The bar was stoked and the air-conditioning was very cold. I had to turn off and get a blanket.
Most of the staff are not people or service friendly.
A few that stood out were Ana in the buffet, Alejandro in the timeshare area, Elias that took us over to the timeshare, the young lady that served us in the \"reserved\"outside timeshare bar area.
Our daughter was ill 2/2 water contamination and was limited on what she could eat as she was bedridden.There was minimal help in getting food to her from the folks in charge. Room service was not available on several occasions to bring food to her. Our VIP status meant nothing.

Clean well kept property. Lots of beach and pool chairs, easy to find shade at the beach, not so much at the pools. Buffet was enjoyable, with decent selection. A la Carter restaurants were also enjoyable, tried the Dominican fusion and Mexican… delicious!

Well where should I start.. welcoming was good until we got to the room! What a disappointment.. not what it shows ! Motel 6 is more like it ! Refrigerator was broken then went to call them and phone didn’t work. No tv remote .. AC was great .. but ceiling leaked over the toilet when it was on .. Not all pools are accessible.. Building 4 has an adult pool for them only .. all pools close at 5 . We stayed in building 8.. I think it’s for the discounted rooms from other websites.. this building looked different from the others.. The night time beach bar staff was excellent! They are open 24 hours.. The food was ok.. Not bad not good.. Alcohol below budget.. coffee house not everything is free.. Shower head broke on 4th day. I wouldn’t recommend but if you do Elite club ! And also don’t take the welcome gift .. it’s like a time share slot you have to do and is a waist of time !!90 min to 2 hours.The Bach was nice swim able.. but vendors bother you.. and also there are cats in the buffet while you eat .. and dogs on the beach ..

We had a leak on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was dripping into the sink and on the sink all day and night. The room phone was not working. We contacted hotel staff by What’s App and in person. The drip was not fixed. Our friends who stayed in a different room had the same problem.

Great cleaning personal, entertainment was great Dominican show of the night. Horrible check in, waited to long. Room were available after 5pm. Showers ban in 2 of 3 rooms. Water spread all over. I requested the 3 rooms to be together and I got the three room in opposite and different floor. It was a nightmare.

I got to the hotel at about 1:30pm at which time i was told that no rooms were ready and i have to wait till 3:00pm
after returning to get a room, there was a hotel staff working on the lock, room was not ready and given a different room.
This room now had a clogged shower, over flowing and water running into the room like a pool. I was told by the staff that it was my fault for not placing a towel to block the water.
no accountability on hotel just reflection.
Restaurant food was limited and simply horrible.
I would never recommend or go back there ever again.

Our stay was incredible. The beach was clean and the staff all work so hard. A few people in particular we loved to see everyday. The restaurants were all great. Buffet was always the last option which was always a hit or miss. A few themed nights were good. The gift shop is well enough stocked and we had to make a few emergency stops there. The drinks were strong and did the job, good service as well. First time in Dominican, was an absolute pleasure. We also booked saona island experience/all day excursion through the resort and was 10/10 (pretty touristy though). The landscapers work very hard and plants looks healthy and lush. Beautiful property

The room was really clean and spacious, the pools were big and deep and the water was clean (and didn't smell like chlorine, wich is a bonus), the food and drinks could have been better, but what took the cake was the staff! The customer service was amazing, they made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed, they were so funny and understandable, they made my week! Already planning to come back on october with more family members!

Doesn't deserves the price. All bad experience started with the check in. We paid for ocean view room and was \"upgradeed\" to a room facing a wall. Pools was cold. Food was bad, one of the kids get sick. Almost impossible to book a restaurant and cooking there was bad too.
Worst experience ever. Room also wi bathroom problems. Will never return to this hotel and not recommend for anyone.

I lost an entire morning in a sales presentation for elite vacation packages. We were invited under the promise of a ‘gift for our children,’ but it ended up being a sales pitch. This felt dishonest and negatively impacted our vacation experience. Also, we were offered an à la carte dinner. We arrived late to the dinner, which I understand was our responsibility. However, no effort was made to help us or offer an alternative option or another reservation. That situation made me feel very frustrated. Overall, the service was just okay.

How about everything was disappointing ? The place was overcrowded, the weren't enough employees. Waiting lines for everything, bar, check in, reservation for restaurants, snacks.... the only good thing about this hotel was the coffe bar. The bar had cheap alcohol, the piña coladas werent coladas... like I've never seen a hotel be so cheap, they charge you for smoothies, and international beers.... honestly I would not recommend it.

If you are looking to visit a hotel all inclusive, and you aren't able to get to Punta Cana. I would suggest you visit Costa Coral in Juan Dolio, much nicer , better quality food and drinks, more activities.

The property was okay overall. We had the swim up pool room and it looks way better in pictures. The pool was extremely cold and dirty. Zero maintenance we barely had hot water to shower. The jacuzzi was cold with bubbles. Honestly the best thing there is the coffee shop and the staff who are so nice. But everything else is average and would not recommend. Too many locals which takes away from the quality. Not what I expected for an all inclusive.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and while it had some positives, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning.

The food quality was decent, but not exceptional—average at best. The wine was fine, nothing too special, but it did the job. The staff were fantastic, always helpful, polite, and ready to assist whenever needed. However, the salespeople on-site were a bit too annoying

On the bright side, the resort itself is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in the upkeep of the facilities. However, it’s essentially in the middle of nowhere.

