Great location overlooking the beach. We booked a one bedroom panoramic apartment. The pictures online show a large terrace but in reality it’s much smaller and only fits two sun beds and a table squashed in. Although the apartment allows 4 people including the sofa bed, it would be really uncomfortable. There is no oven, so are limited on what you can cook- but that might not worry some people.
The location is fantastic- it’s just a short- if hilly - walk to the centre of town. Although the restaurants on Burriana beach are very good . The small Italian being our favourite.

Sweet stay in a sweet town on the sea.
The property overall was really good. The space was comfortable and spacious. The deck and view were beautiful. Just a few minor adjustments and this property would be great. Coffee, paper towels and a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo and soap, etc. Also. check-in is tricky if you arrive between 2-4pm as the office is closed. (Even though check-in begins at 2pm) You need to call to get a code to access the room and building. You also need an old-fashioned key to lock and unlock the doors. (Both the building door and the room door.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Nerja and would recommend this property.

It was great. The apartments are right in front of the beach and beds are comfortable. The pool is small, which is a shame as the beach was packed full of people and we preferred to keep a distance, but it’s not the end of the world. It’s all well kept and clean. Just next to the beach, big rooms, but dated. You basically pay for the location. If don’t mind walking choose hotels away from the beach will get much more value. But with a baby, here is not bad choice.

A reasonable place to stay with great location
Great location on Playa Burriana. You really cannot find a better location on this beach. 50 steps and you're on the beach! The beach is nice and the esplanade has basic shopping, groceries, and restaurants. We could let our 8 and 12 year old girls have the run of the town knowing they could easily find their way to the gelato shop, the beach, and back to the hotel. The area felt safe. Because of the proximity to bars and restaurants (and the World Cup), I expected some drunks to be wandering about in the evening but never saw any.
The centre of Nerja is really the Balcony of Europe, which is about a 20 minute walk away including a short but steep hill. The walk is pleasant, but is hot and sweaty if the weather is smoking hot like it was when we were there.
Checking into the apartment was a bit of a pain because you check into an office on the beach side of the building, not on the road side of the building...minor peeve, but annoying after a long hot drive and you've hauled all the luggage to the wrong side of the building.

Great location a block off the beach. Some street noise but not too bad. Comfortable, Clean and in good ( not perfect) condition. Welcome note with WiFi password should have included instructions on how to use AC / washing machine/ etc. as it was not self explanatory.
We brought our own beach towels but if they’d been included with the hotel it would have been an improvement.

The location across from the beach was excellent and many restaurants were a few minutes away. The photograph on their website leads you to believe that your accommodation has a beach view. Not so. However the apartment facing the back street and hillside was spacious and ended up quieter and cooler in the daytime. The rooftop patio and pool are small but had nice plants and a great view over Burrianna Beach. It was good for days when the beach was really windy. The office staff was friendly and courteous.

This one-bedroom apartment is in a nice beach resort a couple of km from Nerja town centre (uphill there, downhill back!) The apartment is quite small but contained everything we needed. However we were very disappointed with Expedia. When I booked, the booking came back with a special request of \"two single beds and a sofa bed\". I queried this with Expedia as I didn't want, and hadn't asked for single beds but was told by Expedia that the apartments only had single beds. As we liked the look of the apartment and assumed we could push them together we went ahead with the booking. When we got there we discovered the beds were separated by a 2' wide pillar! When I spoke to the apartment manager part way through our holiday she told me we were unlucky as we had the only apartment with the pillars! (Avoid apartment 2E unless this is what suits you.) Apparently we were allocated that apartment as Expedia had explicitly requested \"2 single beds and a sofa bed\" (although no bedding was provided for the sofa bed). Loved the location but the small single beds, and poor sleep quality as a result, mean we wouldn't return to these apartments-or use Expedia again.

Checking in was smooth. The area was very quiet at this time of year. The apartment had all the basics, but could have used a large sharp knife and a spatula.
Burriana Beach is a great location. We had nice views from our terrace even though we were on the 1st floor. It was a comfortable walk to the Balcón de Europa.
The only negative was that we noticed a few \"sugar\" ants near the kitchen and bathroom and by the time we left they were coming into the bedroom.

Great location with amazing views of the beach! The room was spacious enough, but the AC did not work very well at all. Uncomfortable nights with the heat. The location was enough to for us to come back though. Close to everything.

Situated right on the beach and a few steps from several very good restaurants serving great sea foodand tapas. Apartment has nice new bathroom and kitchen and has lovely sea views but is very basically furnished and towels provided very old and thin. No beach towels or hair drier provided which was a problem. Reception times are very odd and visitors should be warned that the office is in the street below the apartments and is open from 10 till 2 then 4 till 8. Very inconvenient if you arrive at midnight! Nerja however is lovely, would return.

The apartment was good. It was suitable for our needs but the kitchen could have used an oven. There was plenty of space for it and if it were fitted, it would have given us the option to eat in. There was a hob, microwave and fridge so you can buy and prepare your own food.

Room was very cold - had to ask for a heater, which needed be supplemented by another heater. No hot water for two days, then warm and finally hot the last day. We were not on the beach side, which was unfortunate (but not unexpected). There is a rooftop terrace with reserved lounges for each of the rooms. Great location, lots of very good restaurants steps away. Good beach. Walking up to town was a good workout! We walked everywhere and enjoyed it.

Det var välstädat när vi kom. Städning sker var 4:e dag.
Vi var där i början av mars, före högsäsongen, då var det väldigt lugnt. Blev inte störda alls av trafiken eller alla restauranger utanför. Kan nog vara värre under högsäsongen.

Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk og vandet ved havet er virkelig lækkert.
Selve boligen har bestemt det man skal bruge - dog er det virkelig slidt på grænsen til at være faldefærdigt - det skal man lige være klar på. Man bliver “lovet” en ugentlig rengøring, den skal man fuldstændig se bort fra, da den er så ringe!! Håndklæderne bliver skiftet og sengene bliver redt med det samme møj, sand og grus. Hvis man bare kalkulerer med selv at gøre rent og lejlighederne er ret slidt og brugt opvejer stedets beliggenhed en del - men nok ikke helt prisen.

Das Apartment war ok, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten leider ein zum Land gelegenes erwischt. Man hätte das jedoch für uns versucht nach vorne zu verlegen. Wir sind allerdings am Feiertag angereist und an dem Tage schon wieder abgereist, also war es egal. Die Anreise über PIN Tresor klappte ohne Probleme. Alles war sauber und der Kontakt unproblematisch. Im Sommer und an Feiertagen ist es dort fast unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden, abends entspannt sich die Lage.

Loistava huoneistohotelli meren rannalla. Siisti huoneisto, jossa iso patio makuulavitsoineen. Suoraan edessä alueen paras uimaranta ja joukko hyviä ruokaravintoloita. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä. Meillä oli yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto ja se toimi hyvin yhden pojan kanssa matkustaessamme. Ääneneristävyydessä olisi ehkä parannettavaa, mutta menisimme hotelliin uudemmankin kerran, jos vielä matkustamme Nerjaan. Hotellissa on alakerrassa autotalli, jossa saimme pysäköidä varsin kohtuulliseen hintaan. Katupaikkojakin olisi ollut saatavilla, mutta vain aamulla ja illalla.
