It is a tiny and cozy hotel. We stayed in the Penthouse on the 5th floor with kids and also another room on the first floor in the main building. The rooms were very clean and cute. It is short walking distance to Istiklal Street. Very convinient to stay as family or alone.

The room was beautiful and clean. The double bed was very comfortable. The staff were really nice and friendly. Lighting in the room was great and the thermostat worked well and heated the room very quickly.

The bathroom was clean and always had nice heavy towels with that fancy hotel feel.

Remember to bring an F9 adaptor to power your laptop and charge your electronics...the power outlets won't work with North American power chords.

They put out a little breakfast every morning. I'm used to a Canadian style breakfast with eggs and bacon, toast ect. This was a much more healthy breakfast with waldorf salad, olives, cheese's, hard boiled eggs cut in half, Halva, rice pudding (really good), breads and cakes, beans and dolmas.It was really good and I really enjoyed it each morning. They have coffee and tea as well.

I stayed in Villa Pera 2 which is a 90 second walk from Villa Pera 1 where reception is and where they serve breakfast. It's on a beautiful little street so walking there in the light of dawn with the white icicle lights that are hung overhead attached to the buildings on either side of the street was very nice. It's very quite and the cats running around was always fun to see.

The location was excellent and very convenient.
The hotel was clean, well maintained, and tidy throughout our stay.
Breakfast was fantastic, with great quality and variety.
The reception staff were polite, professional, and very friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.

The only point I would mention is the bed. I personally had some difficulty sleeping comfortably on it.

Aside from this, everything else met or exceeded my expectations based on the price.

On my next trip to Istanbul, this hotel will definitely be the first place I check for availability. I will also review the room photos, and if I see an option with a more suitable bed, I would not hesitate to book again.

Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would confidently recommend this hotel.

There is no free breakfast as mentioned, staff were trying to charge us for food. Staff are very rude, barely speaks English, and treats their guests like trash. No towels were provided during my stay even tho we asked for it. The room has ants everywhere. Beds are small and don’t properly fit. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

We checked in very late at 3am in the morning due to the previous bus journey being delayed. However, the staff was still there to check us in. The room was cozy and clean. The next day they even allowed us to leave our luggage there for free even after we checked out so that we did not have to carry the luggage around through the city for sightseeing. Overall a very pleasant stay

This was probably one of the best hotels if you want to stay in Taxim. As soon as you get out of the metro station it’s a short walk to the hotel no taxi needed. The metro runs from the airport to this metro hub Taxim and made it very convenient for my travels. The rooms are nice and I don’t know if all rooms have them but my room had a stove so I could cook meals to save money on some days. A very nice hotel.

The reviews were right - This was the best and most convenient place to stay in Istanbul. Taksim is right around the corner and surprisingly it was quiet at night! The metro and bus route is so conveniently located, I got around so easily. The rooms were spacious and even provided amenities to store and warm my food. I can’t wait to be back!

it was a really good location, very close to Taksim and the street was super vibrant. the hotel was boutique but very nice. only thing that tripped me was the clear glass floor getting out the lift so it was slightly scary to walk on as we were on the 4th floor. but I would strongly recommend it and will stay again

The aircon kept going off in the night and we had to keep getting out of bed to turn it on..very inconvenient.

Loved the location of the property, as it was near centers but not quite in it, so it was quiet and not too loud in the evening. Taksim is a busy noisy area but this hotel is tucked down a very quiet street and I wouldn't have known (I did have a room at the back mind you). Non-smoking property and super clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is light and just enough to get you up and going in the morning. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again for this price point.

Overall, the experience was poor. The hotel is next to a busy and loud street and it got very noisy at nights. The blinds had gaps and there was plenty of street light getting into the room at nights again. The room was relatively small and the bed was uncomfortable. Only good thing was its distance to Taksim Square, which made the travelling easy.

Murat is an endless source of ideas and can advise on the best things to do in Istanbul. This room is very different from what we imagined. Although the room is large, it has just been renovated and has a strong smell. The air conditioning is not very good and always shuts down automatically, so the room is very cold. The bedding is not very good. It is the first time I have encountered two small pillows and two single quilts on a large bed. The couple can only sleep separately because the quilt is too small. The shower room is also relatively small. There is no shelf for toiletries. The toiletries can only be placed on the floor, which is very inconvenient. The good thing is the breakfast. There are not many categories, but it is delicious. The tea and coffee are very good.

I booked the hotel with the breakfast included one of the stuff said I did not pay for the breakfast and showed no way of finding out why. I asked for a taxi and he called someone quick and gave an unreasonable and outrageous price. He did not know that I took a taxi everyday and I know the price already. The service is bad, the housekeeping opened the door even with the “do not disturb sign” on the door . You have to carry your luggage to a different location and then back to the main one to check out. It is a hill area and they show no gratitude to the clients just like they are doing us a favor by staying there.

Shocking quality for the price

I stayed here for more than a week because it is so comfortable. It is the best value in the area, and very stylishly renovated. It has kitchenettes, a safe, mini fridge, dishwasher, writing desk, coffee table, TV with 2 channels in English (BBC, Al Jazeera news), bidet, exposed brick, large openable windows (or fabulous patio, I stayed in two different rooms).

I was happy to use this hotel.
It is close to Taksim square and has good transport links.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
They also have a kitchen, so it would be easy to spend a long stay in the area. (There is a supermarket a 30 second walk from the hotel.)
There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to make sure your stay is safe.
They were very friendly and helped me a lot during my stay.
If I had the opportunity, I would use this hotel again.

Nice little hotel. 5 minute walk to the famous Taksim square and mile long shopping street. Hotel was nicer than I expected for the price. Bedrooms had fridges and newly renovated bathrooms. The value was good. The service at the front desk was fast and very friendly. The cleaning lady was superb. There are a couple of rough looking buildings right next to the hotel but it is safe. A tiny store with most items anyone could need on short notice is a few feet away, around the corner. I stayed in a double bed with my gf but I am 6’1 and it was a little small for me. Queen or king for sure next time. It is hard to beat the value I got.

In the main building, the air conditioning it’s really sucks. You don’t have a control on your own room or suite. I couldn’t sleep the first two nights because it is centeral. The front desk controls the temp from their ends. I moved to other building afterwards. More privacy less noise and better cooling on the air conditioning and heat.

Our family of four had an excellent 3-night stay at Villa Pera Suite Hotel. We loved that the room was clean showing it’s very well maintained. Towels and slippers were provided. It had a kitchenette that’s complete with small fridge, hob, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, a pan and a pot.

The hotel is conveniently located, just off Taksim station and Istiklal street. Very close to transport, shopping and food!
