The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant.

It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep.

En general bastante buena. No tenía claro el funcionamiento del hotel pero me adapte rápido, tema contraseñas de entrada al edificio y puerta de habitación. Algunos detalles menores que fueron resueltos por el personal de inmediato. Así que estoy conforme. Buena ubicación, tiene un supermercado en la planta baja y conseguí en donde aparcar sin problemas.

Apartamentos perfectos para 2 personas, pero no para más porque el sofa cama es horrible. Con lo maravilloso que es todo el resto, deberían invertir un poco en cambiarlos.

Nous avons réservé un appartement avec deux chambres. L’hôtel est grand, propre et très bien agencé. Il y a deux salles de bains. Une chambre pour un couple et une chambre avec un lit simple. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé que nous avons installé dans la deuxième chambre avec le lit simple. Les enfants ont dormi sur le canapé et le matelas était correct. La cuisine est équipée pour 6 personnes. Équipements : lave vaisselle, lave linge,… nespresso, four, micro ondes, grille pain, kit nettoyage, kit de bienvenue avec 2 dosettes de café et 2 bouteilles d’eau … 2 chaises et 2 tabourets du bureau. Il y a un DIA juste à côté et une boulangerie sur la droite à moins de 100 mètre. Nous avons pu nous garer devant l’hôtel gratuitement, mais nous étions un dimanche fin d’après-midi. Peut être plus compliqué en semaine. Bien situé en centre ville pour visiter la ville. J’ai demandé les appartements soient du côté de la cour intérieure et nous n’avons eu qu’un bruits extérieurs. Il y a une personne jusqu’à 19 ou 20:00 à l’accueil si besoin. J’ai reçu toutes les informations en amont par mail et le code d’accès à 15:00, le jour de notre arrivée. Pas de difficultés pour la partie check-in. Pour conclure, je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %.

Avoid This Hotel If Booking via Hotels.com

We recently stayed at this hotel, traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and while the room itself was excellent, our experience was significantly marred by the hotel's self-service systems.

The check-in, garage payment, and check-out processes were all supposed to be seamless, but none of them worked due to an integration issue with Hotels.com. We needed a specific internal booking reference from Hotels.com that we did not have access to, leading to repeated calls to the hotel's support. This was both inconvenient and irritating, especially with a young baby in tow.

Despite the comfort of the room, the constant technical issues and lack of smooth self-service made our stay quite stressful. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Hotels.com until these issues are resolved.

• L'obtention du code d'accès est très difficile en raison d'une procédure d'enregistrement en ligne énergivore, interminable et défaillante.

• Même après avoir obtenu le code, il peut ne pas fonctionner.

• Il est recommandé de connaître l'espagnol ou d'utiliser des traducteurs pour éviter de dormir dans sa voiture.

• L'accès au parking est payant et nécessite un code (non pas celui-là que vous avez et qui ne fonctionne pas :))

• Il faut être prudent en manœuvrant dans le parking car il est minuscule et il y a un risque d'endommager sa voiture ou celles des autres.

Appartement très bien situé, à 15 mns à pied du cœur de la Ville. Il est agréable,moderne,avec tout le nécessaire Utile. Canapé et fauteuil Ultra confort ! La terrasse spacieuse ! Au 9 ème,nous n'entendions aucune nuisance de la rue. Le système de fermeture de l'appartement sans clé est génial ! Juste une mauvaise note sur la literie car nous sentions les ressorts et c'etait parfois douloureux.
Le parking en sous sol est très appréciable car très difficile de trouver du stationnement en extérieur mais 14 euros par jour est excessif selon notre Avis.

Me ha encantado el apartamento. Es muy, muy, tranquilo, da al patio trasero, al tiempo que entra el sol a raudales.
En el dormitorio se duerme muy bien sin dispositivos electrónicos. La tele está en el salón.
En mi caso me ha ayudado tenerlo al lado del congreso y muy céntico. Hay un supermercado al pie del edificio, pastelerías y restaurantes muy cercano.

Buses urbanos y regionales, así como tranvías paran justo en la puerta.

No he sabido abrir las ventanas en sentido batiente, solo oscilo.

Tampoco estoy seguro de que todos los enchufes tengan fuerza para cargar el móvil. El que hay junto a la puerta ciertamente sí.

Sin duda volvería a repetir.

Ubicación ideal para moverse por el centro y fácil de aparcar. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario. Ibamos con un perrito y nos dejaron preparado una cama, comedero y bebedero, y una bolsita de pienso.
Lo mejor, la cama era muy grande y cómoda.

A notre arrivée, ménage moyennement fait au niveau du sol et des douches, sinon ras!
Nos voisins du dessus ont décidé de jouer à saute-mouton une bonne partie de la nuit, mais cela, l'hôtel n'y est pour rien!

Muy limpio,la reserva era para tres y solo habia dos sillas,tres cucharas de postre,si tomabas cafe ya tenias que limpiarlas,toallas para dos y repito la reserva era para tres,despues de hablar a traves de whatssap,nos trajeron otra toalla,todo es a traves del movil,lo bueno que esta cerca del centro.
