This review is written a few days after the Iran war started and many of us passenger were stranded. This hotel is at best a 3 star hotel rooms are small for a family of 3 with 6 luggage bags. The furniture is dated. The sink is chipped and stained. There is no counter space in the bathroom. And there was an odd smell all night. I will say that the pool and gym that they share with Lemon Tree Premiere are nice. My recommendation is stay at Premiere building or somewhere else

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, always friendly and quick to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an easy and enjoyable place to stay. There were alot of breakfast options. For the price, it’s definitely an affordable option without compromising on quality. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.

Wonderful stay, as usual. Clean, safe, conveniently located to the airport. More costly than usual, but the property has upgraded from a Red Fox Hotel to a Lemon Tree Hotel in the last two months. BEST feature by far, however, is the kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff!!! Well done, Lemon Tree!!

Great Transit Hotel

Stayed at the Red Fox for an overnight layover between flights. It is within 10 minutes of the airport and was a great place to reset after a long international flight.

The facility was clean and well-appointed, including a nice fitness center.

The staff was accommodating and helpful.

As a solo traveller, I asked for a pickup several times by email but more than a reply \"that we will transfer your mail\" I did not get, so finally I took a taxi at the airport. This was the only thing I could reproach. From the minute I entered the hotel everything was smooth and gently. Front desk super friendly, bell boy same. I got a complementary dinner as my flight was early morning so breakfast was not possible for me. Dinner was very nice. They arranged a taxi for me. Good bedding, good shower, security. I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi (did not ask either) but with enough data on my phone I did not care. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. It is like a 10 - 15 ride to terminal 3.

I had a great time for the 8 days I stayed in October 2024.

During the first day of breakfast buffet, I mentioned in the survey that I'd have liked more cooked vegetable options. After that, the kitchen staff provided me sauteed vegetables every morning. I am very thankful to all the kitchen staff including the managers.

A very positive experience with the laundry, housekeeping and front desk personnel as well.

I stayed for a few days in a similarly priced hotel in Aerocity. Red Fox's condition of rooms (especially the renovated ones) is much, much better (rooms and bathrooms are bigger as well at Red Fox).

Hotel is right next to the dining area in Aerocity with a food court and many other restaurants. It is about a 5-minute walk to Aerocity metro station of the Airport Express Line.

I travel to Delhi at least once a year and will definitely be staying again at Red Fox.

We stayed at the Lemon Tree Red Fox Inn for a brief overnight visit, checking in at 10 pm and departing around 8 am.

Room: The rooms are compact yet comfortable for two adults, featuring a queen bed and a small bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, and stand-up shower.

Food: The dinner from the room service menu was enjoyable, with a pleasing quality and no excess grease. Breakfast was served buffet-style on the ground floor, offering a satisfying array of options to choose from.

Service: The service was professional and attentive. A special mention to Shivangi from the restaurant for her helpfulness.

The service and hospitality by the staff members was amazing, they made me feel like very safe and comfortable, the food was fantastic, the ambience was great. I will definitely be back whenever I am in India .

Pleasantly surprised by our night in an aerocity hotel. Red Fox was clean and comfortable. Our fourth floor room appeared to have been refurbished recently and was lovely. Restaurant was fine for an evening meal and breakfast. Corridors tend to be noisy as floors are tiled not carpeted. Earplugs needed hence four stars given.

Recent Stay at Red Fox Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Fox Hotel for one night following a demanding 15-hour flight from Vancouver to New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff displayed commendable hospitality, assisting with my baggage and promptly delivering it to my room. The reception service was efficient, with staff readily available to address any inquiries.

My booking included both dinner and breakfast, both of which were seamlessly arranged. The dinner, served as a buffet, presented an acceptable taste. A noteworthy aspect was the thoughtful provision of a packed breakfast due to my early checkout. The breakfast, comprising a sandwich, a neatly cut fruit box, and a mixed fruit juice, met expectations in terms of taste.

While the room boasted ample space, I did notice a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The bed exhibited some lint and hair, and out of the three towels provided in the bathroom, one displayed several visible dirty marks. Additionally, the room's temperature was on the cooler side, leading to a somewhat disrupted sleep. It seemed that a heater was not available in the room, and this might be worth considering for future guests.

In an attempt to seek further information, I reached out to the hotel via email, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Acknowledging that communication lapses can occur, I hope this feedback can contribute to enhancing response times for future guests.

