The hotel is very cozy, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is great Also I had a very awesome Turkish Bath. The room was cleaned but not

Sinply do not book here. The photos and listing are misleading, the sheets are not changed - even after asking the hotel to change them twice - I had mould on my sheet and caught bed bugs. The cleaner never does a proper clean of rooms, there is no 'spa' or dining facilities and it is in a dirty, laneway in the backstreets of Taxim. Its noisy, the air-conditioning keeps breaking or switching on/off.....book anywhere but here!

If you’re black do not I repeat do that book this hotel. The front desk was helpful and friendly but the room didn’t have any water or coffee etc. The bedsheets had stains. I saw the difference in treatment btw the white customers vs me ( Afro Latina). They say it’s a spa but they told me it’s not working. We wanted to use the remote and I had to give a deposit of 20 dollars to use it. Every time we shower the water would splash all over the floor bc the door of the shower did not closed. The place is decent if you’re on a budget but over all they are not friendly to black people.

First the hotel photo online is photoshopped,
The actual hotel doesn’t look anything like the photo online! It’s a decent looking hotel and it is on a very old little street.
The lobby is very small, but the manager “ Okan”, the receptionists, the girls who work at the breakfast buffet are all very professional and very nice and friendly people.
The owner of the hotel needs to better the breakfast buffet, they serve the SAME exact thing every morning! I have read reviews before I stayed there, and people say the buffet is delicious, i don’t know what’s their “ delicious “ is? Hhhh. Everything is pretty plain.
Mr Owner , if you read reviews, come on brother! Spend little more money and serve your guests better breakfast, it will make a huge difference!
The hotel area: I think if you are young and like to party at night , this is the area for you.
If you prefer family hotels and area , I suggest “Serkeci” area. Cleaner, and more convenient as you will be close to many other touristic places, and you will have the tramway! You won’t have to deal with the taxi drivers who will over charge you.

One of the best quality hotel in istanbul ,located 200 meters from taksim square , clean comfortable , the staff are so KIND AND AWSOME , very helpful and friendly . Okhan the manger is so Kind , Muhammet Yilmaz.... we were blessed with such service and great hotel 😊

Very cool Scandinavian type 60’s modern style. Great location in real neighborhood close to main square. Good price. Nice cafe space and private garden with cat family. Good breakfast included. But beware Taksim is kind of edgy seedy area so u have to want that.

Had to wait untill 2 PM for check-in ... Then we went to a room look clean but it's full of dust and bad sheet condition ... I was tired so i had to sleep next day i asked to clean the room and change the bed sheet ... When i came back the same room look clean but its the same dusty sheet

Just 4 min to Taksim Sq. , Friendly and polite staff , We have arrived about 2 PM and our room was not ready and we were waiting for 20 min for room be ready but the reception she was very kind and invited us to the hotel restaurant for take rest and free Turkish coffee ,
Location is good , Room size was better than many hotels in this ares and same price ,
Wifi speed was not very good and poor after evening and night time
Breakfast was normal for this hotel rate
TV had only 20 channels and just 2 English channels

Great Stay !

It is a very cozy Hotel with Great Staff . The location is great , just few blocks to Istiklal street and few meters to Taksim square , though some taxi drivers may get confused , its better to have the address and map before you check in for the first time .

The rooms are good and some have city view , depends on what you will book .We loved the hotel and the staff are very polite and smiley faces , specially Mahmoud from front office he was a great help and very accommodating , also the Manager was there and showed a lot of courtesy . Breakfast was good in a very cozy restaurant with day light , i love it !

Only one problem with AC which was really not solved for two days , but the weather was good enough to keep the door open .

I would recommend this hotel its really worth it and Good value for the money you pay !

Staff are friendly ... Location at the beginning was scary but then we get u used to it... 10 min walking from taxsim square... The spa is small but recommended especially the Hamam ... Tours are a bit expensive in the hotel and not recommended ... We don't recommend the hotel for old people as taxis are hard to find the place the taxi used to drop us near taxsim square and we should walk to the hotel ,unless if the taxis calls the reception to explain direction.
Rooms are comfortable and newly renovated but the cleaning lady nevered cleans the floor.
Breakfast is rich and healthy ...

Very close to city center but......

