I paid in advance for an executive suite. En route, I get a message from the hotel, saying that room was not available, but I would receive a suite with a balcony. I messaged the hotel to see if they would provide an airport transfer in lieu of the downgraded room… No response. At check in I received what I believe to be a regular suite NO balcony and no offer to compensate for the downgrade.

Charming, historical setting in the heart of the old city, just a few feet from The Pool of Abraham, directly across from the castle heights. Wonderful, tastefully decorated rooms in the Sultan theme, one of the best restaurants in town, second to none service all across the board. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel!

An absolutely beautiful hotel! Loved the decor, atmosphere and the staff were very professional. The gentleman at reception spoke really good English and helped answer any questions we had about the sites near the hotel.

Perfect hotel to stay in for visiting all the holy sites and attractions in and around Urfa, as it's pretty central to all of them. Walking distance from the Cave of Abraham, the Abraham mosque and Pool of Abraham. I loved that laundry service was available! Special thanks to Enver for being so incredibly kind and warm upon check-in and check-out as well as throughout my stay. He went above and beyond with his customer service and providing me recommendations and was the most professional. Also thanks to Sadat and Halil for their recommendations and kindness. Housekeeping men were sweet. There were a couple of minor areas needing improvement: The breakfast staff weren't welcoming nor smiling, and they never asked if anything was needed. So I didn't really look forward to breakfast for this reason- it was kind of depressing. A lot of the breakfast items didn't seem fresh; i.e., the cheese plates, sausages, etc seemed like they were from the previous day (and I came earlier in the morning the following days to see if perhaps I was wrong, but even then some breakfast items didn't seem as fresh). Internet/wifi was completely down for over 24 hours and this was extremely inconvenient. I would strongly suggest replacing all hotel room doors with modern ones, as they were dated and made the hotel less luxurious. But to retain the beauty and charm, paint the new doors the same way as the old ones. Overall, property was beautiful, safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay

Very nice hotel with walking distance to all important places to visit. Staff was very decent , professional and helpful, open buffet Turkish style breakfast was very good, they also have a coffee/cappuccino machine, fruits and cakes. They allowed us one hour late checkout which we appreciate very much. The hotel is big with colourful decoration and vast rooms, we even got an upgrade. Bathroom has all kind of toiletry from shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel, shower cap and earbuds. Towels and beds were very clean, Air conditioning was working excellently in these very hot June days. We felt very secure and had a great stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a great view of the old city and it was an ideal location to walk to some of the sites we wanted to see as we only ha one night. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. They are painting the rooms with veneer (not especially beautiful) and the hallways are dirty from construction. Breakfast was very nice. Noisy location.

Early check-in much appreciated room was available and had a room upgrade as well on top of that,all signs of good services. Hotel close to all major sites specially Balikligol.plenty of places to eat around plus cafes as well .local bus stops close,no 63 goes to city centre bus stop also for Havas stop as well takes about 10 minutes. You can also catch Gobeklitepe minibus from the same stop for about 10 TL but you need Urfacard cost peanuts to buy 13 TL for the card plus 20 TL return top up overall a out $2.20
Free buffet breakfast was superb plenty of choices you wont go hungry.Staff very helpful will answer any queries as much as they can.would definately stay here againe

My room was next to the live music between 8-11 PM, so very loud, but the concierge offered me a quieter room without a balcony. But I opted for the loud room with a million-dollar view. Wifi was spotty, but the staff was very helpful and earnest.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! The experience was surreal, the ambience was great. The staff provided over 5* service. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully arranged. The staff were so organised and client engaged that they even cared to bring a birthday cake when unexpected for one of us whom had their birthday coincidently on this spontaneous trip. The experience will not be forgotten. We cannot thank the staff enough who were available 24/7 to make this a journey of a life time. I am a frequent traveller and I would compare the staff and service provided at the hotel on par with another hotel I stayed in which was the Waldorf Rome Cavalieri in Rome. We were extremely delighted to have stayed here.

The place was nice. Bright, colorful, clean. You can tell there is pride in this place. Though the shower floor could be resealed.

It’s Centrally located.

The bell hops were nice, front desk not as warm. Could have been a bad day. We all have them.

Parking was not on the premises, but there is Autopark right under the hotel. You can get a voucher to pay for it, the next day at the front desk.

Breakfast was large.

Over all the place is nice.

People in restaurant were drinking and screaming till 1:30am and than at 2:30am started to fight, scream and brake the furniture near our door. Nobody called the police (or probably it took them tooooo long to come). I think this place is for local weddings, not for foreigners, who come to have rest.

Staff was friendly and the lobby decorations are beautiful. Good location. Staff doesn’t speak much English so it could be a problem for some tourists. Breakfast wasn’t very fresh maybe because of the pandemic. They were great about taking Covid precautions. I had wanted a quieter room and the whole floor was almost empty but the second night they put loud smoking guests next to us. The smoke came into the room and it was incredibly loud too. The price was fair but room pictures were better than reality.

