The check in process was excellent. Vert helpful girl that made the process easy. The problem was I was told in the app I would recieve a balcony but got a room that looked mold infested. I decided to try to get a refund after 5 minutes there but was told had to go through app. Place looks excellent in pictures but once you are there it is a whole

Multiple broken items inside the room, including shower door, shelves. Light on the porch does not turn off. loud music outside was a must. Like a very cheap hotel hotel overall.

It’s in a nice beachfront location. The back is not a good view. One of the owners was very rude. We barely had any sleep because of the noise.

Looking for luxury? This isn't it. Peace & quiet? Nope! A decent place to lay your head for 1-3 days (not an extended stay). 100%! Pics definitely glossier than accommodations. Staff is very nice & helpful. However, there's lots of reasons to feel misled.
I'm a realistic traveler. I love unfussy simple places to quietly relax. When I arrived (btw address is wrong on Orbitz by ~1/4 mile! Dragged luggage, no sidewalk) someone was in my room because their flight was delayed. I stayed in a subpar room overnight. Why not move THEM? Neighborhood feels very sketchy at night. Lots of very loud locals outside the hotel with motorcycles/loud music/socializing all nights of the week until sunrise. BRING EARPLUGS! Very urban vs. quaint resort location.
First night the lights went out & an extremely noisy generator ran for an hour directly underneath my window after midnight. The air conditioner blew directly in my face on the bed... a mess.
My actual room was better, but honestly, *everything* needs a modern upgrade. Amenities: only 2 tiny bars of soap & 2 towels.
Food at attached restaurant was delightful! However, I'm told it's more expensive than other locations with same fare.
IMPORTANT: There's no dedicated beach! There are chairs/tables on a sandy portion outside of the restaurant. No beach chair/towel/umbrella to enjoy the sun without literally being IN/AT the restaurant. There's a small beach area directly next door, but unclear if that's for the property next door or public.

Room was terrible, a group of homeless people drank alcohol, argued, talked and had visitors on a motorcycle all night in a vacant part of the hotel the was directly under my window. Didn’t finish until 6:30

This day was very good. The people were very nice and pleasant easy to work with, and the room was perfect overlooking the water.

Very close to many restaurants and activities. Very great location.

La chica del pelo rojo debería aprender a tratar los clientes. No es justo que si yo reservé yo no pueda utilizar una de las mesas de su restaurante solo porque éramos mujeres y no andábamos con pareja.

Todo bien lo único que no entendí como es que ponen música a la 6.00 de la mañana a todo volumen ,eso no me párese normal , en la noche ok era domingo asta las 10 pm perfecto pero no un lunes a la 6 AM y una gritadera como si no hay gente que durme
