This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff, the cleanliness the food the cocktails are all excellent, wonderful friendly people I would go back in a minute! Love the Amalfi coast because of this hotel and staff❤️❤️beautiful view of the sea large balcony!

Nice 4 star hotel. Great location on corner of the main street, right across from the beach. Room was well appointed, small but whatwe paid for, there are bigger. Good a/c. Buffet breakfast was very good 8ncluding omelets station. Lunch and dinner are very good quality. The town is small, quaint and not too busy. Ferries available to take you up and down the coast and even over to Capri. Relaxing vacation spot.

Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!

I was very lucky have a corner room with beautiful views from the balcony! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and is on the main road in Maiori. A small but clean room was all I needed. There were a lot of additional amenities like a restaurant, free breakfast, and a short walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent cleanliness- I think a re think of the pool area needs to take place. Beautiful trees and foliage but customer’s constantly fighting for beds in the sun- also not enough loungers. Upstairs area (solarium) could be looked at as currently underused.

The hotel was so clean! We saw the staff wiping down doorways, cleaning the office, etc. All the common areas and our room were spotless. They graciously upgraded us to a Jr suite, which was beautiful. We had a view of the Mediterranean from a huge balcony. The only negative is it's a shame the divider doesn't go from the ceiling to the floor on the balcony, so that you don't feel like you're intruding on your neighbors. The pool was lovely, but a bit chilly in October. It would have been nice if the hot tub had been working. The breakfast buffet was amazing, everything was delicious and in abundance. The location was very convenient and overall staying here was one of the best things about our vacation!

Can’t recommend the stay enough.

Pictures online didn’t do it justice! The pool is stunningly beautiful, garden as well. The gym was large and clean. All around a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! They even upgraded our room for free. The cleaning staff were always on top of keeping our room spotless and stocked up. Not many places do a daily deep clean, we were impressed!

You won’t regret staying here!

First off this was extremely clean at all times. Maids cleaned every day. The staff was more than accommodating and spoke English which helped a lot. We walked to the ferry port in 10min along the beach and 10min to the tower. Beautiful place, breakfast was great , along with the staf. Thank you for making this stay memorable. Great stay - we were only there for two hours before we added an extra night to our stay.

The view rooms were spectacular. Full 180 degree view of the bay across the street.

Beach access provided for a small fee, limited food and beverage from the beach - however many markets and carts on the boardwalk.

Pool was cool and refreshing. Very quiet as well.

Didn’t eat at the restaurant except for breakfast which was typical of the area with many pasty options.

Staff - 10/10 for any and all needs.

The moment my husband and I walked through the door the staff couldn't have been nicer. The place exceeded our expectations. The continental breakfast was exceptional the dining experience in the surrounding areas was fantastic. We ventured out to other areas but found that this hotel and this location was the only place to be and we could have stayed a lot longer than we did. We stayed three nights so very relaxing. You will not make a mistake by staying at this wonderful hotel and area.

I don’t know if my review can even slightly explain how great this place is, but I will try. The staff was amazing, taking our car and luggage very early in the morning before we could even check in. The pool was very relaxing and I loved all of the lemon trees and plants around it. The private beach looked amazing although we did not use it (only because of other plans for the day). The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Will recommend to others to stay here as I would again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I paid for a balcony with sea view room. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying some peace, tranquility and a view of the sea. The hotel should have a better description! It was an obstructed view of the sea. It was a view of the main road, with cars and pedestrians. There was a bus stop. One night the police pull over a driver and they conducted a vehicle search, while I watched from my “sea view room” I was very disappointed. I went on vacation to find some quietness. Be aware! The description of the room should be city view with obstructed view of the sea! The beds are very very uncomfortable! It was hard to get a good nights rest.

The hotel location is in the heart of Maiori across the road from the beach. The intersection with the main tourist attractions could be busy at times, but it did not bother us at all..
We stayed on the 4th floor. Very comfortable stay - elevator, big beach-front view room with large balcony and AC. King-size and tween beds. It felt like the hotel was relatively recently renovated. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was more than any continental breakfast could offer.
Pool is decent size, clean and well-maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs around and it is free.
Beach is located across the road from the hotel. It is private and everyone pays to access it - €50/day first, €45/day second, €35/day third row and so forth. For that you get 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. There is a small cafe with a sitting area where you can order limited menu food and drinks. The beach is also available for other people, who are not the hotel’s patrons.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful - special thank you to front desk personal, specifically Pietro and Antonio for going above and beyond their duties.

Property is nice, pool was still chilly and not sure if it’s supposed to be a hot tub but water is cold. The terrace has amazing views I wish we discovered it earlier. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was super tiny and the beds and pillows so uncomfortable but we found that in other hotels in Italy as well.

The reservation system is a bit sketchy. When we arrived they lost one reservation and did not have a room ready for the second reservation. The rooms are small with minimal amenities and had no air conditioning. Our room was being remodeled and it took two days to get a mirror in the bathroom.

The staff was as accommodating as possible given the situation. It sure this would rate as a four star but the staff made up for it.

Short walk to the ferried to visit other Amalfi coast towns. Would definitely stay here again. Our view looked directly into the sea. You could hear the waves at night.

Outstanding Hotel in Perfect Location

This hotel is fabulous, the food, the staff, the location are outstanding. Myself and three friends stayed three nights in a four bedded room which was very clean and spacious. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the harbour and the sea which was directly across the road to the private beach. If you would rather have use of a pool, the hotel has a lovely private little pool surrounded by a luscious Mediterranean feel garden with lemons and other fruits growing overhead as you walk through the peregola towards the pool.
Breakfast is served overlooking the pool on a beautiful elegant terrace with cream wrought iron tables and chairs with soft furnishings, the whole hotel is very tasteful and gives the impression of a bygone more sophisticated era where you may well have rubbed shoulders with stars of years ago. We had this confirmed by our trip to beautiful and romantic island of Capri where the rich and famous have taken holidays - and continue to do so. Pictures of Clarke Gable, Sophia Loren and Jaquie Kennedy adorned shoe shops where they were pictured having fittings.
This Hotel is ideally situated by the harbour to visit all along the Amalfi Coast including Capri, there are little ferry boats that are reasonably priced which run frequent services throughout the day. We have never experienced a holiday with such outstanding scenery and whether observing from the costal route or by road the views are something no one would ever wish to miss or forget.

Not at all a 4-star property

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. The first room we were put in hadn't been renovated in decades (perhaps since the hotel was constructed in the 1960's), it had old furniture and the room smelled. We were charged more than we original paid via Hotels.com in order to get renovated rooms that correspond to the pictures on Hotels.com. Plus, the prices on Hotel.com for this hotel are much higher than walk ins are paying. The renovated rooms were nicer, but still not really 4-star. After that, the location was great and the staff friendly, but the visit was horribly diminished by the beginning of this experience. Hotels.com should investigate it's listing, double check the star ratings and the prices.