The beach had a lot of seaweed when I visited, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s just nature at work. However, it did impact the overall beach experience a little.

All in all, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with helpful staff, but just keep in mind the remote location.

Al llegar, no había parqueo, tuvimos que dar una vuelta para entrar por la salida del hotel; luego metemos en una fila que nos duró una hora y más para terminar el check-in, y cuando entramos a la habitación como a las 4 de la tarde, escuchamos un ruido fuerte que sale de la caja de breaker, llamamos a reportar y vino una persona de mantenimiento para revisar, dijo que se dañó algo y regresara con la pieza, así esperamos hasta casi 9 de la noche que no podemos descansar, tuvimos que ir a la recepción para reclamar nuevamente, y finalmente nos informaron que no se encontraba la pieza y nos cambiaron a otra habitación. Lo peor es, la piscina que pertenezca a la habitación SWIM OUT de esa categoría estaba sucia ....

In my opinion, the resort was OK. I don’t wanna be a person that holds everything to high standards but when you pay $1000 or more, you should get a very good service and not be lied to make people run around often you to give you gifts and welcome gift and you never receive nothing The clean. I stated I stood there for four days. The room only got clean once I only got room service once very bad service not a lot of food choices not a lot of food choices. My recommendation is not to go there my opinion been there once. Never going back again.

1. When I arrived at the hotel around 2:30pm I was told I couldn’t check in unless I pay $10 for adults and $5 for children or just wait at the lobby till 3pm for check in. Then reservations for la carte restaurant had to be done at 8pm. When you go to the office to do the reservation for the restaurant the line is pretty long. The best restaurant they had was the Mexican & the Dominican restaurant very good food.The buffet is very small not a lot of food. The quality of the food is not that great. also not enough staff in the buffet. The shows they have are not that great they are very boring.once it’s 2am there’s no water running they shut it off. They should change management, they need to hire more people.the hotel is pretty, but I won’t stay there again.

Pasamos 2 noches. Nos encantó. Era nuestra segunda visita. Todo muy limpio, comida variada, amplias habitaciones y excelente servicio al huésped por todo el personal del Hotel.
Aunque marqué mi estadía excelente, aquí algunos detalles que entiendo podrían tomar en cuenta para mejorar: cuando servían el café nunca ponen cucharitas para moverlo, siempre tuve que pedirlas. En el área de buffet no ponen cucharas, no entendí por qué pero no es parte del arreglo de la mesa. Desorganización en el check in, larga espera, llegamos con mucha antelación y completamos los formularios del protocolo mientras llegaban las 3:00 p.m. hora del check in. Nos acercamos y nos dijeron que nos llamarían por los nombres. Espera y más espera. Atendían otras personas que llegaron en ese momento, grupos de personas que no habían sido llamadas y les hacían el check in. Me acerqué de nuevo al front desk y le digo que tenemos rato esperando ser llamados que qué pasaba pues atendían personas que acababan de llega al hotel antes que a nosotros. Así me atendieron. En el check in 3 estrellas solamente. 5 estrellas para las instalaciones y 02 estrellas para el show nocturno, muy pobre. 05 estrellas para las atenciones del personal al huésped

I honestly never complain about anything and I never do reviews for anything however if this review can help at least one person not waste their money then I’m ok with it. I’m Dominican but I live in the U.S and I decided to stay here with my family and spent over 1k for 4 nights which is a decent price for a “good” resort and this resort is FAR from being good. Their food is TERRIBLE, nothing tastes decent. On top of that we saw a cockroach walking around the food in their snack bar by the beach which had burgers, French fries etc (food tastes disgusting by the way and uncooked) . The beach is dirty we even found broken glass in the sand. They have a kids club and both times I tried to go during their alleged open hours it was closed. I honestly would not recommend it at all.

The food was terrible! Bland, cold and the buffet has very limited options. Low quality food. The room we stayed in had such a horrible smell we had to switch rooms. Everything seemed deteriorated and unkept. Burn holes in sheets, toilet seat stained and scratched, pillows deformed and hard. Nightly entertainment was boring and forced. The guests were all locals and this made the stay feel less like somewhere I wanted to be. Apparently the resort has been through several management changes and deteriorates more each year. Lets not forget the constant harassment from elite collection. From the moment you arrive until they finally get you to sit for a 90 minute speech about joining their timeshare “VIP” program. They will wait for you outside your room and pressure you all with the promise of free gifts (beach bag, and T shirts) insisting on being heard taking up time of your precious vacation. The bar has horrible low quality drinks, frozen drinks that never seem to be frozen and mostly flat sodas. All pools had dirty cloudy water. Overall I would not recommend this resort to anyone that wants to have a good time and enjoy good eats. I would not even recommend a day pass. Take your money and go elsewhere!!!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with certain aspects of the facilities. The cleanliness of the pool did not meet my expectations, and I observed leaks in the rooms of my building. Additionally, the food at the buffet lacked flavor, which was surprising given the culinary reputation of resorts in the Dominican Republic.

During check-in, I encountered an issue where the front desk staff insisted that I pay an additional resort fee of $300 ($150 per adult), which was not mentioned on my invoice. When I inquired about this fee, the staff member consulted with a colleague and ultimately informed me that the payment was not necessary. This confusion set a negative tone for my trip. While I did not pay this fee, one member of my group did initially pay it but later received a refund upon realizing that the rest of us had not been charged.
