Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow.

The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower. Handy to have secured onsite parking. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the weekend. But the breakfast was still served and was very good!

Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay.

Hotel is in a good condition. Very friendly staff, helped with some great food recommendations. A bit far from the centre, but walkable if you enjoy walking - or otherwise the bus options are decent. Was able to find free street parking very close to the hotel. Very good value for money overall.

The suites could use more stocked utensils, although the placard invites you to ask for needs, which we did. But more than only the VERY minimal basics, why not 2 wine glasses, more than only 2 pans to cook with? It would be helpful, as would an actual mini frig in addition to a minibar. In all, a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

Overall a good place to stay. It is about a half mile from downtown and has free parking. It is clean and staff are helpful.

We had a good stay. Something must have happened in the cleaning because the drawer of knives were full of water. They were friendly and helped us to print out needed papers. Our dog liked the room but outside is very little dog friendly trees available :)

To get to Old Town or a park, we had to walk at least fifteen minutes to get there. This made it hard on a one night stay to see all the things we wanted to see.

We were going to ARF. The hotel was a bit of a walk to the old city and stadium but taxis are reasonable. Boulevard shopping centre next door was a bonus - supermarket and great cafe Charlottes. Hotel itself was clean and spacious. Water available in the lobby, bar reasonably priced - coffee, fresh orange juice and beers. Didn't eat in the hotel but the food looked good. Lovely room, great AC and shower. Bed comfy, sheets and pillows crisp and clean cotton. Junior suite has kitchen facilities so you can eat in if you want. Felt like a safe area and was quiet at night. Reasonable and direct walk to bus station. Would recommend if you don't mind being on the edge of the old town. Good value for quality and price.

Excellent hotel for the price. For extended stays, get the suite which includes a kitchenette. The Eroski super market near by offers a great variety for a home cooked meal away from home. On the other hand, the mall has a few restaurants (everything walking distance) that are a great alternative. I always stay there when visiting Vitoria.

This hotel is extremely convenient to get to and leave the area but it is about a 20 minute walk to get to the old quarter. Whilst this is not a problem during the day it is if you want to return to the hotel before going out in the evening. A little disappointed the hotel did not have a decent restaurant and it was difficult to find a reasonable restaurant. However, there are many tapas and pintxos bars in the old quarter which all looked very good. Vitoria Gasteiz is a most fascinating city and the two days we spent there was not long enough. We will be returning to the same hotel especially to visit the Santa Maria Cathedral to see the progress and visit other places we did not have time to see.

I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Vitoria or the surrounding area. The rooms were very modern looking and decorated wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. It had the feel of a fancy, hi-class hotel for a decent price. It was very clean and the staff was polite. The parking was free and there was plenty to choose from. Right behind a very large mall with a supermarket if you wanted to go shopping or needed anything. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Me ha sorpredindo mucho que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga en cuenta la intimidad de un huésped en la zona de baño. Al parecer en el baño no han puesto cortinas ni tampoco el cristal difuminado de baño, por lo tanto queda el baño expuesto al exterior y te pueden ver perfectamente desde el parking exterior. Lo comenté a la chica de recepción y me dice que es consciente y que lleva 9 años trabajando allí y que no se puede hacer nada. La verdad me llevé una gran decepción que me ha llevado a decidir nunca pisar ese hotel.

El desayuno es bueno pero poco personal con lo que no hay vasos, no hay platos, no hay cubiertos y un largo etc... pero con paciencia te lo acaban dando. Esra vez he tenido que pagar por un parking en el exterior cisa que en otra ocasión fue gratuito y eso me gustó.

Les recomiendo que la guarden en el tetrabrik, así durará más tiempo. por último, tienen un gimnasio impresionante, uno de los mejores que he visto, está un poco alejado de Mantenimiento. además abren a partir de las 7:00 de la mañana, para mí esto es un punto en contra, yo viajo por trabajo y tengo que madrugar para hacer deporte, llego tarde al trabajo.

El hotel esta bien sin duda, pero a nosotros nos ha dejado mal sabor de boca la estancia. El apartamento era grande y tranquilo y en principio el precio estaba bien, pero al llegar nos cobraron 20€/noche por un perro de 7kg (siempre pagamos extra pero tanto dinero nunca)
Una vez dentro, nos faltaban juegos de toallas para los dos, y por otro lado, todas las mesas, cocina y mesitas tenían polvo, la habitación debía llevar tiempo cerrada.
Para aparcar bien porque estás en un polígono, pero para ir al centro son 20 minutos andando.