A restful sanctuary in busy Sanliurfa.

I had slipped a disk in my back right before arriving at the hotel. The staff didn't know, but they were so kind and helpful, which meant so much to me. This became a time for me to rest and heal, so the comfortable bed, and perfect location were very much appreciated. The staff took great pride in their work. The daily breakfast buffet was like a work of art. I used my balcony to sip coffee and sketch the beautiful view from my upgraded room. I also used the outdoor courtyard and indoor lounge areas to do some of my work. There are lots of quiet and comfortable places for guests to use. The staff took great care to practice Covid safety protocol. I'm very grateful for their thoughtfulness and caring actions.

Fabulous hotel but ...... issue is correctable.

Everything was excellent, a 10! However, my room for a four night stay never had hot water which would make the review 0! A minimum of luke warm after running the water 10 minutes. I spoke with your front desk individual and reported the issue three times. Completely unacceptable not to have hot water. Serious issue with your establishment.

Great Heaven In The City Center

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The staff was amazing, they were polite, helpful and always happy to be there for you. The hotel is right in the city center, 2 minutes walking to Balikligol. Our room was upgraded to a suite because there was availability and our room had a view of the castle. The room was very spacious, spotless clean and really comfortable. The TV had enough channels, the bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast had many choices and they were delicious. They really cared about the Covid regulations. Our bags were disenfected the minute we entered the hotel and we saw them disenfecting the lobby twice a day. All the staff wore masks and it is compulsory to wear a mask and gloves while taking food from the buffet. Parking is included in the hotel and it's a real comfort to park your car right in the city center. Overall, it's an amazing place to stay.

Fabulous and beautiful boutique hotel, we loved staying there. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is delicious- loads of choice of fresh local foods. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant once and it was very good. Location is excellent if you want to explore Urfa by foot - you can walk everywhere. Would stay again!! Highly recommend.
Note- we planned on staying one night mainly to visit Gobeklitepe next day but we extended our stay as discovered there were so much to see in Urfa and the area. Locally to the hotel are: fabulous mosaic museum, archeological museum, necropolis, ancient city walls and castle ruins, prophet Abraham cave, amazing bazaar, many beautiful mosques, kitchen museum and way more. Also many great short car trips to historic ancient sites like Gobeklitepe and Harran. We enjoyed exploring Urfa and this hotel was a perfect base.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Urfa. 5* service, all staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated in colourful, tasteful and oriental-feel style, it’s a pleasure for an eye to stay here. Room doors and some furniture look like they have been hand painted by a craftsman in some unique scenes, it’s very pretty indeed.
The room we stayed in was excellent, large and comfortable, with queen bed, premium bedding, very quiet air con and minibar (built into beautifully painted cupboard), comfy sofa to relax on and a TV, windows on two sides overlooking the city. Bathroom was all good with shower and all what you need. We got a welcome fruit platter on arrival that was delivery to the room. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic- it’s a feast, we also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very nice as well. All in all this is one of best places we’ve stayed at in Turkey and we’ve been traveling here for over a month now. Highly recommend and would stay again if around.

Kahvaltı yeterli fakat acı çok şey var. Urfa'da her yediğinizin acılığından emin olmalısınız. yataklar rahattı. Odalar sıcak oluyor. Klima maalesef çalıştığında aşırı kötü koktuğundan çalıştırmadık, idare ettik.

Otel kesinlikle tekrar tercih edilir yalnız fiyatı biraz fazla.

Konumu çok güzeldi, zaten Balıklıgöl'e 0 denecek kadar yakında, onun dışında da gezilerden dönerken hep çarşıda gezebildik. 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde de otobüs durağı var. Güzel bir Şanlıurfa gezisi için kesinlikle düşünülecek bir otel.

Öncelikle otele girdiğimiz anda ki güleryüzlü karşılama ile giriş işlemlerimiz yapılırken ki kahve ikramı çok güzeldi, odamız ferah ve balıklıgöl manzaralı ayrıca temizliği ve ürünleri harikaydı. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve lezzetliydi

Otel sadece konum olarak guzel. Onun disinda hic bir artısı yok. Odalar cok eski. Banyo havalandirma pervazi tozdan ve pislikten kapanmisti neredeyse. Otopark otelin disinda. Restorantin kapali alaninda sigara iciriyorlar cok duman alti. Fiyat performans olarak cok zayif.

Casarão histórico, muito central, ao lado do Balikğol, belo parque central e histórico da cidade.
O quarto era enorme, com todas as comodidades. Café da manhã tradicional em estilo buffet. Como é no centro, um pouco confuso de acessar com carro, mas nada impossível.
