Hice mi reserva de una habitación deluxe 1 cama king, solicité me decoren la habitación por aniversario, cuando entro a la habitación no había nada, ni la cama king, ni la decoración, regreso a servicio al cliente y me dice que no tienen de esas habitaciones disponibles, y le pregunto, porque permiten la reserva ya que si hubiese querido una habitación con dos camas la reservo así, y su respuesta fue que no venden camas, que venden habitaciones, al final no continue con la discusión y voy al snack de la piscina y están colocando unas pizza y le pido unos pedazos y su respuesta fue que su jefe la mando a hacer para unas chicas que estaban ahí, la verdad que fue de muy mal gusto desde que llegue. Al siguiente dia, de decoración me ponen una cinta en la puerta y un plato de frutas que ni la pelaron ni cortaron.

Un hotel algo antiguo, pero habitaciones remodeladas. Simple, pero bonito, muy limpio. Pero me DESAGRADO bastante que solo por llegar una hora más temprano, quisieran cobrarbos 40 dólares. Es algo que nunca había visto al menos en Punta Cana, que es sumamente normal poder entrar desde el medio día y disfrutar de las amenidades sin problemas en lo que las habitaciones estuvieron listas. Lo demás estuvo bien. Personal muy amable, y la comida era en general buena.

Too many locals on day passes during the weekend. The snack bar food was the same everyday and it was gross besides the fries. The buffet was okay. The front desk staff try to scam you into upgrading to a room that you already upgraded and paid for. I will not stay there again.

Straight away during check-in, the man at the desk was trying to scam me me into upgrading to a room that I already paid for and he tried to say that I didn’t pay for an upgrade until I pulled out my detailed printed receipt. He then walked to the back came out and just handed me my room keys. He didn’t even give us a briefing of the resort as all the other staff were getting.
The main pool was murky most of my 9 day stay. On the weekends it’s over crowded with locals using a day pass which gives them access to the pool, bars, and buffet for lunch.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

Would definitely come back!! Only reason it isn’t five starts is because the staff is inconsistent and the showers don’t have doors so it creates a puddle. Some staff are amazing but others ignore you. Other than that it was great!!

i never had a sucha terrible experience in any all inclusive and i have been going to all inclusives for 30 years.
the staff soooo unfreindly and in attentive. the rooms eaither have mold or the ceiling is terrible looking, air condition is leaking wated from which is on the hi part of the wall. the food has no tast or flavor. the resturants that they offer a la carte food was horrible. they ran out og food in buffet in the first 30 mins and they respond finished no more. the pool so discusting dirty till the 4th day of out stay another staff start cleaning and it was clean, the show at night loud, people dont respect others privacy and shouting till 1 am, we called 4times to get a respond no action. in the morning they told me why didnt you call security?
all the reviews was 10 out of 10 that is why i chose the property but its 0 out of 10.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Very beautiful view of beach! Safe for solo travel. Did not offer activities listed on website such as snorkeling or kayaking! Food was good other than the snack bar and the staff were very friendly. The drinks were good and house cleaning was okay. Nice property overall!

We arrived and were given room 726 (I think) we only stayed in this room 1 night as it was quite small and had no balcony so we paid for an upgrade which was 25USD per night.
2 pools, 1 with swim up bar. Resort was very quiet the time of year we went (May) but exploded with people over the weekend. Staff and entertainment is all very Spanish orientated so for those who don’t speak Spanish the evenings can be a bit boring. Food and drinks were okay, pretty standard all inclusive.
Sadly I picked up food poisoning on the last evening which was hardly ideal with 20 hours or travelling ahead of us.
Staff for the vast majority were really friendly and helpful even if there is a language barrier. Not somewhere I’d be likely to return too but overall it was a decent stay.

The only negative I have to say is the store on the property does try to price gauge non Spanish speaking customers and I saw multiple fake cuban cigars in their humidor that they were saying were real and the prices are very high.

To say the least my stay at this resort was an experience! Let me start by saying the pros are the servers at the buffet & the lovely lady that cleaned my room. Vanessa, Marcos, Katherine and Jose were attentive, very friendly & made my daughter’s 12th birthday special!
FOOD 4/10 we were given Sunny delight as orange juice. The passionfruit was from a water down machine. I wasn’t sure what parts of chicken I was eating. Ham questionable steak questionable and the Dominican food was not Dominican food. I was absolutely disappointed. Also having to go off the resort to eat some decent food NOW with that being said…this is not my 1st all inclusive resort; so my expectations & my experience fell extremely short! Before leaving NY i learned i would need an extra day stay at the resort due to my flight being canceled. I was told this would not be a problem. Upon check I informed Juan at the checkin desk of this; once again I was told no problem but I would have to pay the extra day stay upon checkout. The day before my checkout on the day, I was actually supposed to check out. I was automatically checked out of my room when I went to the front desk after tryingthree time to get into my room, I was then told I was checked out and had to pay a late checkout fee! There was a lot of back-and-forth until I did not pay the checkout fee. What was that back into my room after two hours no compensation I felt unheard and disregarded. I would not be returning to this resort.

The property had good bones. Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say

The room I was assigned when I checked in had a terrible smell. I requested to be assigned another room, but they said there weren’t any available. When they went to inspect the room, they realized something was wrong and decided to give me another room after 45 minutes of complaining and back-and-forth with the supervisor and the cleaning lady. Trey gave me another room, but they didn’t even say sorry.

