This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.

Beautiful property. Nice location. Trip to Agreco farm was wonderful and so was the food. Staff were fantastic at the resort. Used the spa it was lovely. Didn’t like the restaurant booking system. Downloaded Hotel app before we left Canada but unable to book restaurants 7 days in advance of arrival. Also the buffet food was underwhelming at times. Also allowing smoking was annoying. Can’t believe in this day and age that is still allowed in public areas of the resort. Greek people are so kind and lovely.

It was just ok

I'll start by saying the staff at the hotel are the nicest and most accommodating I've ever come across.
This property is most certainly NOT a 5 star luxury resort. It's a 4 star at best and there's nothing luxury about it aside from the one pool and the sunsets. The room that I was originally assigned had a sexy shower situation happening, shower was separate from actual bathroom but was in the bedroom / living area with 70s fringe curtains, cool if you're vacationing with your partner but if anyone else it's just weird. Got moved to another room the next day and yet again another strange shower situation, separate from bathroom again with clear glass so anyone can watch, just a weird thing to do design wise. We lived with it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of moving rooms again and getting another disappointing room but guests needs were not top of mind when designing the layout. Rooms/decor feels dated, a little weathered but mostly well maintained. Getting a lounge chair in the one cool pool is like the Hunger Games - families occupy the space from 8am. They should really designate the 2nd pool as kid pool. Floaties and donuts and kids screaming doesn't feel luxurious. I was extremely disappointed considering what it cost to stay here. If it wasn't priced as if it's a 5star it would be fine. Mediocre experience all in all.

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)

Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly.

We stayed at the start of the season (Easter 25), they'd been open a few days when we arrived and we stayed 10 nights.
The hotel is lovely and clean, facilities are great, food was brilliant, beach was good enough and rooms were nice and clean and house keeping was good. However.... the service end to end was really below the standard youd expect of a 5 star hotel. It seems to be a combination of poor management and inexperienced staff. The main pool doesn't have a bar, but has waiter service - however it was difficult to find someone to take an order. The sunset bar was similar - table service but often difficult to find someone to take an order. The restaurants are where the hotel really lets themselves down. Upon being seated in the buffet restaurant its hit and miss how long it would take to make a drinks order - the mornings were especially bad with it being difficult to order a coffee but the evenings wherent much better and to get a top up of wine was almost impossible unless you went directly to the wine cellar (which was a nice touch). The a-la-carte restaurants werent much better, we were only a group of 6 and they didn't manage to bring food out together; staff lacked the intuition to solve problems like missing meals or missing drinks and we had that at both the Asian and Italian.
The Agreco Farm visit and meal was great with amazing service and because we had a car, we went to the aqua park at the other Grecotel - the kids really enjoyed that.

I recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME White Palace, and it’s safe to say the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

The aesthetic of the resort is stunning—whitewashed elegance with chic, modern touches. The views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the number of pools (22!) means you never feel crowded. We especially loved the adults-only pool for a bit of quiet relaxation.

The all-inclusive dining exceeded expectations. From themed buffets to à la carte restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the Asian fusion spot and grabbing a crepe at the Gelateria. The cocktails? Top-notch.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a sea view that made mornings magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and little touches like daily turndown service and local treats were appreciated.

Enjoyed the beach and facilities
We to dinner at the buffet restaurant that provided a wide range of starters and main course that were of high standard. Went to the sunset bar which is a great place to relax, drink and enjoy the view over the sea.
What became apparent was the room they gave us to stay in was next to a lift and a foyer above with constant use.
We went to reception and demanded we get a quieter room and after a long discussion were promised a new room tomorrow.
Thank goodness for that as the new room was of the same type but nice and quiet.
Room to avoid is 601 for reference
Apart from that be warned the see is quite rough at times with strong waves plus the beach is gravelly and large pebbles/boulders which you will need boat shoes/sea shoes which they sell at the shop. If you are unstable afoot stick to the pools as that will be safer.
Sea and beach typical Greek beach.

Drinks service on the beach can be a bit hit and miss.

Dinning all restaurants are very good but you need to book as soon as you can (download the app and book a week before you arrive)

Visit to agreco farm/experience well worth while and we went on jeep safari with Angelos again worth going on

A lovely hotel - swim up room was great!

Really great hotel - fantastic all inclusive restaurants & selection of drinks from the pool / bars, we loved the ice cream & crepe bar too! We don’t drink so a decent selection of mocktails, non alcoholic wine & soft drinks. Breakfast buffet had a great selection & there was a separate adults section for some peace.
We moved to a swim up room to the left of reception after a poor condition swim up room to the right of reception (full of mozzies) was originally assigned. The room was clean, no great patio & pool space with sun most of the day! Bathroom & wardrobe space a little old fashioned, but all ok.
Hotel amenities are good - great main pool & activity pool, entertainment is a little meh > better for kids than adults. Beach has dark sand & water wasn’t so clear but a short trip out could take you to some great spots.