Hi I was in this hotel for one night to find this hotel address even by taxi drivers is very hard I was in taksim Sq and to get to this hotel it takes long time and was very diffuculties to find it .The hotel location by it self is very bad but it is close to taksim
My room was in minus 1 and in the middle of the night a fan starts with huge nose it pass from a chanal in my room I can not sleep it starts every half an hours .
I never go back to this hotel

Great Hotel Near Taskim Square

It is a very new, modern, clean, small hotel near Taskim Square with easy access to all the historical and cultural sites in Istanbul. The hotel has a very nice Turkish Bath and sauna spa on site and a lovely garden to have breakfast in. The breakfasts are very good with Turkish dishes (olives, cheeses, fresh mint, dill, pastries etc) and eggs, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee etc. The manager, his wife and the people manning the front desk were very accommodating and helpful in arranging tours, airport transfers or requests.

Convenience hotel with welcoming staff

Location is close to Istiklal Street & Taksim square, where you can get Metro to all stations. Clean hotel, Good breakfast , and helpful staff. Neighborhood is not in the level of this lovely hotel, even though it is not that big issue just for first impression. At the end I would highly recommend this hotel for all above aspects and price.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and satisfying. We choose a suite with kitchenette, however there where NO Cooking utensils, up to the day we left. At our arrival the receptionist informed us that the kitchenette was fully stocked with all the utensils. After checking we informed him about the lack of the items. He promised to correct it in the morning. He was not there in the morning and we raised this issue all the time we stayed there. The only think that turned up was a small pot a a wooden spoon in a bowl.

No faults, great stay.

We stayed in a deluxe suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Furniture was new and modern and we had no issues. Walk-in shower was great. Location was very convenient for Taksim which is the main tourist attraction but I can see that it may be difficult to find the place at the first instance. Once you're there then no problem. Staff has been helpful and polite at all times. Only issue was the occasional smell that we had on the 3rd floor. We found the chance to eat breakfast only on the last day and it was perfectly suitable. Just note that if you stay in your room long enough to complain about anything. than you're not making the most of your visit to Istanbul!

when i arrived at tht hotel the front reception told me that the hotel fully booked the can offer me other hotel nearby which the in same group only 2min walk away..I told them not acceptable...then they give the room in this hotel on the ground floor room number 9...I have read the room detail before i book and the detail written clearlly that i will get the city view instand the the block of the building....therefore i ask for the full refund...after that they give me room number 304 which is city view.....after alll the anger and alll the frustrtion,,,,this hotel try to give you the possible the worse room inthe hotel

the accommodation was very clean well taken care of, friendly staff room size was perfect for a couple,10 minutes walk to the square. some grocery shops right next to the hotel. all and all I would highly recommend it as a 3/4 star.

Sehr herzliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden unsere Koffer sofort entgegengenommen. Das Personal unterstützt uns in allen Bereichen. Die Fragen wurde korrekt und sofort beantwortet. Das Frühstück war frisch jeden Morgen und sehr gut. Das freundliche Personal in der SPA war sehr herzlich und unterstützend. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, ich selber werde hier wieder kommen. Ein grosses Lob & Kompliment geht an die Reception Herr Yunus und Personalküche Frau Helin.
Das Hotel steht in der Mitte der Stadt (Taksim), ruhige Gegend!

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hat uns stets geholfen. An der Rezeption war immer jemand da was ich persönlich sehr wichtig finde. Wir hatten eine Suite und sie sah auch genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, das Bett war sehr bequem, was ja auch sehr wichtig ist bei einem Urlaub. Das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl und war sehr lecker.

Sehr schlechtes Hotel, sauber war es nicht. Aus der Toilette kamen immer wieder Gerüche (u.a in der Nacht während man schlief). Die Toilette wurde nie sauber gemacht. Kein Wc Papier nachgefüllt. Das Wasser war voll mit Chlor. Das Frühstück ist einfach ekelhaft gewesen. Von den 8 Nächten Unterkunft waren wir am 2. Tag beim Frühstück und dann nie wieder. Das Internet war sehr langsam. Das Hotel könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Das einzig positive war die Lage und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiter. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Es war ok. Nicht umbedingt weiterzuempfehlen. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und wurden jedesmal wegen den dünnen Wänden zur frühstückszeit geweckt (7-8uhr). Desweiteren stank es morgens sehr nach Kanal/Gulli/Abfluss. Wurden entweder vom Gestank oder der lauten Leute geweckt. Das Personal war nett. Das frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist gut (5min. bis zum Taksim) aber dennoch würde ich es nicht erneut buchen.
