Amazing place to stay in Gdansk Centre
Excellent location, clean, modern, free parking. Helpful staff. Really great place to stay, 5 mins walk from the beautiful old town. 5 Zabka’s within 300m.

Really nice, modern apartment about a 10 minute walk from the centre. There's a useful shop just outside which is well-stocked.
Downside is that we booked this for the pool as it was advertised as having one, but we had to pay to use it, at a very high price. We decided not to use this due to the cost which was disappointing.

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from old town with good selection of shops and restaurants on the estate. Unfortunately getting check in details was difficult, contact is only possible 10-6pm and we had to chase them several times.

I would NOT stay here again for numerous reasons. Host was good and it was easy to communicate. We received self check in instructions as they were clear and easy to follow. Place was clean. However when this apartment was booked it said it can sleep up to 6 people. ABSOLUTELY NOT ! Apartment has 4 single beds which are combined together and 1 couch. At most place can sleep 5 people and thats not too comfortable. So thats a big NO NO. Why is this place listed for 6 people? Additionally there were not enough towels in the place.

We liked that the property was within a walking distance to downtown.
On the other hand we were very disappointed with the customer service as they did not want to help with any issues with the apartment.
1. Booked 2BDR apartment with 2 queen beds (rcvd 1 queen and 2 twin beds - not ideal for two couples)
2. As per reservation our unit supposed to have “city views” - we had not city view at all
3. Pool should be free of charge; however the fee per hour was 69PLN (around $18)
4. Unit was not clean (dust; spiderwebs; felt like crumbs on the couch)
5. No standard condiments in the kitchen such as ice, salt and pepper
6. No standard toilet trees in the bathroom such as soap, body was, shampoo and conditioner
7. Charged more at the property than what it was listed on my invoice
We definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone u less you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

The property is nothing like in description.it is called spa and wellness, but they do not provide this service. You need to go to other spa near by and pay for it. Rooms are nothing like in pictures.

There is nothing Unique about the property. It’s a total scam since photos shown are not like the apartment you would get. We looked at the photos of the property and booked the apartment only to find it is not like what’s in the photos. There are no VIP benefits like an upgrade or anything. Be careful when you book because it will shock you when you get the apartment. There is no view at all and your view is other apartments in the complex looking at your apartment. It’s about a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town. There are no amenities as well , so do bring some with you like your shampoo, soap etc.

It was generally good. Apartments were clean,good space, comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms and was just a 5 minutte walk to the old town. However, I felt the information on hotels.com was misleading. One gets the impression that the spa and restaurant are in the same building when it is actually not. In addition you have to pay extra to use the facilities for just 1,5hrs with small children that love swimming the time is way too limited. There are other cost like deposit 300 and cleaning of the apartment 150 one only gets to know about after Booking . This is information that should be presented during the Booking process so that we make informed decisions. Had I known, I could have just booked at a hotel and got everything included. Short stay in Gdansk
Great place to stay for a few days in Gdansk. Nice new apartment with sufficient amenities for our stay. Only problems was no information on how to use appliances such as convection microwave oven. Checkin was a bit convoluted as you really can’t find where you are staying until you ring to find out how to access the building. Mallina was very helpful with information on what services were available around the area. Undercover Parking on site was good. Wifi excellent. Close to historical part of the city it is within walking distance. Public transport, trams, are close by. We did a day trip to Sopot and Gdynia by train. Not far away from Gdansk but Sopot much more attractive than Gdynia.

Very disappointing stay. The property is falsely advertised as having a swimming pool, including pool photos and appearing in search results as accommodation with a pool. In reality, the pool does not belong to the apartment and must be paid for separately.
We traveled with children and chose this place mainly because of the pool, so this was extremely misleading. The only available pool was about 700 meters away, paid separately, making it inconvenient and impossible to use often with kids.
The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to take advantage of guests knowing it is difficult to find another place after arrival.

Bra läge, fin lägenhet, bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Frukost ingick inte men fanns att köpa på intilliggande hotell där det var bra buffe. Spa och pool ingick inte men vi besökt spaet med pool och bastu på Grand hotel, fint och bra. Wifi och tv fungerade inte tyvärr.

