This is the second time staying and it was rather disappointing.
Two of the water slides were not in use, which reception did not inform me about at check in.
Instead of removing what looked like the leg of a broken fibre glass model of what I assume was an emus leg by the mini golf course it was left there which wad dangerous and not a good look.
We were disturbed by maintenance while there wishing to install fly screen at windows, in addition the cabin we stayed at the previous year was still missing flat screen at master room.
The smaller of the pools appears to have had a heating system installed since last year - yet never switched one and two of the three days we stayed was cool.
The go karts could do with maintenance or replacing with more updated ones.
It was a semi satisfactory stay, and sadly not sure if we’ll return.
Reception staff are average and not overly friendly.

Must try harder

Got to the park at 5:15pm, only to find the office closed. Fortunately there was someone still there and came out when i kmocked at the window. Informed me a text was sent (which i didnt receive till the next day) with instructions on where the keys were. Got to cabin which wasnt locked, walls were dirty and scuffy, cutins werent much better. Cabin was damp and cold. Bathroom was like something from the 80s. Fortunately we were away the whole next day and didnt get back till late and was wrecked so sleeping wasnt a problem, but was awake early as the room was cold. Would i return.. No!

It is a great holiday park - with all you need for the family. The only downside for us was that the jumping/inflatable pillow was out of order/damaged and given we were there at the start of winter and it was too cold for the kids to enjoy the water park, they were quite disappointed that they couldnt go on the inflatable.

The park was quiet at night. Great amenities, so much for the kids to do.
It was a very busy time and check in was delayed. Staff were obviously stressed and run off their feet on all occasions that we interacted with them. This meant they were not overly friendly.
The cabin had lolly wrappers under the bed, which made me wonder how well it was cleaned.

The condition of the cabin was awful . Soiled toilet seat, shower didn’t work properly and heating was non existent, couldn’t turn it on.
Overpriced accommodation for $200 a night. Went away feeling disappointed

Overall, a good stay.

We chose this site as it is very close to the in-laws. The cabin was big enough for the three of us but could do with some brightening up. It was all a little bit tired. Unfortunately the fridge smelt awful, on further investigation, we assumed a previous holiday maker had spilled milk. We took everything out and scrubbed it and it was fine after that. Pool would have been lovely, we ventured in once but it was too cold for us. Just the wrong time of year. Overall, the site was quiet and looked after. The groundsman seemed to be travelling around the park every day, picking up rubbish, fallen leaves etc. Really nice. It was an ideal location for Victor Harbor and for getting out onto the main road to travel up to Adelaide.

Water slides attracted the kids most, and boom gate system with a unique last 6 digit mobile number is one of the best option to trace ins and outs. its an additional safety feature to the park. We love it as a family.

Disappointed that the photos taken of the property look so good, but it didn't look like it when we saw the cabin.

The photos need to be updated on the website; the cabin was quite rundown unfortunately. Paint peeling on door frames, a lot of marks on the walls, shower really needed regrouting and floor to be painted again.

Bedding, sheets and towels were great.

Don't get me wrong, we love this caravan park, we have stayed there before and have never complained about the facilities. In future i will be booking the Murray cabin as we really enjoyed our stay in those cabins.

Friendly service, excellent facilities, great parking spots and plenty of things for the kids to do.

we will stay here again! Just not in the Rosetta cabins

The cabin was just what we needed. There was so much for the kids to do here. They loved the splash park and heated pool. It was a bit too cold to use the new lagoon style pool, but it looked really nice for summer time. The jumping pillow, pump track, mini golf and go karts were all a hit as well as riding their bikes around the park. The kids are already planing our next trip there!

We stayed in Murray Cabin #18 during first weekend of July school holidays.
Cabin was very clean, spacious and good location - next to Mini golf, Swimming pool, onsite dinner option and also had big massive front area for kids to play. Jumping pillow was also very close-by. Kids loved use of pedal bikes. They even have scooter and e-scooter but we didn't use.

Holiday park is few mins drive to centre of the city, Horse tram ride.

Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

We plan to again visit and stay here during summer now.

Villa was old style, looked dated, was rather small and cramped. Very little room to move about and only 2 of us so imagine would be hard work for 4 people. Was clean and tidy with basic needs provided for. Holiday park had usual facilities and was ok for short stopover but not ideal for longer stay.

Lovely little cabin with nice facilities. Wonderful staff. However it was a shame to book for two adults and be put in a cabin only a few meters from an extremely busy children’s playground meaning we couldn’t enjoy our balcony and the screaming children begun very early in the morning. Although this would have been a wonderful position for a family with children I wouldn’t recommend for a romantic weekend away!

The park is nicely set out and there are little ‘extras’ here that made our stay nicer than other SA parks. The camp kitchen has an outdoor area with lounges so you can truly relax whilst the kids are riding their bikes, the extra outdoor bbq areas are nicely equipped too with more than just your basic bbq (microwave and sinks). There’s a waterslide area next to put put golf plus our cabin overlooked an awesome little rubberised bmx track and playground. It’s located super close to woolies, coles and cafes, not to mention the beach. The owners were friendly and genuine people which was refreshing. We have already booked another short weekend stay next month!

School holidays so pretty busy in and around Victor Harbour. Stayed in two bed unit which was roomy clean and comfortable. Liked Victor Harbour and surrounds. Plenty to see, walks, fishing, surfing. Try Waitpinga beach for fishing/surfing.

The units are really well set out and comfy. The only down side is there was some mold on the main bedroom curtain for where water had leaked in or been let in by other guests, and im allergic to mould so i was coughing a lot more in the bedroom while im getting over a cold. Other than that the caravan park is awesome and i look forward to all the upgrades
