I’d probably say feels about 3.5 star. Shower was good but they need to sort drain out as tray filled up within a minute.

Everything you could ask for - early check in, clean and comfortable room, powerful and warm shower and lovely staff. Location was fantastic with Balcon 10 minutes or so walk and lots of local bars and restaurants. Shame about the rain but that was spectacular watching as well.

The staff really do make this place, friendly, chatty and efficient. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. The pool area needs a little TLC. The rooms are compact, but the beds are uncomfortable unfortunately and the hotel is a bit noisy, I think the walls must be thin, so the noise does travel. The location is great though, and the car park is a bonus. I think it’s value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that we were told we would have parking, but we did not. Finding parking wasn't super easy. I even double checked with the hotel about parking the day before and was told we would have parking. The area is really great. I wish we would have stayed an additional night. Beautiful place to visit and I hope to come back!

The noise late into the night, and early hours including people ringing the reception bell multiple times in the early hours was dreadful.

From the moment I arrived, it felt as though the front-desk clerk was granting me a personal favor instead of simply doing his job. The room didn’t help: every shift on the bed set it rattling and squeaking like an old shopping cart.
•Service? More like self-service. I phoned for an ironing board and was told, “Come fetch it yourself—anything you want, you come down.” Oddly, when I requested extra towels the next morning, they did deliver them… but only after grilling me for the used ones, as if I might be running a black-market towel operation.
•Breakfast of no champions. The “sunny-side-up” eggs were clearly premade, rubbery and ringed with crispy brown edges. When I asked for a fresh batch, the attendant insisted they’d been cooked just fifteen minutes earlier. My taste buds—and common sense—disagreed.
•Pool of disappointment. A quick dip was impossible; the water reeked of stale chemicals and damp gym socks. One whiff sent me straight back to the squeaky bed.
All told, the staff seem programmed to respond “no” first and figure out customer care later. A great location can’t save a place that treats guests like inconveniences. I checked in expecting hospitality and checked out wondering if anyone here ever learned what that word means.

The location is perfect, just 2mins from the main restaurant area but very quiet.
We really liked everything about the hotel however the aircon in the room didn’t work
& it was so warm, if we were there mid summer it would have been way too hot.
Apart from that all good, would defo stay there again and would recommend.

Our first room on the ground floor had the worst beds and pillows we have ever experienced, they were like a trampoline and you could feel the metal springs in the mattress.
The staff were great and moved us to a pool view room on the first floor.
The bed was better but very small, barely big enough for 2 adults, again the pillows were terrible.

Lovely hotel with wonderful friendly staff right in the middle of nerja. Rooms at the back overlook the sea while rooms at the front overlook the quiet street. Breakfast was really good. Pool area and oil bar very inviting and can imagine it’s a great place when it’s warmer and sunnier !! Would definitely stay again .

We walked everywhere—2 beaches, to dinner and shops, and enjoyed the breakfast immensely. Probably the best hotel one I’ve had. Crisp and clean, simple but covered all needs/wants. We would come back.

My two issues was that the complimentary coffees were not replaced automatically and the breakfast was not kept hot enough. However, I would definitely return maybe not have inclusive breakfast.

A lovely hotel to stay in over Christmas with helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a ground floor terrace. At this time of year the restaurant and outside bar area are closed and the pool is open with a small sauna available upon request. Car parking behind the hotel with a direct access gate is 10€ per night or you could take your chance at obtaining free street parking. Breakfast is continental and they helpfully provided gluten free rolls. All in all a lovely stay in a centrally located hotel.

Booked 2 rooms as we had a separate room for the kids. The positives were the location was great, the building and rooms were cute and we had an ocean view.
Our room the AC was broken and only produced heat. When we arrive it was 34.8 degrees (in Dec) and couldn’t get any cooler. Bed was horrible, very soft and you could hear the springs when laying down. After going to the front desk they initially said nothing the could do until the next day, but after back and forth they had another room.
That room had a terrible sewer smell from the drain in the shower and we found out the next morning it also had a lot of ants.
Needless to say, would not stay again or recommend unfortunately as it had a ton of potential.

Loved the hotel, its position, room, decor, locality, staff, terrace, pool. Just a couple of observations:
1. In room tea/coffee supplies not replenished.
2. Hot breakfast often wasn't.
3. TV channels (although we watch little anyway) __ a bizarre selection.

Great location, satisfactory stay
Overall our stay was fine. Very good location with a sea view, although the very large Car Park between the hotel and the sea view did detract. Breakfast was only satisfactory as often items had ran out and not replaced until asked for. Nice, large room which was cleaned every day but the occasional smell of drains in the bathroom and on the balcony was off putting.

Nice location. Close to multiple beaches. Nice balcony room. A/C didn’t work or didn’t work well but it was March so we left the balcony door open and it was Ok. Breakfast was typical Spanish breakfast. Pool, bar and outside sitting area were beautiful.

This was a wonderful last minute find in Nerja. Very clean, comfortable, modern rooms at an excellent rate. Good quiet location. Adjacent free parking in public lot with direct access to the hotel from the lot. Nice closet, beautiful bath, huge tv. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I really loved this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, doing whatever they could to help me when I had car trouble. The breakfast was also delicious and the breakfast staff were very service-oriented.
The only downside was the hallway noise was a bit loud in the morning - I think the walls are thin. But otherwise I absolutely loved my stay here and look forward to coming back in the future.

Had a four day break here and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were attentive and helpful. I contacted the hotel by email before visiting to ask about a change to our room and they answered within half an hour and accommodated my needs. Advised us when we wanted to use public transport. It was quiet and just far enough away from the busy parts of Nerja, but an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely visit again

We loved the hotel, it was small (about 20 rooms) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern, clean and the continental breakfast was lovely. The hotel was a short walk from the centre of Nerja. We stayed 3 nights and it was very good value. There was a huge car park behind the hotel and you could enter the hotel conveniently from the car park. Only complaint is they should have a sign at the rear so you could find the hotel easily
