maintained hotel. I loved the staffs who was very kind and nice! They also have pretty garden and swimming pool. But we didn’t have a chance to get in there. Tell you the truth, you have no time to stay at the hotel because the city is too much things to do. There was a small sewer issues but they came and fix right away. Only one concern was the air conditioning system. Likely other south Asian countries, they don’t clean the filter that often so it could smell fungus a little bit. But it was much better than other hotels. Breakfast area was authentic and nice!! They are not the buffet style but the quality of the food was healthy and yum!!! We loved it! I think I wanna stay here again when I visit Bali next time!

We absolutely loved Adiwana Suweta. We stayed in one of the private villas, which was absolutely spectacular. But most of all, the staff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and they made us feel so welcome!

I highly recommend it! We'd love to visit again!

What an excellent hotel in Ubud! We could not have asked for more. Not only was the service impeccable but as soon as you walk in, you feel like to step into a jungle oasis. The room was beautiful with very welcomed air conditioning ;) Various breakfast options and very filling. Great experience at the hotel's spa too. Very friendly and helpful staff. They went as far as too leave a birthday message on the bed for me and bring me a lovely birthday cake. Definitely made our Bali trip memorable and is one of our favourite accomodation of the trip.

Wow, what a beautiful property. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was absolutely stunning. Spacious bedrooms/bathrooms and wonderful having our own plunge pool. The main pool was lovely as well.
From the moment we arrived the staff have been magnificent. Welcome drinks and bracelet a lovely touch.
ALL of the staff from reception, housekeeping, dining - both restaurant and in-room have been exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend this as a place to stay

We stayed in the suite Cempaka with private pool. The room was lovely but there are about 80 steps downhill to the room, making a bit of a challenge going back up, especially in the heat. Also when you are coming down the stairs, at a certain point, you can see directly into the outside area near the pool. If you wanted to sunbathe in the nude, this could be a problem

Great friendly hotel in beautiful Ubud

Truest a wonderful experience in the heart of Ubud.
Rooms lovely and big
Bathrooms were spacious and the egg bath was a nice addition
View from room was breath taking overlooking the green canopy of the forest
Restaurant was good serving all types of food and snacks
Pool was not always that busy and a good size
Shuttle bus into Ubud was very helpful and ran many times a day
The staff are delightful, polite and interactive.

Kindest people in an amazing property

We were the lucky ones to be the first guests at their brand new villa, Soka. It was my birthday, and the team did not hold back: decoration in the room, cake with candle at bed time. It is an amazing property: the shared pool is wonderful, and comfortable. Relaxing music on the background, a great place to read a book.
The villa itself is out of this world. The private infinity pool, rain shower, bath tub. All out of a magazine.
Breakfast is really good, and served at a slow pace. Plenty of options included in the rate (fresh juice, coffee/tea, croissants, fruit platter and a la carte item of your choice).
It’s 10min away from town, and a handy shuttle takes you back and forth to a drop off spot just by the Ubud Palace. They come and go 4 or 5 times a day, and you can reserve a spot via WhatsApp or at the lobby.
We had a wonderful time, and wouldn’t look anywhere else when coming to Ubud again!

Very nice staff and beautiful property..

Its a nice new hotel in Ubud, room was very nice and spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished, big balcony and lovely garden view. There is no luggage stands in the room like any other hotels I have been, have to put my luggages on the floor, no robes and no hair dryer, slippers are provided though. Upon checked in I have to fill out a form, not very convinient, I normally just handed my ID since I always paid in full before arriving. My stay included an Afternoon coffee or tea with delicious snacks and A full delicious breakfast, included some pastries, juice, main meal and fruits, staff was very nice and friendly. Overall I would stay here again. Love Ubud and its natural surroundings, always my first choice among other destinations in Bali which usually overlly crowded with people and motorcycles and there are no trees around.

Fue una experiencia que supero nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos. Nos hicieron sentir super especiales y ademas que de todo el staff estuvo siempre al pendiente y en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera espectacular. Nos trataron mejor de lo esperado y el hotel tiene unas instalaciones mas bonitas de las fotos y la comida y su restaurante son muy buenos.
Nuestra villa con alberca y el floating breakfats fue lo máximo. El spa esta muy agradable y nuestro masaje deli.

We would love to say a big thank you to all the staff at Adiwana Suweta. From the receptionists, the runners, the housekeeping, the spa, the staff at the poolbar, rooftop bar and the ones in the restaurant including the chefs. Their service was above and beyond! Also the WhatsApp service with quick response when we asked questions was exceptional.
The villa we got with a private pool, loved it! The all day breakfast from 7am till 10.30pm, genious! The food was fantastic. The free shuttle service to the center of Ubud was also great.
The VW trip was a success.
The only bad thing about our stay at this absolutely stunning hotel is that we didn't book more nights.

Der var skinnede rent. Personalet var fantastiske, meget imødekommende og så hjælpsomme. Alle meget høflige og hilste pænt på os. Fantastisk dejlig pool, ikke for mange mennesker. Helt vidunderlig service både ved poolen, receptionen, restauranten og ved roomservice. Det er hel vidunderligt at de har all day breakfast så man ikke skal tidligt op for at nå morgenmaden. Det gjorde det til et ultimativt afslappende ophold for os.

We had a wonderful stay at Adiwana Suweta and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

The entire resort is beautifully maintained and extremely clean. The service was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive – we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.

A special highlight is the e-Butler service, which worked flawlessly and made everything incredibly convenient. Whether it was dinner orders, transport arrangements, or general questions – the team was always quick to help.

The in-house restaurant is absolutely top-notch, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. We also enjoyed the massage and spa area – very professional and relaxing.

All in all, a fantastic experience. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Todos sem exceção extremamente atenciosos.
O hotel deixa muito a desejar os quartos cheiram a mofo. As toalhas nao condizem com o que esperado pelo preço do hotel.
A piscina ao meu ver nao estava de acordo e sem uma limpeza adequada da agua.
Percebo que todos procuram fazer o maximo para nos agradar mas a estrutura do hotel precisa melhorar bastante para o nivel que se propõe.

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold.
Den varmeste velkomst både til os men også vores lille søn. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme, de er vild gode til børn. Den rolige atmosfære gjorde virkelig at vi kunne slappe af.
Maden var fantastisk, masser af lækre sunde muligheder.
Stedets placering var også hel fantastisk. Ca 10-15 min ude fra centrum, men hotellet tilbyder gratis shuttle bus som kan køre dig frem og tilbage.
Stedet tilbyder også Massagde, meget dygtige folk.
Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen

Séjour agréable mais quelques points à améliorer

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits au Adiwana Suweta et avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Le service à la réception est irréprochable et la propreté des lieux est impeccable, ce qui contribue à une ambiance sereine et apaisante.

Le restaurant offre un menu varié, toutefois les plats ne se sont pas montrés à la hauteur de nos attentes en termes de saveurs. De plus, bien que le personnel soit aimable, la barrière linguistique a parfois rendu les échanges au restaurant un peu laborieux, certains employés ayant de la difficulté à bien comprendre ou s’exprimer en anglais.

Quant aux services du spa, ils ont été inégaux. Sur trois journées de soins, nous avons été satisfaits de la première et de la deuxième séance, mais la dernière fut décevante. La thérapeute ne nous a pas clairement expliqué les soins offerts, et les mouvements étaient répétitifs, manquant de dimension thérapeutique.

En résumé, Adiwana Suweta est un établissement charmant avec un service hôtelier de qualité, mais quelques ajustements dans le restaurant et le spa pourraient vraiment élever l’expérience globale.
