When I book my room, I ask for lower level because my knee problem and they have me the top level (level4 or 5 )
In my book was and extra stay room but when I arrived they gave me a room king bed and bathroom that’s all, which is not fair.

Do not stay here under any circumstance. There has to be better options out there. We were the only Americans at the resort, almost no one spoke English. We were ignored, the locals were rude and ignorant. People didn’t know boundaries when it came to personal space. The room was decent enough but we asked for towels and got an answer that they replace them every other day. Later I saw that the linens are kept in a little closet, outside under the rooms. Had a horrible sewer smell right outside our building and walk way was roped off do to flooding from backed up sewer. The water was out several times while we were there. I was washing my hair and the water went out I had to wait over an hour for it to come back on.

This is a locals destination not a tourist spot. I would recommend that Expedia take this property off of their website.

Not bad for the price. They should hire more staff during peak season. The dining area was overcrowded, and there were no clean plates, tables, or cutlery available. If I were to return, I would go during the off-season. The beach was beautiful.

None of the staff spoke English. No one told us about the amenities restaurants or buffet. Everyone was rude from the customers to the staff. We went to the buffet and had to ask several waiters/staff for utensils or for something to drink. I think this property is great for natives in the country but not tourists. It was never enough food and all the food was cold except what came off the grill. All the activities was in Spanish so we couldn’t participate if we wanted to. The beach was the best part about the stay. But on Sundays the beach is overly crowded. Not American friendly.

Había estado aquí hace algunos años pero hoy es un total desastre. Aún siendo categoría premium lo único que tuve fue una pulsera dorada para nada. Llegué a la una de la tarde y ni siquiera me dijeron el número de habitación para poder usar el wifi hasta las 3:00 de la tarde.
El buffet con temática diferente cada noche pero el menú fue siempre el mismo perro con diferente collar. A demás tenía que tolerar el salvajismo de los locales que parecía que pensaban que se acabarían los alimentos y literalmente se empujaban en la fila como si fuera el fin del mundo, un total desastre. Las filas para el buffet o los snacks que siempre eran lo mismo hamburguesas y hot dogs (SIEMPRE LO MISMO) eran interminables. Preferirí pedir comodia a domicilio que romperme la cabeza.
Se que no podía esperar demasiado pero por $100 dólares por noche esperé que al menos fuese regular. Definitivamente está fue mi despedida. No lo recomiendo para nada.

This place is fantastic it's convenient to get to from the airport we were lucky and they were able to give us an early check-in to our room. Emmaneul and his team at the front desk were very accommodating.

The bars, the food selection at the buffets were plenty and delicious.

The property is walkamave there are two pools. The little gift shop has everything you could need on a whim. Very convenient. Also going outside for a little walk to check out the town. They have reataunce, salons, gift shops that might be a little cheaper than the one on site.

The housekeep girls are great also.

10/10 recommend.

There was a kitchen staff that during breakfast a coworker told him something and he started throwing dishes around and then that same staff in the afternoon yield at another co-worker and walked away. The rooms were clean just the problem was that the lights would go out and we would have to go to the reception to let them know that we didn't have water coming out the faucet or the shower head. There was four of us that stayed there and there was only two towels that were provided for four people and when cleaning crew was cleaning the room across the hall asked if needed clean I said yes and she was nice enough to give us extra towels for us for that stated there.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. La comida estuvo excelente, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal brindó atenciones de calidad. Sin embargo, considero que deberían reforzar la seguridad en la playa durante la noche, ya que había personas ajenas al hotel merodeando la zona y molestando a algunos huéspedes, lo que genera cierta inquietud. Fuera de eso, la estadía fue excelente.

Main pool out of order. On first day was told in an hour it would be up and running. Day 3 came by and still no pool. They were constantly out of things. Took 2 days to get beach towels. Bar kept running out of cups for drinks. Only thing nice for me was the view from my room. Other than that everything else was mediocre

The only positives about this hotel were the friendly staff and the beach, which was nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing. Despite booking a sea-view room, the room itself felt more like a rundown motel than a resort hotel.

The mattress was terrible and appeared to have been flipped upside down, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The overall condition and comfort of the room did not meet my expectations at all. Since my stay was short, I didn’t bother making a complaint, but it definitely impacted my experience.

While I appreciated the staff’s kindness and the beach access, the poor quality of the room and bed would keep me from staying here again.

This was a nice economical resort. A lot of local people but very enjoyable people.. Nothing like punta cana for those who enjoy that type of atmosphere.. The food was ok.. The snack area was great.. Had one issue my room, the AC was not working.. Had to spend the night in a very humid room. Spent the whole next day trying to get a new room. Only bad experience. Outside of that I enjoyed the beach and pool areas. Bars were great.. Bar staff and maids were great..

This resort was nothing like the photos. There was no hot water, water overflow on the floors, were instructed we couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, but to throw tissue in a trash can, bugs in the room, sickly dogs all over, and absolutely no elevators to e had to walk up four flights of stairs.

