Overall a good stay. Booked one of the cheaper options and it was fine with just a few quirkie wobbles. The apartment was fresh and bright - have stayed in far worse. Nestled at the foot of the mountains. Lovely grounds and well maintained. I was there over New Year and it was freezing a couple of nights but the staff were very helpful and immediately brought another heater. Very useful that the office is on site. Supermarket is next door and it's a short walk down to Buriana Beach and into Nerja town and beach. Nerja is a beautiful place and Las Rosas a lovely place to stay. Will definitely be back.

A pleasant stay in a convenient location
I stayed at the apartment for eleven days over Christma and the New Year and found the Capistrano del Rosa very pleasant in general. There was a supermarket conveniently located literally two minutes walk from the apartment and Burriana Beach was a fifteen minute walk away. The customer service was excellent. A slight criticism would be that the apartment I rented seemed to have a sound insulation problem (I could hear the activities of the people above me and next door) although this wasn't overwhelming and on one day (of the 11 I stayed there was a sports tournament in the sports complex opposite which meant a loudspeaker commentary for a coupke of hours at what I considered an unacceptably loud volume but par for the course in Spain.

Great apartments on the edge of Nerja set in landscaped gardens with easy access to poolside amenities. Twenty minute walk to Burriana beach. Local supermarkets nearby made self catering easy with no need for using the car to bring in shopping. Very clean apartments and ideal for a getaway holiday whether with family or as a couple. Reception really helpful getting us into the apartment early and provided useful information about the local area and provided access to tickets or advice to local sightseeing.

The apartment was ground floor with a terrace so it was good to have private outdoor space and also ample room in the apartment, although it was not attended by maids during the 7 day stay. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open but no explanation provided for this. There is a Supersol supermarket adjacent to the complex and a sports stadium with swimming pool, both proved useful. The complex is gated and so was my apartment providing the comfort of security. Pleasant, courteous staff at reception and pool.

Apartments are tired and need up dating but customer service was excellent . . we arrived in a cold snap and were moved to a warmer apartment with no problem. The shower did not work but plenty of hot water for baths.It is one mile to Nerja a level walk but supermarkets on the doorstep. can heartily reccommend the Asian restuarant on the other side of the road at first roundabout. Excellent meal 2 courses for 9 euros.

Det manglet alt som har med vask av leiligheten og oppvask som kluter, kopphåndduk, vaskemidler osv. Vi spurte etter toalett-papir, men måtte kjøpe selv. Rene håndduker var kun 1 g pr uke da det er vanlig, men temperaturen var opp til 33 gr slik at vi dusjet 2 gr pr dag. Spurte også etter søppelposer, men fikk bare 1. Alle vet at det lukter av søppel i 28-33 grader.

El complejo de apartamentos está bien. No está muy cerca de la playa, pero fuimos dando un paseo al centro y no tardamos demasiado. Además tiene un Supersol justo al lado lo cual está muy bien. Las piscinas son agradables y los jardines están bien cuidados. El apartamento en sí, estaba limpio y era amplio y bastante bonito.
Como nota negativa diré que nos llamó mucho la atención que el apartamento NO tuviera aire acondicionado, como fuimos en pleno agosto pasamos calor, no eran suficiente los ventiladores de pie y de techo que había en el apartamento. Además, el pomo de la puerta de uno de los dormitorios estaba roto y la almohada de la cama de matrimonio era muy pequeña. Por últiimo, faltaban pequeños detalles como cucharillas de café, estropajos, bayetas...
En general ha sigo una estancia positiva pero deberían haber avisado de lo del aire.

Reservamos para2 noches, 6 pax, 3 habitaciones a un precio muy bueno.
Cuando llegamos ahí nos dieron uno de 2 habitaciones. Y nos dijeron que eso decía la reserva. Ojo al reservar y hacer fotos para demostrarlo.

Vi var glatt överraskade att lägenheten med två sovrum hade två våningar, två badrum och två balkonger. Fin utsikt över poolområde. Hyfsat fungerande wi-fi från balkongen. Avstånd till strand ok, ca 1,2 km. Längre till Nerja centrum med affärer. Två mataffärer nära hotellet. Supersol närmast, mest turistanpassat och öppet alla dagar. Mercadona vid närmaste rondell öster om hotellet. Stort utbud, stängt söndagar. Lägenheten var bra. Sängarna något hårda. Diskmedel, diskborste, kökshandduk, hushållspapper och toapapper får gästerna stå för.

Vi bodde här de sista dagarna i februari 2016. Lägenheten passade vårt behov utmärkt. Precis vid poolen. Vi hade dock riktigt dåligt väder med låg temp och regn samt blåst viss tid av vistelsen. Blev då ganska kallt i lägenheten då uppvärmning saknas. Men vi är jättenöjda och kommer man under varmare tid så är boendet perfekt.

De accomodatie had ongeveer 40 appartementen, waarvan er één was, waar absoluut geen zon kwam!
En U raad het al, kregen de mensen , die geboekt hadden via Hotel.com, dit koude appartement! Had met de eigenaresse hierover een afspraak, maar ze was er niet! Zou ongeveer 1 1/2 uur later komen, dus ergo we hebben haar niet gezien! Het toiletpapier mocht niet via het toilet verwijderd worden, maar in een prullenbakje naast het toilet gedeponeerd worden. In Canada heb ik het nog echter meegemaakt, in een indianen reservaat, daar moest je je behoeften in het bos doen!