Room pillows were harder than expected. Only 1 hand towel for 2 beds. Cutlery placement in cafe wasn't upto the mark. Dinner non veg snacks was cold as chicken was leatherly. Breakfast buffet better than dinner buffet.

High cost for a mediocre hotel

Incredibly slow service, it took over 30 minutes to check-in. During that time, staff allowed other people to barge in and service their requests (like giving an extra key card because they left it in their room) and they aren't clear about airport transfers schedules.
Buffet is not great, a friend and I got food poisoning and towels have stains on them.
Average English capability is very limited.

We had a short stay, as we were catching a flight in the early morning. Check in was super easy and smooth. They helped us take our luggage up to our room, and brought it down (at 1AM). A taxi service was also available for us at 1 AM. The restaurants in the building served yummy food, and the staff overall were super kind. I would definitely stay at Red Fox Hotels again!

Good airport hotel.

A very good no frills hotel close to Delhi airport. Room was spotlessly clean and the linens which were also of good quality .
Beds were really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

Breakfast buffet was varied, well cooked and presented with good quality food.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I would have a reason to not stay there again.

Only one gripe - not enough staff at the reception desk! For an airport hotel the wait to be served was unnecessarily long and git irritating.

No words, just emotions!

The most horrible thing was that by the arrival we realised that instead of two rooms in one for 3 people (which was presented in the picture when we were booking), we found one room with two beds and one extra bed to be added in that small and barely clean room. During the night men in the underwear were walking in the narrow corridors and I don't know for what reason they were all sleeping with their doors open, which was scary. At 4 o'clock they were still screaming, crazy!
The place for smoking was even more horrible with a dog food and water inside, with a broken air conditioner and half broken fan.
I paid for breakfast, but after all this experience I didn't even feel I wanted to eat in the morning. Sorry for bad feedback, the guys at the reception were really nice and caring, they don't deserve bad feedback, but the hotel conditions were unbearable. They don't match the pics they have on the website.

Great close location only 10min drive from airport, and walking to good shops and restaurants. Pretty good gym, rooms clean, but smallish, comfortable bed. Not much provided in bathroom besides shampoo and soap.Breakfast choice pretty good, both Indian and continental. Pool from the lemon tree hotel is also available to use, and their bar. Front desk staff a little less than friendly at times, other staff were exceptional. Liked how this hotel also employs disabled staff, like hearing impaired and downs syndrome. Overall a good hotel on the higher budget range end.

Cheap Dorm Room

The red fox feels like a dorm room decorated by a fresh 90s teenager. The only thing missing is the boy band posters on the wall. I’m convinced the bathroom used to be a small closet and was afraid to walk in with my bare feet. It was the first time that showering in socks seemed appealing. We booked the hotel with a 3AM flight in mind and thought this supposed 3.5 star hotel would be fine - boy were we wrong. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. We saw plenty of staff members walking around so we didn’t understand why it took 30 minutes to check us in. The only thing that stood out was the quiet man who quickly brought us water while we waited and took our bags to our room.

The restaurant was very good. On checking out I was told that I had to pay for Hotel transfer from Airport to Hotel on 16th February 2019. I told him that I booked this Hotel because of the complimentary airport transfers. I also asked when I was checking in if I had to ay for the taxi from the airport to the hotel. The answer was no. Upon checking out I was told I had to pay 733 rupees for the taxi from the airport to the hotel. Mark at Expedia helped me book this on Thursday February 14th 2019 so he should please investigate. I would like to be refunded

My friends and I sent a couple of emails requesting for airport pick up but this did not materialise. When we checked in and asked the counter staff, he claimed that no emails were received. Only 1 guy on check-in duty so there was a short wait. He wasn't very fluent in English. Other than that it's a lovely hotel, very comfortable with good amenities and buffet spread.

Checking in was a very unpleasant experience, with the manager screaming into his cell phone right next to us as we were trying to communicate with the person trying to check us in, and people who arrived later than us being helped before. We were also scolded for not taking our bags to the scanner, which we had no idea was there. The morning staff was more pleasant, but it didn’t completely erase the memory of the rude welcome.

Extremely bad dirty hotel. Not worth to stay even normal hotels better than this. They have cheated us and offered any facilities although given in the chart. I will say say don't stay in this hotel. It's a loot.