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems.
The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday.
Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience

Fantastic holiday, wonderful cocktails, lovely sunsets, delicious food and everything was included in the all inclusive package (cocktails, fine dining restaurant, Asian restaurant, Italian, agreco farm dine out option which we unfortunately didn’t have time for, crepes and waffles, ice creams). Nice and quiet, calm, relaxing holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful too! Make sure to book restaurants on the app before you arrive (or WhatsApp the concierge was a unique perk) , and unfortunately we went out of peak season so no white parties etc but the bar was still lively and nice music every evening

Our first and last all inclusive holiday. We booked for a no fuss vacation for guarenteed sun hoping for a relaxing break with good food and good service. The other reveiws lead us to this hotel. This food was very basic only the fine dining and the italian were good but most of the options were sold out if you book a table later than 2000hrs. The asian, greek and buffet were terrible, the greek was embarrassing considering the location. You need to download the app and pre book your nights in the restaurants before arrival as we found 4 of our 7 nights were completely booked and were forced to eat the buffet. When eating you are mostly forgotten so are always needing to get the attention of the servers to ask for a drink. Drinks at the pool are slow and served in paper cups and the cocktails are some of the worst ive ever tasted. The gym us very basic and can still only have 4 people in. Lastly you need to wake uo at 0700hrs as all the sunbeds around the main pool are claimed by 0800hrs and sometimes the guests dont show up to use them for severals hours. We kept an eye of several empty sun beds with towels on and they remained empty until 1300hrs but every time someone mentioned to a pool attendant they would move the belongings. The shower in our room was like a trickle of water meaning we needed to spend so much more time to get the salt and sa d off us. The room was ok nothing special. The whole experience has put us off visiting Greece in the future.

This hotel is truly amazing. The pictures do not do it justice! The taxi driver, manager and front of house staff, were very helpful and welcoming. I really had an amazing experience. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good variety of food options, which looked and tasted great! The only negative was that the private bungalow pool was dirty however the main pool area was lovely. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice resort with heated swimming pool, a huge variety of food and excellent service. The facilities and rooms were nice and clean. The kids club is for children of four years and up and it is situated at the very end of the hotel. It was very windy during our stay, so we could not enjoy the beach much. The beach is very small. It was a nice and relaxing stay overall.

This hotel was fabulous in every way and the all inclusive package really is all inclusive, with no limitations on which drinks / restaurants are included etc. We were a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 19 & 16 - we all absolutely loved the whole experience. The stay was amazing. We had our honeymoon and the staff was always polite and helpful. The gym is equipped in a good way and the trainer George is very professioal and friendly. Mani from the Animateurs was always there for some games and fun. The whole teqm from reception to pool attendees and servers are outstanding. The room was perfect and clean. The rooms were terrible and ccertainly not a 5 star level rooms (3 stars max) . The restaurants were nice but the rest was not what one would expect from a five stars hotel. When we arrived we were furious and request a immediate transfer to their sister hotel caramel grecotel . That was our best move and then we really entered a five stars expectation.

Relaxing, yet beach could be more spacy

Service, dining, gym are very good. Beach is not perfect - mixed stones with sand with very limited space for sun beds. I realize that the hotel can do nothing about that.
Wifi is not good - I've chosen extra capacity, but still the signal was not strong.
Used gym every day - well equipped, in the midday might become too hot. The gym coach is very professional. I also liked connecting to the Guest service desk via Whatsup - that was very convinient. I requested room cleaning to be rescheduled from the afternoon to early morning, which was done immediately.

Overall had a great time. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Thought buffet was good, not great. Al a carte restaurants really nice, great location by sea.

Very hard to get sun beds as people reserve them very early.

This is a half-renovated hotel being marketed as luxury. In fact, its previous name is still visible throughout the premises, and in some cases hastily plastered over with a sticker.

We booked one of the cheaper rooms, but were surprised by how poor the quality was. The mattress was terrible — we could feel every spring despite both of us weighing 80 and 50kg. The pillows were extremely lumpy and felt like they were filled with cotton balls.

The air-conditioning in the room was useless as you are unable to control the temperature, only the fan speed. The room was always warm. After I asked them to look into it, they promised that they had already sent someone who had “fixed it”. But it felt exactly the same after which left me feeling like I had been lied to.

The shower temperature was so cold that we weren’t able to shower comfortably in the mornings despite how warm the room was. Just ducking in and out of the water despite the temperature being set to the warmest. I appreciate the cold water in the afternoons but being able to summon at least room temperature water would have been appreciated.

The giant lamps on the two bed side tables took up 99% of the room of the side table thus defeating the entire purpose of a table. They also used the only electricity plug leaving us with either nowhere to charge our phones or no light. Because besides the side lamps there was no ceiling light, just a terribly wobbly floor lamp incapable of lighting the room properly by itsel

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem 5Sterne Hotel! Schade…
Wir haben ein sehr sehr lautes Familienzimmer im EG direkt neben dem Staff Room. Dort haben sich jeden Morgen ab 7Uhr sämtliche Putzfrauen getroffen, um ihre Wagen zu packen, mit denen sie dann unter ohrenbetäubenden Lärm in Ihre jeweilige Etage verschwunden sind. Natürlich wurde sich dabei lautstark unterhalten. Wir haben so etwas wirklich noch niemals erlebt und baten deshalb um ein anderes Zimmer. Ich hatte den Eindruck, wir wollten ein Upgrade ergaunern, das Gegenteil war der Fall. Wir hätten jedes, auch kleinere RUHIGERE Zimmer genommen. Leider wollte man uns bis zuletzt nicht helfen, da das Hotel angeblich komplett ausgebucht war. Wir sind froh, wieder zuhause zu sein, wo wir nun wieder in Ruhe schlafen können.
Des Weiteren fanden wir den Service absolut nicht einen 5Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Bis auf einige wenige bemühte Kellnerinnen, waren alle desinteressiert, recht unfreundlich und vor allem lahm! Das Essen war weitestgehend langweilig und nichts besonderes. Leider findet ein Kinder-/ Sport- / Abendprogramm so gut wie gar nicht statt. Die Strandsituation ist äußerst schlecht. Die Pools dagegen sind sehr schön, allerdings war nach 7Uhr kaum noch eine freie Liege zu bekommen. Auch das müsste ein 5Sternehotel besser im Griff haben.
Wir werden sicherlich nicht wiederkommen. Sorry!

Das Hotel ist atemberaubend. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Pool ist gross und ist mit Salzwasser befühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Ein grossen Lob an Nikolai (vom Pool) und an Eleni vom Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
