We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Salento! Great location, can easily walk into town but avoid any noise. The included breakfast is delicious. Beautiful grounds and nice rooms! We had a jacuzzi which was so lovely but the hot water runs out before it's filled and it took a long time to fill. Also the sink isn't the best design so water gets everywhere. Overall, would recommend.

We were in cabin 104 and while others have reviewed that their environments were quiet at night, I cannot say the same for this cabin. This one is located on the end of the row next to the parking lot, and for some reason this cabin seemed to amplify outside noise. We stayed from Saturday until Tuesday and we could hear music and bass coming from the town until the early hours of the morning, every single night. I think we averaged only a few hours of sleep each night and that is with white noise apps on our phones, trying to drown the sound. If you are a light sleeper you should definitely try to arrange a cabin furthest from the street. The bathtub in this cabin was also a bit gross. The drain was clogged and when it would unclog black dirt would come up. There was also some mold around the edges and rust/brown stains near the headrest. The rugs in the bedroom could also use a deep clean, as they would leave bits and bobs on the bottom of feet after a shower (and we dont wear shoes indoors).

Great place, very quiet and calm. The hotel has some “rules” like you cant hang out at someone elses room but like, my friends an I were just wanting to chill after walking all day? The staff wasn’t the friendliest and gave some sass at the begining. The place is wonderful though.

The value for money proposition doesn’t work for this property. The service is poor, the breakfast is terrible, and the location is relatively far from the square where all the activity is. Also, my balcony and whirlpool were strange, and dangerous. I can not recommend until they fix some of these issues.

If you do not mind having so many insects around and noise at 4 or 5 am, then this hotel is perfect. The views are amazing but it looks more like a fancy glamping.
The only bad thing, was the check in, the most rude and unpleasant receptionist. I can manage sone harmless insects but such an unprofessional person, bo way. That’s not what expect in Colombia

Nos quedamos en las cabañas premium. La vista es excelente y tienen Jacuzzi. Muy lindas con excelente vista. Lo que es MUY malo es el desayuno. Inclusive la persona q atendía en el desayuno tenía mala actitud. Las opciones de desayuno son muy pocas ( huevos o yogur) y solo 1 café. Terminamos comprando desayunos extras que también son muy malos. Una lástima x q el lugar es precioso pero el desayuno le baja la vara

It is a great location, a beautiful peaceful, and quiet place to stay, at my arrival it was uncomfortable due to the tone of the person at the front desk and also due to the amount of insects in the room, but the next they informed us that it was because of the treated all rooms for the insects and they apologize for the inconvenience of the personal of the front desk, and upgrade our room to a nice one, wish it was AMAZING for they part and i got no issues and we enjoy our stay in Salento like no other, for sure we are coming back. THANK YOU!!!!!

The ladies that serve breakfast were very polite, but front desk lady were respectful but not friendly. I asked if the hotel offered any excursions and their response was, whatever is at that booth is what id available. Bed sheets were not cleaned, towels had a smell.

Very nice property and staff. We were delighted with a welcome basket of goodies in our room. We enjoyed the breathtaking green mountain view from our outdoor hot tub. The town center is a quick 5 block walk and offers lots of cute shops and restaurants. I Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Phenomenal location

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Salento. Right in town yet overlooking the valley. You feel that you are in the middle of nature but can be in the centre of town in less than 10 minutes walking.

Definitely spend the extra for the deluxe bungalows. So private and phenomenal views with a jacuzzi and lounging mesh off the balcony.

The cutest hotel in Salento!

This hotel is amazing! The staff is attentive and friendly (though mostly only speak Spanish so brush up on the basics), the rooms are very cute, the bathroom and shower is nice, the the property is in a great location to walk all around the town. The complimentary breakfast is simple but delicious.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there wasn’t heating in the room and it was in the 50s/60s and raining while we were there so the room did get quite chilly. However we had plenty of extra thick blankets so it really wasn’t a big problem!

Loud and hot rooms! No AC nor fan

Really loud rooms since they are next to the road, also very hot inside. If you dont ask for a fan you will roast. One of the receptionist is very rude and if you get bit easily by mosquitos do not come to this hotel.

This is a lovely place to stay in Salento, especially if you stay in one of the new deluxe cabins. The jacuzzi was great and the view from the balcony even better. Fire pit was a cute touch. Unless you’re a deep sleeper, I don’t recommend the regular rooms as they are exposed to a lot of street noise all night long and the wind howls. The staff went above and beyond and even made themselves available to drive us when it was hard to find a taxi to take us where we needed to go around town. This is one of the best stays in Salento, but just not the front rooms! Would definitely stay here again when we’re back.

The rooms are nicely decorated but the noise from outside is very noticeable but it is okay for 2-3 nights. The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent, close to city center and many restaurants. We truly enjoyed the city and its people.

Nice, new small hotel with a view

I stood in this place for only one night. It's very beautiful, a new hotel in a beautiful small humble town, surrounded by nature. The staff was very helpful and kind.
The rooms does not have AC but I kept balcony door open a bit and the room was very cool all night.
It has only 2 floors, and staff helped me with luggage, since this is a boutique hotel, it doesn't has elevators.
I definitely felt safe and taken cared of. I highly recommend this place.

Please fix the bathroom and sink. The tank wasn’t working properly. Mosquitos inside the room. Not enough compartments where to hang / organize / hold your clothes… It’s so annoying when the hotel isn’t well prepare for your arrival. You feel like what’s going on..

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was hostile and appeared they did not like foreigners. Receptionist was rude and not welcoming. Administrator was conflicting and made me feel uncomfortable in front of my family members. Please beware and I recommend looking into another hotel I was fooled by the nice pictures. The breakfast is not in the hotel! You have to walk a block away.

New hotel that still needs to work out some kinks. One evening we didn't have hot water, the rest we did so felt like a hit and miss. Good breakfast served at another B&B down the road. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours but overall a decent stay as location is off the main plaza.

Perfect relaxation after exploring

We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect haven after a big hike. The bathroom and bedroom were lovely. Only room for improvement would be different pillows or an option!

We had checked out and had a second day in solento and then were moving on to our next destination. The hotel was kind enough to keep our bags, and allow us to have a shower in thr afteernoon (shampoo and towels included) after a muddy bike ride all for free. Excellent service

A great hotel very close to town centre. We had the deluxe balcony cabin with a great view and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The room itself is spacious and well decorated. They provided coffee in the room which was great, having a coffee in the morning on the balcony!
The staff were very kind and provided your every need. And breakfast was really delicious.
We absolutely recommend this hotel! Relatively new, clean and gardens well maintaned

La habitacion esta bien, algo normal para dos personas, el problema son los pequeños detalles. Ejemplo: Si tu habitacion es con jacuzzi solo tiene un pequeño plastico para que no te resbales, no es lo suficientemente grande y si te bañas usando la regadera el agua tiene como 15 segundos agua caliente, luego pasa a helada y no regresa a menos que cierres, abras y vuelvas a esperas hasta que salga hirviendo, mediarle y repeti. Poner o checar que se tiene jabon de manos en nuestro tercer dia no teniamos jabon de manos y la tina no quedo limpi, no hay aire acpndicionado funcional, las toallas estaban super chiquitas y pedi mas pero no dejaron mas que dos r