We expected the apartment to be more disability-friendly: for example, in the bathroom there was a bathtub instead of a shower (which we had requested on the website at the time of booking). Det var smidigt att checka in och personalen var toppen. SPA-avdelningen var hade mer att önska. Det var verkligen ingen relax då det var fullt med folk överallt och barn hoppade och kastade bollar. Två av tre bastu var avstängda utan att vi fick info om det när vi betalde entré. Det var dyrt för en familj, närmare 1000 SEK för en timme. Annars väldigt bra boende.

För att gå på spa i ett annat hus, fick man betala extra, ingår inte som det verkar i bokningen, frukosten hade vi ingen aning om var den fanns eller om den existerade. Helt ok boende för en helg, nära in till centrum och relativt lugnt på kvällarna/nätterna men hade inte bokat där igen.

Det er ikke basseng inkl selv om det reklameres med at der er basseng. Kan kjøpes på et annet bygg, må da ta med handklær. Koster ekstra for rene handklær. Må dele uteplass med nabo leiligheten, så ikke akkurat koslig å sitte ute. Såg også rotter på uteplassen. Det var ellers en ren og innbydende leilighet, med god beliggende like ved Hotel number One. Første gang jeg prøver leilighet, kjenne det holdt med denne gang.

1.- El parking está incluido en el precio pero hay que reservar plaza con antelación. Nosotros entendimos que el apartamento tenía una plaza asignada por defecto y casi nos quedamos sin. Afortunadamente al hacer el check-in nos pudieron dejar una.
2.- Por otro lado, también hay que tener en cuenta que el uso de la piscina tiene un cargo de 90 PLN por persona y hora (bastante caro). Cuando lo comentamos en la oficina del alquiler nos respondieron que en todo momento lo indican en el anuncio cuando hablan de la piscina, sin embargo he revisado la oferta en Hoteles.com y solo se menciona el cargo extra en un apartado hacia el final de la oferta. Si bien es cierto que se indica, encuentro que el anuncio lleva a confusión.
Importante también que el apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado (hay un ventilador en la habitación que hace bastante ruido). En nuestro caso pillamos ola de calor y siendo cuatro en la habitación (dos adultos y dos niños) alguna de las noches pasamos calor.
Es cierto que está a un paso del centro y es fácil encontrar pequeñas tiendas de comestibles y cafeterías en los alrededores.

Det var lätt att hitta adressen och lägenheten låg nära gamla stan och andra sevärdheter. Det fanns en gunga mitt i lägenheten, den stod bara i vägen. Dessvärre behöver man betala extra för varje gång man vill använda gymmet eller poolen.

Leiligheten var helt ok. Det var gode senger, men veldig lytt. Litt støvete, spesielt på soverommet (sengegavlen), men ellers var renholdet ok. Vi hadde leilighet på bakkeplan med en liten terrasse utenfor, men ingen utemøbler. Det var dessverre veldig mye maur overalt, på gulvet og på kjøkkenbenken og vi kunne ikke la vinduene stå åpne for da kom det store edderkopper inn.

Det var virkelig et lovende ophold vi glæde os til. Der stop det var en lækker lejlighed og familie venlig.. med egen altan. Men det var alt andet, vi havde vores egen lejlighed men skulle dele altan med en anden lejlighed. Og de festede hele natten igennem og sov på vores altan og der flød med skodder og øl. Samt der var virkelig beskidt. Brune streger på håndklæderne. Samt skimmel på badeværelset. Samt amtutet i brusekabinen sad ude af væggen og virkede ikke.

Modernes Apartment im Herzen der Stadt
Das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht um seinen Urlaub optimal zu genießen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer für 3-4 Personen, ein sehr große Küchenzeile, die mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet ist, es gab sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Zimmer waren in exklusiv und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und wie zuhause. Der Balkon war ausreichend groß und bot einen schönen Blick über die Stadt. Auch hier konnte man abends gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein die Ruhe genießen. Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, man hat nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die Altstadt oder zur Metro zu laufen. In der Altstadt findet man diverse Restaurants und Bars, die sowohl mit polnischer als auch internationaler Küche locken. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und steht einem bei allen Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Fra bildene hadde jeg en anerledes forventning. Det var vanskelig å velge ut apart til og starte med fordi alt står i hutt å pine. Jeg bestilte egentlig en annen apart ( vertfall såg anerledes ut på bilde).

Nice and spacious flat well suited for a family. Very clean and close to city center. Staff was nice and friendly. Be aware that the pool and spa is relatively small and very popular + is not included in the rent. Would stay again.
