The best thing about the property is it’s view over the island/town. It is the best you will get and breathtaking. The pool and garden area is also lovely and a very short distance to the beach for a swim. Taxi into town is around 6 Euros. The room is spacious and clean , air conditioning and safe provided. Balcony to sit and enjoy your view. We are here just before the summer season gets off so unfortunately the restaurant not operating to full menu - only snacks/lighter meals. However the breakfast buffet has everything you would want.

The property is about a 5 minute cab ride outside town. There’s another little area you can walk to for food/drinks. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. Depending on your room, the views are spectacular. There is a pool and a beach you can walk to. I was only there for 1 day. Wish I was staying longer. It’s a nice spot!

A nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Good to have use of a beach a short walk away with discounted sun bed prices for hotel guests. It was a little further from the centre of the town than we expected but this worked for us as we enjoy a walk in the evening. The location also meant it was closer to the beaches than if you were staying in the town. The only thing that would improve this hotel was for it to have a bar open for guests. There was nowhere to get food or drink after breakfast but it has such a lovely seating area that could be enjoyed even more throughout the day and into the evening if food and/or drinks were served.

This hotel is in a stunning location and the views are fabulous . It’s huge dining area and outside terrace are just delightful. It is rated as a 4 * hotel but although the location, views and rooms are delightful it was not quite the expected standard when it came to staff and efficiency. For a large hotel ( by small island standards) it seemed surprising to have a tired looking receptionist wearing T-shirt and jeans, somehow not giving the best of impressions. We also had disastrous dinner room service experience with unprofessional service from staff. Even the hotel’s own beach charges 15 Euros for its sunbeds compared to most other beaches being 10 Euros per set. As hotel guests it would seem odd to have to pay to use its beach. We went elsewhere close by …..

We had an amazing stay. The hotel owner has done a superb job in renovating. Hope it can be maintained to keep the newness. Love everything about the room, the staff and the buffet breakfast was outstanding, lots of variety. We will def recommend to others and return anytime.

Great views, service and location.

The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking Poros Town. There was a water taxi that ran during the day and late evening across the bay which was an added attraction. The service and food was very good. The room was rather hot as the AC was positioned at the wrong end of the room. However, excellent views across the bay.

I arrived on Friday to be told I had been upgraded to a room with a sea view, which I thanked them for.
I went to my room.
The safe was left in a locked mode so no one couldreset with a new password but needed the management to unblock it.
I then tried to shower. There was no place to place the shower head but worse of all the shower curtain rail was set at 2 meters high but the curtain was 2.20 meters long so it gathered in the basin not allowing the water to drain so my feet were always in a pool of dirty water.
The worse was the toilet was leaking and there wasa steam of water fromn the back of the seat to the drain near the front of the toilet, which meant that whne you sat on the throne youe one foot would be in the stream, but the wearing of shoes kept my feet dry.
Finally the A/C had only one fan speed ... max, which again was not optimal.
When I told the front desk they looked at me as if i was complaing for no reason.
They said they would sort the safe issue but as far as the other issues they could do nothing.
So I asked if they would downgrade me to my origianl room but they refused.
Was it the new COVID rules?
The setting is very pretty and convenient but the service can and must be improved. COVID is no reason to drop standards. If they could not move me get a plumber to fix the leaking toilet if nothing else.

I was very disappointed that the hotel pool was closed for whole time we stayed there. The room was very basic in comfort for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast was not up to scratch - the hot food was usually cold and items not replaced on a daily basis. Also when we arrived late in the evening, when I asked for a room service snack, they would only provide a cup of tea. I would definitely not stay again and really feel we should have a refund because of the closed pool

A very mid hotel, lovely location, very helpful staff. Shuttle service to and from hotel is very handy. Pool area looked like it hadn't been swept and mopped all season and pool had plenty of bugs in it.
We stayed for 3 nights and no one cleaned our room in that time, most odd for that standard of hotel.

The only place to stay in Poros !!!

From the time of check in Despoina the receptionist made our day !!!! Very warm welcome from those you expect in a Greek island ! The staff was very helpful , The room was spacious and beautiful , with a big balcony on the sea ( literally ) ... you could hear the plops from your bed ! In order to go to the beach of the hotel you follow a path in the pine trees. You enjoyed your swimming in nature, with the bar's facilities so you do not miss anything . Very close to the center ! We were very lucky that we booked in this hotel . We surly recommend it !!!

The service at the hotel was exceptional. We were offered a drink of delicious lemonade as we checked in and our luggage was taken to our room. Room was spotless although furniture and bathroom fittings are dated. Views from balcony and restaurant are amazing. Very good value for money.

