First of all, the staff are fantastic. Their smiles upon first contact eased any anxiety I might have had about being in Bali for the first time. I was also very grateful for the 24-hour support they provided via WhatsApp during my stay. The pool was also fantastic, surrounded by forest, creating a truly hotel-like atmosphere. Amazing hotel in the middle of the rainforest. If you book their best rooms you will get a view of the pool and rainforest from your balcony which is sensational. I stayed in room 302 which I think has the best view as it’s centralised. Also offer all day breakfast and can be brought by to your room! Staff were amazing. I don’t have even 1 negative thing to say about this hotel. 10/10 from start to finish.

Everyone from the front desk reception to the restaurant staff were very helpful, always going above and beyond - the floating breakfast was also really nice. Sadly I didn't get everyone's name but the young ladies at the front desk were excellent. Vopi from the restaurant was one name I do remember and she was perfection. I don’t think I could’ve chose a better place to stay in Ubud.. The property is spotless and well maintained. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious! The hospitality at this location is impeccable! No request is too big or small and they offer a free photo shoot session with 1 free photo and a free shuttle to town and back (access to the restaurants and shopping). Trust me and book this place!

Adiwana Unagi is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. The customer service was excellent from the start at check-in, right through to the very end. Each and every staff member was always happy to help and greeted us with such positive energy. The room was clean and spacious and we had our own private pool which was lovely. The main outdoor pool was great too with jungle views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with good vegetarian options. We also liked the free shuttle bus to and from Ubud centre and the daily treats left in our room. Overall it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this place.

We LOVED the all day breakfast - no need to rush or wake up early if you're not a morning person. The nasi goreng was 10/10. All the service staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. They provided first aid support for my friend who fell down on a hike, and waived the cost of laundry when our items weren't ready within 24 hours due to the weather.

My only negative feedback was that the pool is tiny and we didn't get any time there because the other guests monopolised the deck chairs.

Saubere Unterkunft, super und überdurchschnittlich aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das muss wirklich hervorgehoben werden. Das Frühstück im Restaurant mit eigenem Betreiber a la carte war ausreichend und lecker. Wir hatten kleine Probleme mit Tieren, die durch die Spalte an der Balkontür rein krochen. Auf diese Probleme wurde schnell und erfolgreich mit einem Schädlingsbekämpfungsteam reagiert. Mit solchen Problemen muss man im Jungle rechnen, allerdings darf man auch von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten, dass die Zimmer ordentlich gegen eindringende Tiere isoliert sind. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, auch wenn man bei 5 Sternen eine etwas gehobenere und luxuriösere Anlage erwartet hätte.

I had a wonderful stay here! The people were truly amazing – always kind, smiling, and ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming.

The property itself is beautiful: in the evening you can hear the most magical sounds of nature, which makes it feel so peaceful and unique. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the location is just perfect – close enough to Ubud, but far away from the crowds and noise.
Food was GREAT!

Excellent séjour, ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle. La suite était spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain donnant sur l'extérieur était atypique et nous avons fortement apprécié. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une bienveillance et politesse absolue, mais cela est révélateur de l'esprit général de Bali. Mention spéciale à April, qui fut à l'écoute au sein du restaurant lors des petits-déjeuners, succulents au passage (très copieux ^^).
L'hôtel, dans son ensemble, est propre et moderne ; la piscine, comment dire, c'est juste Waouh !! Nous pouvions contempler la jungle sans lassitude, avec de nombreux écureuils qui carapatent dans les arbres :).
Info pratique : une navette fait dans la journée plusieurs allers-retours gratuits permettant de rejoindre rapidement l'artère principale du centre-ville d'Ubud (archi bondé).
Si nous devions apporter un axe d'amélioration, je dirai le nombre de transats autour de la piscine (très restreint mais dû à la petite surface prévue à cet effet).
En bref, allez-y les yeux fermés, votre séjour sera inoubliable à Ubud.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider durch einige Unannehmlichkeiten geprägt. Aufgrund von Überflutungen mussten wir spontan ein zweites Mal einchecken bzw eine 2. Nacht buchen, was alles andere als reibungslos verlief. Obwohl wir das gleiche Zimmer wie zuvor erhalten haben, mussten wir über eine Stunde warten – und das um 17:00 Uhr, wo man eigentlich davon ausgehen könnte, dass alles vorbereitet ist.

Das Restaurant hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber es wird à la carte serviert, was die Auswahl leider stark einschränkt. Ein Buffet wäre hier definitiv wünschenswerter gewesen.

Der Pool ist leider kleiner, als die Bilder es vermuten lassen, was etwas enttäuschend war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Zimmer: Es ist recht geräumig und verfügt sogar über einen Netflix-Anschluss, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt.

Der Service insgesamt war freundlich und zuvorkommend, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist.

They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning.
But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist.
TV in our room is always no signal.
As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.
