Not bad for the price but they seem pretty unorganized. I was waiting outside for almost 30 minutes upon arrival due to nobody answering. They also didn’t seem to know which room was mine as it was a late booking. They also agreed to allow me to check out an hour later then last minute said I have to leave right away

The location was great, just few minutes walk from Taksim square and metro station. The area was very safe and there are many restuarans and clubs. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchen. The bathroom was clean with very powerful hot water.

We had an amazing experience staying at The HUB Flat in Istanbul . The hospitality was truly outstanding—the owners were welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Technically this is a good value apartment but the Iranian man looking after the property does not launder the sheets but instead uses a clothes lint roller to remove previous occupant's hairs...

Found lots of human hairs on my sheets.

It was also locked when I arrived

The host was responsible but the room that he gave me wasn’t same picture in site. The location was good but the building was old and it was located in very steep alley.our room was in underground and hard for me because it has many steps to reach there. The hallway to reach the room was so dirty.

The rooms were clean overall and good. Had only 1 remote for the AC's which was inconvenient as there's a second bedroom upstairs. Stairs are tight and steep to second bedroom so be aware if it's an issue for you. The AC's worked well which was very important for us. Beds were good and bedding good. Fridge and appliances worked well but some maintenance needed to a broken outlet at the stove (we forgot to mention it to the owner). Dishwasher very convenient. Room service was great and friendly.
Initially there weren't enough towels and no hand towels. This room should start with at least 4 or 5 bath towels and 3 hand towels and 2 floor towels.
Noise level was good not noisy.
We had lots of bags so going up to the 3rd floor in tight stairs was a challenge especially it's very hot and humid when we were there.
Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Easy check-in and instructions. Thank you to the staff for letting us keep our luggage in the hallway during the day until our pick-up time.
The dryer wasn't working on the property which was critical for our family. We'd drop them and go sight seeing only to come back and find them wet and stinky. Happened twice then we gave up.
Note that this property and others around it are in very tight alleys that cabs and cars have a very hard time getting in and out. Allow a lot of extra time for that. The roads are usually blocked so getting out is a challenge.
It is very close to Taksim and lots of shops and stores.

I recently stayed at Istanbul Hub Flats near Taksim, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant heart.

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the living area was cozy, and the bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spotless and had a great shower.

Loved our stay at Istanbul Hub Flats, I was hesitant to stay at a hotel in Taksim as I read in reviews (of other hotels) that it is too loud at night but our hotel was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful room with small kitchen and everything was clean. There were stairs (already mentioned in the description) but the guy who checked us in helped with the luggage. The only drawback was the street was too steep and there were cars parked on both ends at all times so the taxi had to stop at the end of the street, a bit of inconvenience.

The apartment was really nice and clean, the owner and the cleaning lady as well.
Quiet position and near by metro, buses, restaurants and clubs.
Only negative point the area is under renovation and the building of the propriety too, also if I have to say it was not noicy

The receptionist was a nice guy very helpful, however the room could have been much cleaner and there were broken off wobbly appliances like the shower head.
This is not an attack to the premises, but a constructive criticism.

Cushion covers were very dusty and stained with bleach, chairs could do without covers or cushions.
Bed head board was also cover in dust, remote control hardly ever been cleaned and air on remote was not working.
Air con dust filters cover in dust.
Skirting boards also covered in dust.
Wardrobe was wobbly and the back was broken. Safe was unavailable as broken.
Advertised with satellite tv, but only Turkish tv was available.
Wi-Fi was not so reliable, they have 3 routers and I had to swap in between the 3.
Kitchen wall was greasy and wall chipped with again dirty walls.
Shower head had lime scale and the shower holder was not holding the shower head.
All these can be easily repaired or cleaned simply fixed with screws, nails, glue and a wipe.
As I said this is constructive criticism hoping that the owner could improve these little nagging issues.

The only good thing about this place was its close vicinity to Taksim square,

Other than that I do not recommend for a variety of reasons

- reception person walked into our room at 12 AM without knocking or permission which scared my friend, Why?! You have no right to come inside as that is an invasion of privacy. Your justification for doing so also made no sense. Come on man you can’t run a hotel like that.

- walls are thin, literally so much noise all night from people going in and out or receptionists speaking loudly,

- our of the 3 nights I was there, I constantly heard moaning from upstairs throughout the night!? Come on man I get it it’s a hotel but why was it continuous? Prostitution? I just didn’t get it

Overall I was restless during my 3 night stay, I do NOT recommend this place

extremely helpful staff made our stay memorable

two young men managing the property in a 12 hour shift were extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help us when we were caught at the border by police checking and not carrying our passport (coming back from a trip to Gallipolli), they managed to open the room, take out our passport and take pictures and send via whatsapp in 15 mins time.
they were always helpful and cooperative, replacing the room key immediately when we lost our purse (pickpoket in tram), received our parcel from konya, helped us with car and driver for the day trip to Gallipoli.
location of the HUB flat is excellent, very close to Istiklal street, all food joints, but just at enough distance to be out of noise pollution.

Near to Taksim

- The Hotel is located in a very congested area which makes the Taxi almost imposable to reach you or even to drop you if you show him the road.
- No Hotel Assistance Guy.
- ZERO/Bad Internet Connection.
- No Houskeeping.
- No Iron machine.
- No Lifts, you will carry you bags through the stairs.
