la propoedad y planta físicas son buenas, pero es decepcionante que los empleados en general no están preparados a la altura para atender clientes, no tuvimos ni una buena experiencia, no saben hacer tragos, todas las bebidas de baja calidad, o son simpáticos como es el tipico dominicano, el buffet es una cosa insólita, toda la comida frías, nunca tenían los cubiertos y para traerte el cafe o el agua eran atrasos y muy tardes. podría seguir y no pararía m, el restaurante italiano debieran cerrarlos y el oriental, aunque la comida es buena, los empleados no saben atenderte la comidas llega toda junta, entrada, medio y plato fuerte al mismo tiempo y te dicen error de la cocina y muchas cosas más, no saben lo básico de como servir un vino tinto, extremadamente frio..

The property and facilities are good, but it's disappointing that the employees, in general, aren't adequately prepared to serve customers. We didn't have a single good experience. They don't know how to make cocktails, all the drinks are low quality, and they aren't friendly like the typical Dominican. The buffet is an absolute disaster; all the food is cold, they never have cutlery, and bringing coffee or water is always incredibly late. I could go on and on. The Italian restaurant should be closed, and the Asian one too. Although the food is good, the employees don't know how to serve you. The property itself is gorgeous, but lets talk about the staff. Firstly i was checked in by Maribel and Rosa. Although I prebooked my massages at the spa for 2pm, rosa gave me a hard time about check in even though I repeatedly said i didn't need my room until evening. Then my wife and I asked for a romantic beach dinner and Rosa kept giving us weird looks and kept asking me in a condescending matter if I'm sure i wanted a romantic dinner (because we're both women?) She sent us to concierge and then we were returned because she was supposed to be the one to book it. So it definitely seemed like she didn't want to book us because we're both women. We then gladly paid the $70 for dinner later to be told our dinner was canceled due to rain in which it never did rain and they couldn't even accommodate an alternative we practically had to beg for reservations. Then we went to the spa and paid $250 for a deep tissue massage and my wife only received about 45 mins of having oils rubbed into her face and chest. No actual massage was given. Then the following morning around 730am someone entered our room and I woke up screaming in fear then that person exited and left our door ajar. I called the front desk and the person gaslit me and told me i was mistaken and no one could enter our room without a key. As if our door opened and stayed open on its own. At that point I just decided to get up and check out, our experience was horrible for the amount of money we paid. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Beach was amazing. Resort was brand newly renovated and modern. Both restaurants were delicious plus buffet, room service and snack bar. Coffee shop was a nice option too. No entertainment whatsoever but i knew that when booking which didnt bother us. They did have soccer nets and beach volleyball for kids tho. Drinks were great with a wonderful selection. We book for a terrific price and would go back totally.

Is just a place to relax, everything is closed by 9pm I believed. My only problem was that there was no hot water in my room. I had to shower with cold water all the time. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

This resort looks beautiful and feels like a brand‑new property, but unfortunately the plumbing issues really affected our stay.
We had a gorgeous oceanfront room, but the toilet in the room above us leaked and left our bathroom and living room in terrible condition. We weren’t moved to another room until around 10 PM. The second room also had water dripping from the ceiling directly above the toilet. At that point, we didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing everything up again late at night, so we just put a towel over our heads whenever we needed to use the bathroom for the rest of the trip.
The food was another disappointment. It was the same items every day, and the quality wasn’t great. Even the public restroom on the ground floor had a leaking ceiling — the ceiling actually collapsed on the second day and stayed that way for the rest of our stay.
On the positive side, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and kind. There’s a lot of potential here, and I can see this becoming an amazing resort once they fix the major maintenance issues. Unfortunately, we just had an unlucky experience this time.

We previously lodged at this establishment under its former name and management. However, the primary issue I encountered was the subpar customer service provided by the night staff at the front desk, which I found to be highly unprofessional.

I would not go
back to this place again or recommend it to anyone. This is coming from a give a person who loves this country and travels back and forth between the USA and DR three to four times a year.

We had a great experience at this resort. The property is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made our stay even better.

Since the resort is very new, there are still a few things that could improve, but it has a lot of potential. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The place is clean nicely renovated yet the back up generator are not good the lights went off in 1 day 3 times lasting 6 to 8 min each time. Which was a bit foe me compared to other resorts, lights would be off in DR and you wouldn't even notice. The Food option is very limited. Its a nice welcoming place the staff are great yet these factors made a negative impact to my stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!

