You really come here for the spa, hotel is very nice as well. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend!

Fantastic hotel with lovely friendly staff and an amazing spa. Few things that were a bit odd for a hotel of that calibre - unfortunately arriving into an underground carpark at the back of the hotel doesn’t start with a good impression! There’s also a weird underground corridor with trendy lighting to get out of the hotel which just feels out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. The cost of using the kitchen in the apartments is ridiculous and given the room rates, it’s a bit cheeky that there’s an extra charge to use it. Also bear in mind there’s not much to do without a car & especially if the weather isn’t good. Although the spa is lovely if you just want to relax. Overall we had a great stay but we just didn’t feel 100% sure about the hotel.

After a whirlwind trip through the expected stops (Venice, Verona, Lake Como) we wanted something a bit more low key but with nice amenities.
The VIP spa experience is worth the extra expense for a memorable afternoon and their tasting experience restaurant is as good (or better) than NYC.
That they are an upscale boutique hotel as part of a larger hotel property provides large hotel amenities but exceptional quick service.
Oh they even have Donkeys you can feed which was super cute.

A gem of a place. Little paradise on lake Lugano away from crowds but conveniently 15 minutes to Mennagio and 20 minutes to Lugano. Amazing, spacious, well appointed rooms, beautiful facilities, out of this world swimming pool and jacuzzi. But what makes this place truly unique is people. Martina, Michela, Matteo, Tecla, Serena you are amazing, warm, incredible people. Thank you for your top notch service, attention to detail, promptness, friendliness, kindness and AMAZING help. There’s a private tunnel to one of the restaurants that feels out of a movie. There’s a small town that’s worth visiting for some lunch and gelato, About a 20 min walk away. We asked the front desk what would be the best place for breakfast with a view of the lake and they replied, “Your room” and they weren’t kidding, The view from the patio was cinematic. Can’t wait to be back this Summer.

Wow!!!! Just got back from a four night stay with the family and we can’t stop raving about the Aria. It’s just flawless and we are tough customers:-) The service is beyond top notch. They just thought of everything and nothing is an issue. All the team at the front desk were outstanding with dinner reservations and planning trips in the area.
The SPA is a true highlight of the property, so many different Saunas, pools and even a snow shower.
The only recommendation I have is to have at least one of the pools warmer.
The suite was huge, we were welcomed with gin and tonics in the room with lots of chocolates, cookies and soft drinks included. Everything was refilled constantly. The view from the huge balcony is breathtaking. We spent hours on the stunning balcony, with the sound of waterfalls in the background.
The breakfast was served in the room and had everything we had requested and so much more. Delicious

One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed! It was super luxurious feeling, the staff was always super nice and ready to help. The only thing that is kind of bizzarre is that you are on a super luxury hotel that shares amenities with a 3 stat hotel on the some property. But in general was amazing. Hervorzuheben sind die unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die jeden Wunsch erfüllen helfen! Das Hotel hat einen privaten Zugang zum See, wo auch diverse Wassersportaktivitäten unkompliziert gebucht werden können. Das Spa mit dem Ausblick ist ein absoluter Traum.