The food was not fresh, when the room was cleaned. Trey didn’t leave clean towels, so I had to call three times before they finally sent them after an hour. When I requested clean towels ,they said Trey didn’t have any, I was upset because my child was already showering and I needed at least one for the moment and they did not care, really disappointed with this place I will not recommend it to anyone.

We had a great week. This is our 6th time to DR and have a lot to compare to. All staff were genuinely nice and helpful except the guy distributing the towels. Doesn’t hurt to smile. The buffet was ok with a nice selection of seafood. The restaurants were above average. We always found loungers no matter the time of day. One negative, our room, and towels, were not attended to every day. We had to make several calls to have staff accommodate our room needs.

The resort is absolutely spotless. The staff is cleaning everywhere every day. Most of the staff is very friendly and responsive. Breakfast is probably the best meal of the day. The food is good but if you are expecting American style and flavor, then this is not the resort for you. This was our second stay here. Our only complaint is the LOUD SCREAMING into a microphone every single night outside your window. No matter where you are along the beach front, you are going to hear it. This is the “entertainment” provided by the resort!! For this reason and this reason alone, we probably will not return to this resort.

In my opinion, the food at the buffet was better than the one at the \"specialty restaurants\". We ate at the Mediterranean restaurant, and the portions are small, like on cruises, but I understand since it is a 3-course meal. Also at that same restaurant, I ordered a creme brulee for dessert, and what they gave me didn't look like the traditional creme brulee where you crack the caramelized sugar on top; the texture/consistency was more solid than creamy.

But again, the buffet had a lot of options, and the food was good.

Where to start?! The staff was incredibly rude. We watched the front desk staff stand there elbowing each other over who would acknowledge us. They were rude and completely ignored our simple requests for the basics. We struggled to get a glass of water or cutlery throughout the entire trip. Our fridge didn’t work. The air conditioning went out. The tv didn’t work. The toilet flooded. When we visited the A La Cart restaurants, the waiter forgot our children’s food so we sat for 45 minutes while they tried to scrounge up their mac and cheese. By the time it came, our meals were stone cold. No apologies came and they were visibly annoyed to serve us. Our second restaurant experience resulted in all four of our meals coming completely wrong. We all got meals we didn’t order. This place is in horrible condition. Dead bugs and what looked like blood smears on the walls that were left there for the entirety of our trip.Cracks in the ceiling, dirty, and unkept. Our sheets were never changed and when we asked the front desk for towels, it took hours! Don’t waste your money here! I wouldn’t stay here again for free!

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y con instalaciones nuevas. Deberían poner ganchos o percheros dentro de los baños, porque no hay donde dejar la ropa para cambiarse. El desayuno se sieve en el buffet La Terraza, donde también se puede almorzar y cenar. Es variado y agradable, con balcones con vista a la playa. Hay cuatro restaurantes a la carta, mediante reservas: son regulares. El equipo de animación, Chocolate Team, es muy simpático y divertido y busca integrar a los pasajeros en actividades recreativas (el mejor, Depo, muy simpático). Es un resort pequeño en el que todo está cerca y no se necesita el traslado en carritos.

Property is very clean, staff is always around cleaning and setting things right. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. There is food available 24hrs a day, and the sports bar is open 24/7. The beach is large and clean with many chaise lounges. There is a pool bar, a beach bar, a garden bar and the Sports bar. A disco adjacent to the sports bar is open every night.

We really enjoyed our time here, the location was amazing and everyone was friendly. We had no issues with the wifi, the food was decent with good variety Some things that would have made our vacation better was; more staff that speak English; our experience was the head dining room staff and the concierge staff spoke English but everyone else was hard to speak to/ask questions of (I speak very minimal Spaish, but recognize that a larger Spanish vocabulary would have helped as well). Nicer pillows would have been very nice(ours were very lumpy). Working hot tub would have been nice.

Usually don’t leave reviews but I need to for those with kids. Not a very kid friendly hotel. Even thought they mention all these restaurants they only actually only have 1 buffet opened the same every day and only opens at 12.30-2:30 so if you have kids that need to eat earlier, or snack in afternoon it’s frustrating. Long lines waiting for the buffet to open and long lines for hot fresh food during the small window. Everyone is on top of you grabbing food. Limited foods available.

There is a 24 hour snack bar at the beach but just burgers/ hot dogs/ pizza/ fries that sit there in the sun all day. Again if you have small children, nothing for them to eat there, no fruit no nothing until buffet opens.

They also have no kids pool like advertised. 2 are 4 foot+ and 1 small jacuzzi that is not on. (This is not a kids pool but advertised as a kids pool)

Hotel is poorly maintained and very run down. Rooms are good. Sewer smell often all over. Staff is not really friendly.

Don’t bother, go to a kids hotel if you have small children.

Beach is perfect and the only reason this resort is running. Entertainment is good too but very late shows for the kids who need to go to bed early.

We had an ocean view room which was beautiful and clean..sheets had some stains on them even though the sheets seemed washed.

Overall my husband and I had a great time...my husband especially because he is a big drinker but I couldn't drink because I was 4 months pregnant. The food is the same everyday and wasn't that great.....they did have these \"special\" restaurants where you can make a special reservation which my husband and I ended up using. The food wasn't that great there either ...it didn't seem fresh sort of frozen and reheated.

The night shows were fun and entertaining....the night club was awful they only played salsa and bachata almost no merengue.

The resort is not only for tourist but there are also many locals that do go there...so if your looking for peace and quiet it's not the resort for you, also they were doing construction by one of the pools so the noise was very annoying. The resort was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Resort is amazing. Very friendly staff, amazing food and rooms, clean and very nice beach front and atmosphere. Overall amazing place to getaway and rest.