Staff was lovely and the management was super accommodating; they allowed us an early check in when we initially arrived. We requested a late check out but they were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked. But they did allow us to stay 6 hours after check out snd enjoy the amenities until our flight. I would definitely return.

what a resort! my wife and I went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I've already recommended this placed to family and friends. The spa was amazing on top of the location, beach, bars and the hotel room. We had a ocean view room that was to die for. 5 stars and definitely want to come back.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The resort is beautiful and recently remodeled, but what the website does not mention is that it is still under construction. If you are expecting a peaceful oceanfront experience, this is not it.
We arrived at 1 p.m. after traveling since 4 a.m. with my 6-month-old baby. I asked for early check-in to wash bottles and bathe her and was told no, with no flexibility or empathy. Lunch was chaotic — we were moved around several times because they could not accommodate a table of six at a “family” resort. Service was extremely slow, and the food lacked quality and flavor.
We were initially given the wrong room, and others in our group had similar issues. Our keys repeatedly stopped working throughout the stay. Bar service was slow, drinks were average, and water was not readily available.
Housekeeping was unacceptable. Towels were not replaced for two days despite repeated requests. I had to bathe my baby in cold water and had no towels to dry her. Room phones did not work, sheets were not changed after an accident, and bottled water for formula was never delivered.
For the price paid, the service was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this resort and will not return.

Its a good resort to relax and get away with the family i really enjoyed the hospitality . The only thing is they need more services around since the resort is technically new there isn't alot of workers available on request. We made reservations and the table wasn’t available still when we got there and untill it was noone showed up to ask if we need any drinks to start off . So after another 10 -20 min wait we decided to all leave. Very disappointing and The lights were cutting off and on throughout the day and night . Aswell as eating at the buffet the lights turned off and people were using their flashlights while
Eating a very rare thing to witness overall the food wasn't that good at breakfast. I do recommend dining at the restaurant tasty food . The atmosphere and ambience and how they rebuild the place did a very good job worth coming to as I mentioned to relax with the family . Activities and shows would be a plus for the amount they are charging a night . The pool loved it and the drinks were ok to. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

the rooms were horrible, dirty sheets dirty pillow cases, the sodas in the fridge were staill and hot, the service was horrible no room service at all but they claim to have it after 11pm everytime i called i was told to walk to a snack bar which had cold fries and burgers, no ice for your room ever, i also had 4 men walk into my room without knocking to add a phone line to the room while i was laying down... unacceptable i told front desk all they can do is say sorry and nothing else, also as i was coming back from seeing the cold snack bar the crew put some chemical in the elevators that made me choke and my mother aswell to the point where i was calling the staff for help and no responds on any line i was giving they responded 30min later sayin we are aware sorry. this place is a joke nothin to do nothin to eat unsafe, one more thing my safe was open when i was gone for a day out the hotel i came back to my safe open and my dresser near my bed the items i had in there was taken.. never coming back 0stars stayyy awayy

This is very new building. Room is spotless and spacious. And shower is HUGE. Staff is very welcoming Checked in and checked out with Siudersy flawlessly.
Food in a buffet is excellent. Espresso and signature frappuchinno from barista Barbara is something I will remember for awhile

The rooms were very nice, the front desk/concierge/bellstaff staff were really nice. The food options was very limited for an all inclusive resort. There were times when there wasn't any food available during the day. The most annoying party was Tlthere had a soft opening to one of the new restaurants and the resort guest weren't allowed to attend, only social mediola influencers. That was very disappointing. Overall my stay was nice and relaxing. Just needs more food options. The resort has alot of potential to being great.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the food was great. I normally do not like food at all inclusives, but the food here was really good. They also provided real juice as opposed to the fake powdery stuff. Very nice touch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was there was construction still going on and they did not have any entertainment. I was told that it will be forthcoming so I will have to plan a trip back.

The hotel was okkkkkkk! They don’t have phones in the room to call the front desk and the place is still under construction so you won’t have access to the entire property however the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Nolan and gentlemen that works in hospitality is especially amazing. He will be at your beck and call and make sure you have what you need. Also the beach has long walk where you can mingle with the locals, buy fruits, massages, and get a real feel for the culture! Overall I had a good time.
