Terrible hotel. I dont even know where to start. We were given a room behind the lobby at first which was clearly not designed to be a room but maybe a staff room. There was a bag over the smoke detector and horrible smell in the room. We complained and with hesitation our room was changed to another windowless room but slight better. The showers were incredibly moldy. The beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Was perhaps one of my most uncomfortable stays ever.

Wonderful hotel for a short stay in Istanbul. The only critique I have is that they recommended a hammam at a fancy hotel, a car ride away. The young lady who attended me wasn’t very attentive. Later in the week, I tried the traditional hammam (1580) near the hotel. It was wonderful! I suggest the staff refer guests to this old hammam for a genuine Turkish experience.

I was given a very small room (single room converted into a twin bedroom) this was terrible as the room had no heating and was right next to a night club so very very moisit during the night up until 3.00 am!

The staff is fantastic, very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean although they don't have a lot of space. The AC works but if you are on the other bed far away from it, it won't be as effective if you like your room to be chilled.
The main issue is noise from the dance club right across the street. During the weekend they play loud music that even the earplugs won't work.

Sadly they pulled a fast one and gave us a room without a window. The listing didn't mention it, but it didn't say it had a window either. Also the bed sheets were dirty. Location is good though. This hotel gave a bad first impression of Istanbul.

We booked an economy level room. We arrived to find that the room smells bad. We then asked the receptionist to bring us some good smelling refreshing. The room lacked any windows. The bathroom walls arent clean, has some of fungus. We came to the bed to find stains on the bedsheet. The hotel manager was nice enough, to move us to a new building, for the same hotel. The new building is one month old. The new was very clean at first, and we recieved then excellent service.

The lobby and staff are def 4*, but not the rest of the hotel. No special complaint about the room, it was OK, the breakfast was not good at all (no coffee option - machine broken). Our room was facing the street with a club open until 6am so it was hard to fully rest throughout the night without being woken up. The staff however was extremely helpful and kind! I would consider other options next time.

Would NOT recommend this hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights last week. On night 2, the shower door collapsed on me, glass everywhere and cuts on my body.
The hotel did not have a first aid kit, offered no help in acquiring any first aid materials or assistance finding medical care. I requested a refund for this 1 night, since we weren't moved to a new room until the next day, and we were unable to use the shower / bathroom - front desk staff refused a partial refund and was rude to us, despite the injuries sustained during our stay.

The stay was okay, however we had an alarm going off every time we open and close the door, we asked this to be fixed as soon as we moved in and kept asking a few times a day every time we passed by the reception, they kept promising that it would be fixed it but unfortunately nothing happened. Also there was a problem with using the stairs on the third floor, the door handle was broken, they sent someone up however it was never fixed. Tried to order a taxi through the front desk, we ended up waiting for 30 min to then find out they didn't even call. For this type of service - overpriced, seems like we are just paying for the design of the hotel that has no service. We ended up extending our trip but decided to move to a different hotel.

This was a very nice hotel with such an amazing staff. The location was perfect,… near all the cafes and restaurants in Karakoy, but situated away enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The room was pleasant and clean enough, but very small. It was fine for us because we really didn't want to spend much time there given that the city outside was so lovely. The location is fabulous, and the people at the front desk were super welcoming and caring about us. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful little hotel close to everything
This was a fantastic choice. The hotel is modern, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests are happy. I arrived drenched from the rain and the receptionist rung out my coat by hand and hung it up to dry, even offered to borrow one of his in the meantime! I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends when they’re visiting, and would stay again too! The location is strategic as well, close to ferries and tram, you can reach anywhere easily.

The Hotel was absolutely stunning with the most friendly staff. We were in Turkey for 3 weeks and stayed in few different hotels and by far this was our favorite stay! Dit is een prima hotel voor een verblijf in Istanbul. Het is op een perfecte locatie als het gaat om alle bezienswaardigheden. De kamers waren oke en alle andere faciliteiten ook. Het is geen luxe 5 sterrenhotel, maar dat heb je ook zeker niet nodig voor een stedentrip. Wat mij betreft zeker een aanrader!!

Beautiful hotel which is close to the centre of Galata and all the other cool spots in Istanbul. Everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. Although it’s very noisy on the street, in the room itself it’s calm. Would recommend this hotel and love to comeback in the future!