Looks can be deceiving

Do I dare say? Daughter and I came away with bug bites. Also developed a massive tooth infection which I think came from swimming at the hotel's beach. So bring your antibiotics and be prepared to burn your clothes and you'll be fine. The hotel is resort-style, very new and formal. The evening receptionist was great, but the day staff was kind of rude. It's a long walk to town, and not a lot of food options nearby. Very pretty view from the dining area, but we were stuck with just shrubs to look at. I was excited about staying there, but I wouldn't go back.

Amazing hotel at amazing location...

We went as a couple and had an amazing stay. From the first moment we arrived at the harbour and we saw the hotel from the ferry, we knew it was a great choice. If you inform the hotel of yr arrival time they will very kindly come and pick you up from the ferry, which is about a half an hour walk which may be a bit difficult if you have luggage. But the hotel can take you to and from the ferry very graciously. The hotel is completely renovated and redone in a very modern style two years ago. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food is stylish and delicious, the waitresses very polite and smiling, the venue where you eat has perhaps the best view ever!!! There is a pier where yachts come and park. The whole thing made me feel as if I was in some posh Venice hotel in front of which people park their yachts :) Oh and the beach that belongs to the hotel is a corner of paradise. There you can find pine trees that extend their branches into the sea and you can pull your sunbed right underneath those trees and have the most amazing relaxation by the sea... The beach bar also has everything you need from cold frappes to clubs sandwiches. Great fish restaurants within walking distance... You can take romantic walks down from the hotel towards the harbour... Very cute park benches along the sea to sit down, rest and digest the amazing view. So definitely a great choice, value for money and the best hotel in Poros! I would go again and again...

Perfect & peaceful location .

The hotel is very beautiful and has exceptional views over Poros Chora/port. It was lovely to feel a little away from the crowds of the Island whilst only being a 2 minute drive away by car or 10 minutes on foot.

Absolutely one of the best hotel in Poros. Perfect & peaceful location .

Lovely and clean room (143) with comfy beds & pillows. Breakfast was nice.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful holiday.

Mr Kortsinidis(Hotel Manager) , really do a good and professional job and give the hotel some much needed warmth.

Free wifi all over the resort and even at Private beach.

Great hotel!

We complaint after the first night, because there was too much noise. No questions was asked, and we were immediately upgraded to a better and more quiet room! Great breakfast! Clean room, and friendly staff. This is one of the best hotels in Poros! The only thing to pinpoint is that the hotel is located a bit outside of the main city, however, a taxi only costs about 4 euros to the center if you do not want to walk. Great hotel!

The cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness, helpfulness and efficient service of the staff, the quality of the restaurant food and the beach facilities were all terrific. The views from our sea view room were superb. The quality in all aspects exceeded our expectations and in terms of value for money was outstanding. We will most certainly be back when we revisit Poros next year.

Pretty decent lobby with great views. We in Unfortunately stayed in a room on the first floor near the lobby and we're kept awake all night by slamming of doors and people talking. The floors are marble, not carpet so you hear everything. Sleeping was extremely difficult.
Also, in-room safe was broken. Not worth the money.

Whilst the hotel was very nice unfortunately the service was terrible. My phone was stolen at breakfast by a staff member however they blamed the guests. There was only 2 guests dining and one was disabled and could not access my table and another was very elderly and was reading a newspaper. The lady cleaning the table claims she never saw it. When I reported to the reception they were so defensive rather than offering to help locate the phone. I was so distrustful for the rest of the holiday I was forced to walk around with all of my valuable. This made relaxation near impossible. I would recommend not visiting this hotel with any valuables.

Almost everything about this hotel is awesome. There is one big problem with this hotel : the beds are awful, hard, springy and so uncomfortable. Other then that the rooms are perfect, the view is magnificent, the breakfast brunch on terrasse is awesome, the pool and beach bar are super nice also. I wish I could give this hotel 5 star but the bed is kind of important on a hotel and it is their big flaw.

Rent och fint, hjälpsam personal. Trevlig frukost med fantastisk utsikt. Utsikten från rummen ut mot parkeringen var inte lika kul som åt havs-hållet!

Fin liten strand bredvid hotellet, men annars en bit från centrum. Fina tillbehör i badrummet (schampo etc.) men det gick inte att stänga om
duschen så svårt att duscha utan att blöta ner hela badrummet.

Rent och stort rum med stor balkong. Svag stråle i duschen, helt ok frukostutbud. Hotellets strand fick även hotellgäster betala för men fanns en annan trevligare och billigare strand precis i närheten. Fanns båt vid hotellet som tog en in till stan 3 turer varje kväll, begränsat med taxibilar på ön.
