It’s a lovely hotel in an extremely convenient location, right across from the subway station that whisks you to the center of Milan in just a few minutes. The hotel has a pleasant scent, and the cleaning products used in the rooms have a delicate fragrance, which I appreciate. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a lovely shower. The rooms are modern and fresh. Breakfast was excellent with a delightful assortment of pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a delightful experience—I will definitely stay again.

Terrible noise isolation with the road nearby
I got a room on the ground floor with the windows facing the road. The floor seemed to vibrate whenever a tram or bus goes by. The noise at night was terrible. The room is clean, as described, close to metro station, and nice staff.

Location is good next to Zara metro. Wifi was good. Service at the front desk was very helpful. But OMG the groundfloor room was depressing, and the toilet was IN the shower, with the floor that didn't drain. Not for me.

I did not get to stay because I accidently booked for 3rd May instead of 3rd June. I was not very pleased because although it was a special price it was still £150 with no changes allowed, it was a genuine mistake on my part and I asked 3 times if I could change to 3rd June. I never got a reply. They kept my money anyway, but I felt it was mean. I wasn't cancelling and I knew they rooms free on the 3rd June, so what would the problem be?

Unacceptable room condition
The location is acceptable as it is about 15mij walk to Milan Central. The workmanship of the hotel room was pretty poor such as faulty power outlet, toilet door being jammed and shower screen door not closing properly. I was close to lift and I could hear the humming of the lift at night.

Great breakfast and customer service! I really enjoyed my one night stay here. It’s close to the metro, the room was cozy and the breakfast was ample with good quality foods. There were lots of choices and they provide proper coffee which they prepare as you wish in the moment. I would definitely come back here and recommend. Good value and very content with my stay.

the room was cold. The extra blankets smelt bad (like of smelly feet). We had to change rooms and waste time as the toilet and shower were literally a few cms apart which meant there was water everywhere. Won't be back.

Pretty decent, but ac did not adjust to the temperature we put it too. It was really tiny so kind of uncomfortable for a family. The area was not that good in my opinion, breakfast was great actually and the restaurant at the hotel ehhhhhh :/ food had no flavor, and we ate there twice to give them the benefit of the doubt

Excellent budget hotel 15 minutes easy walk from central station and 20 metres from metro station Zara (7 minutes to Duomo) single room was small but clean and bed comfortable. Perfect shower. Basic breakfast with cereal, cakes, cold meats and cheeses. Friendly staff.

Small friendly hotel. Clean, helpful staff. The Night Manager was the most helpful hotel worker, I have ever experienced. Really nice friendly guy, the hotel is in a residential neighbourhood. 50 metres from a metro which connects directly to central station 2 stops and Duomo maybe 7 stops which is the central square. Only downside is I would say the aircon wasn't great.

Only there one night, and it's a bit far away to get to the sights, in the short time I had, but it was a lovely, modern room, immaculate and stylish. Great welcome on arrival and then the young man told me where to go to have a drink and something to eat, just locally, two blocks away. It was so good: Deus Café, so be sure to go.
Next morning the reception lady was also really kind. She booked and printed up my train ticket for me. The breakfast was so generous, with fresh cappuccino, hot out of the oven croissants, and lots of cheeses, meats, fruit.
Really one of the best I've had anywhere.

This hotel was good value, about 35 minutes north of the Duomo in the centre of Milan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern rooms and breakfast was included.

Affordable clean and relatively new hotel
We stayed at Hotel Zara Milano while attending the Expo Milano 2015. It seemed like a fairly new hotel, it was clean, own bathroom and it had wifi. It wasn't too expensive, considering it was during the Expo. The breakfast-buffet cost an additional 7€, which was a reasonable price. There is no bad neighbourhoods in Milan, so you don't have to worry about that. It's close to the Zara metrostation, which is connected to the M3 and M5, so it's easy to get to and from the airports, Duomo (center), the Expo, etc. The service was friendly and helpful.

Room very comfortable, hotel very new, very close to train station. Ideal location for exploring the city. I arrived there Saturday 2pm and left for the airport the next morning. It was excellent for that kind of stop. I left the hostel at 9am for an 11am international flight out of MPX.
My annoyance was with breakfast which was not included. I thought it was included, picked out a bunch of snacks buffet style without knowing that they were jotting down every piece of food to charge me when I checked out. That was a bit annoying but if you're aware of this, it should be fine.

Decent but miles away from the centre
Nice hotel which has recently been refurbished but is not very convenient to central Milan for a weekend stay. A bit on the pricey side also for what you get.

Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Frukosten var väldigt god och där fanns ett stort utbud. De var hjälpsamma kring allergier och kunde besvara frågor kring innehåll i de olika saker de ställt fram på frukostbordet. Hotellet ligger mycket bra till vid en metrostation och även spårvagn. Det är en bit ifrån Duomo men man går igenom den nyare delen av Milano på vägen dit så att det blir en mycket fin promenad. Rummen var rena, toaletterna kanske behöver en viss uppfräschning men för oss som endast sov på rummet och ville ha mycket för pengarna var Hotell Zara perfekt.

Habitación correcta, con colchón cómodo, pero un poco ruidosa al dar directamente al Viale Zara. Buen desayuno y limpieza diaria de la habitación. Et udmærket basis hotel, med en glimrende beliggenhed i forhold til et af nye hotpots i Milano, Isola. Men ej heller langt fra centrum.
Hotellet ligger ud til en stor vej, som man dog ikke hører meget til. Zara metro station er ganske få meter fra døren. Et udmærket værelse med alt hvad man har brug for uden unødvendig luksus. Meget venlig modtagelse i receptionen.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Struttura ben tenuta e personale cordialissimo e sempre sorridente. A solo 20 minuti a piedi (3 se preferite la metro) dalla stazione centrale. Fermata della metro letteralmente davanti alla struttura. Breve passeggiata fino a porta nuova e stazione Garibaldi. Camera pulita, di dimensioni adeguate, pulita e silenziosa. Zona silenziosa e camera totalmente insonorizzata. Colazione continentale ben fornita. Davvero nulla di cui lamentarsi!

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, einer konnte nicht einmal „Hallo“ sagen! Auf normale Fragen gab es eine zickige Antwort und am Ende des Aufenthalts sollten wir 40€ zahlen, als wir fragten warum gab es keine Antwort!
Zimmer an sich waren aufgeräumt und wurden jeden Tag gemacht, trotzdem hatten wir Haare und bräunliche Flecken im Bett! Und auch Haare im Badezimmer konnte man finden..