The hotel rooms, need update bed, mattress too old, the dinner buffet, not too good. They have an Asian option for dinner, not good at all. The beach staff great people always helpful. The restaurant waitresses always willing to help, the lunch buffet good. The reception employees, very rude. So the hotel has good and bad things, if i come back, I will definitely will try to check in early cause I have to wait 3 hours to get my room.....I can only give 3 stars...

Para el precio que tiene el resort está bien. Pero no hay que ser conformista y deberían de mejorar aspectos como por ejemplo:

Comida: La bebida es un asco es decir los jugos de limón y naranja saben muy mal. La comida estuvo bien, sobre todo en restaurante a la carta, comida Italiana).

En cuanto a la habitación estaba hermosa pero al entrar había un olor a marihuana que nunca se fue por más perfume que le hecharas. Es decir que las personas en el hotel fuman. Mi consejo es que pongan un letrero afuera de la habitación que indique no fumar ningun tipo de sustancia, si nos damos cuanta al supervisar el área, serán sancionados con 200 dólares. Algo así, pero el letrero debe estar afuera de la habitación

A very nice stay... the room was clean the staff was very friendly. We did not stray outside of the resort so I won't comment. Some of the room fixtures were dated but it did not deter from the experience. Plenty of amenities to keep you busy...or you can just relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Nice resort.

The check in super slow. The rooms very bad and outdated. Lots of mosquitos. No elevators imagine an4 floor and no elevators. Only one man helping with the luggage for the entire property. The food taste terrible. The staff not friendly at all. Only the luggage man Amado was the only good service and helpful guy. All the others that I encountered in the property not nice at all. I will not recommend this place at all .

This place is horrible. There was no consideration. No water. Food was actually horrible the same exact things everyday. On top of if you didn’t get there on time there was no food. Woke up
To bugs in the bathroom every morning. Everything is a mission. The odor of the rooms is insane. Public beach so my
Kids didn’t feel safe with the bums walking around. There was no WiFi. Basically if you want to make your family miserable this is a 5 star spot. First time we as a family were counting days to go home. Very disappointed. O there are stray dogs just walking around.

The property is right on a beautiful beach. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very dated but not in bad conditions, only negative experience was that our air conditioning started to leak excessively. Breakfast was always great, and the à la carte restaurant is amazing. This is a good option if you are a traveling on a budget. The property was always clean all through out. We had a great experience over all.

The resort is set up in a garden where you find several swimming pools, a basketball shoot place, a nice beach with several options. You can paddle, canoe, banana tug, excursion desk, really a paradise!

Regarding food you have your choice according to the hour you are in the different hours daily. I recommend the buffet restaurant that has themed days every day.

The rooms are large and air conditioned, with a nice bed, a good tv and fan ceiling.

My husband and me enjoyed our stay. It’s great for families with kids, reunions or a very nice holiday!

The lobby is also well maintained and the staff is very polite and welcoming.

Rooms need to be updated. The air conditioning in our original room was not working, so we were moved to another room. While the air conditioner worked in the second room, it had a very bad water leak.

The shower handles also need to be replaced. I had to hold the handle with one hand while splashing water on myself with the other just to shower.

Overall, the stay was very disappointing, and we will not be returning.

We had to change our room as we reserved 2 rooms and they had a bad sewer smell coming out as right under the balcony was a messy sewer water dump. The next day they cha fed us to much better rooms looking at the pools and partial ocean view.
Good was ok and if you dont eat pork - the choices are limited unfortunately.
We had to order from the extra food menu every night and wish we knew we could do that earlier as we went out to outside of the all inclusive resort to a restaurant close by which was great but expensive- still worth the $200 dinner.
Beach is top notch, clear calm waters with fishes and amazing sand! Calm here for the beach and not the food or amenities. A resort for those on a super tight budget. As long as u don’t expect 5 starts accommodations.
Team at the à la carte restaurant is amazing with Chef Jose, Maria and team!! Loved the grilled fish chef made!!!

We’re to begin first spend a few more dollars and go to a better place. The only bright spot was Avador he was amazing. He would make me think about going back. Everyone one else on the staff was rude not helpful and juts didn’t seem happy. No customer service training at all. The food was terrible. Restaurant scammed us. Told us fried fish was $20 then can back and said oh it’s $45 a fish. Beach was amazing but the constant harassment of venders was unbearable so could not stay on beach. Got scammed by Haitian jet ski guy don’t go to them go through hotel for activities. Gave broken jet ski and tried to charge cops got called and they fixed. Sheets had mold water smelled and was brown. Bar tenders were very mean and didn’t not want to be there. Almost all the staff seemed bothered and annoyed doing there jobs. Front desk was a mess. Gave wrong key and then key with no room # switched rooms 3 times. Buffet you can’t find a fork to save your life or napkins. Flies everywhere barely signs on food. Long story should spend a few more dollars and go to puta Cana it is cheap great beach but you can’t enjoy cause every 5 minutes your being hounded by people selling or begging. You get what you pay for here so be aware! Go to another all inclusive stay away!

The staff was super friendly and the it was very clean. They helped us book excursions and were patient with our limited Spanish. The food was not awesome and often lacked label, also the snack truck/bar served the same 3 meals. The bartenders were super fun. Beach was a super close walk and has a small and exclusive feel.
