Unfortunately, the property was noisy all night. Seems like the hotel doesn't have noise reduction walls.
I heard everything, from doors opening and closing to people walking on the upper level and my own level, and showers running throughout the night.
The shower doors, including mine, have a defect: something makes a cracking noise every time I use the shower, and it sounded like it wasn't an isolated issue because I woke up hearing it from different areas during my stay. It was a loud noise.

Overall, the stay in the hotel was one of my worst stays ever.

This is our third stay here. It is an excellent place to stay if you have an early flight out from the SDQ airport in the morning. Shuttle service is available. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is extremely helpful, and the location is close to the airport. This hotel is perfectly positioned for those coming into or leaving the country for the first or last night. Daniel at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Fashion themselves as an \"Airport Hotel\" but no airport shuttle! Paid $15 for a short taxi ride to hotel.
Front desk staff terse and unhelpful. I had two stays and they charged me about $10 more each time than the \"Total Price\" shown on Hotels.com. They use some 'conversion' scam to charge more.
Good buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. Noisy freeway in front. Secure parking.

It was a sad stay.

We didn’t feel welcomed and it just felt sad to stay here.

The first incident was when we arrived and wanted to make change.

I asked the desk guy if they made change and he said yes. I counted the money in front of him and left it on the counter, he was distracted and tried to give me only $90 in peso because he said his cash was short and that if I was sure I gave him $100. That was enough for me, I don’t play with money.

When I asked for my exact money back which was 2 $20’s and 6 $10’s he tried giving me $5’s back….. like sir, I didn’t even hand you 5’s.

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Santo Domingo Airport and overall the experience was okay. The room was clean and the location is very convenient for airport travel. However, one downside was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which was disappointing and something basic that should be checked before guests arrive. With better attention to small details like this, the stay would be improved.

This is place is really close to the airport. If you're traveling to DR and are not staying in Santo Domingo, this place is great to stay one night if you do not want to travel at night in a rental car with you're family. My only issue with this hotel was the cost for the night, $200 seem too much for a room. The room itself was clean and comfortable the area is guarded it felt safe arriving at the location at 230 in the morning, other hotel were 30 to about 40 minutes away, this place was like 7 minutes from the Las America airport. If $200 is not too much and you value the convenience or if you're doing a layover and are traveling the next day this place again is really close to the airport so i recommended.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at when arriving into the country at the SDQ airport of needing to leave early in the morning. Traffic in Santo Domingo is a NIGHTMARE most hours of the day. If you want to be sure that traffic won’t play a part in your departure this hotel is an excellent location. They have a shuttle service of sorts but save some pesos because it isn’t free. The hotel is clean comfortable and quiet. I would not go walking in the barrio nearby as it doesn’t look safe nor hospitable to outsiders.
Wonderful hotel though for its purpose—we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. We were routed to Santo Domingo as a result of airline snafus so we didn't know ANYTHING about the area...we were VERY happy with the hotel, staff etc...
The next day our transportation provider left us without a ride and the staff at the hotel helped us locate an excellent local taxi driver who took us on a 3 hour ride across the country.
We were VERY happy with the staff and service at the hotel. EXCELLENT!
